Until his passing, he vowed to continuously hold daily Dharma assemblies for two thousand fishermen, thus shaking the depths of the ocean of samsara for countless beings to be tamed. Just as the Second Buddha of Oddiyana went to the land of Rakshasas and, through the ritual of Peaceful and Wrathful Deities and Emptying the Hell Realms, completed the remaining work of taming beings in this land of Tibet with his physical body. Regarding these matters, he successively taught "Fundamental Wisdom of the Middle Way" and other texts to Gewong Rinpoche and others. He also taught "Root and Commentary on the Three Vows," "Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life," and "Root and Commentary on Mind at Rest" to some monks. At that time, when brown sugar and butter were offered to him, he would give a little to about twenty young monks around him every day at lunchtime, without fail. After that, even when four great patrons offered large amounts of offerings and stone expenses, he would try not to accept stone expenses from nearby areas. His two brothers, Stobli and Aji Lug, were responsible for receiving offerings and reciting mani mantras. Most of the offerings were offered to Retsag Monastery as expenses for teaching the Dharma. In the Water Sheep year (specific year to be verified), at the Mamo Plain in Upper Retsag, he extensively taught "Aspiration Prayer of Sukhavati" and "Mani Kabum" to thousands of assembled devotees. After that, he rarely gave large Dharma teachings, and sent those who came to seek Dharma to Namwong Rinpoche Tenzin Norbu and others. He mostly gave harsh rebukes to those who insisted on requesting instructions. No matter how much they were rebuked, their faith and respect only increased, and no one held resentment. As he himself said, "The solitary yogi is the precious child of the kingdom, and the one who has mastered altruistic bodhicitta is the protector of all beings." He treated all beings like a mother. In general, although his words were stern and awe-inspiring, they were not mixed with emotions such as attachment and aversion. If carefully analyzed, one would find that they contained direct or indirect instructions. Everything he said was true, without hypocrisy or concealment. He never engaged in pretense, and remained as pure as precious gold, therefore he was respected by everyone, regardless of their status. He never flattered the powerful or held them in his mind, nor did he despise or belittle the lowly. Whoever acted against the Dharma, unless he considered it an incurable bad habit, he would refute them without hesitation, while he would praise and encourage those who practiced according to the Dharma. He seemed difficult to approach, but as long as one was near him

Even when associating with others, there would never be any partiality, doubt, change, contradiction, etc., but rather constant intimacy. Easy to get along with, broad-minded, and possessing an attitude of tolerating all good and bad, one would only become inseparable. He deeply disliked those who were accustomed to deceit, cunning, and hypocrisy in thought and behavior. The Lord himself never deviated from his honest and upright manner of speaking, as mentioned above, but the depths of his heart

On the occasion of the Tenth Day. As it says in the Padma Kathang: "On every tenth day, I will come to Tibet; like things carried by the wind, offer all the accumulations to the gathering." As it is said, the tenth day of the monkey month, which is primarily the monkey year and monkey month, has never occurred. This month, the Teacher, the Compassionate One, entered the womb on the fifteenth day, and the fourth day is the anniversary of the turning of the Wheel of Dharma. In particular, for the sake of showing the profound near path of the Vajrayana, the result, the all-knowing Padmakara himself. Called "Nyi Drol," at sunrise on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the monkey month of the wood monkey year (1944), in the ocean of Oddiyana Dhanakosha, not born from the cause of a father, not created from the condition of a mother, but in the stamen of a self-arisen lotus stem, he was born as the wisdom Thola. When the king of Oddiyana, Indrabodhi, invited him as a prince and enthroned him, the anniversary of naming him Padmasambhava or Tso Kyé Dorje arrived. Having accumulated some gathering substances, the Dzogchen Rinpoche Thubten Chokyi Dorje went to Dza Chukha, and on the tenth day, he was invited, which is known in all directions as the Great Tenth Day of the Monkey Month. Serzhul Monastery, etc. More than a thousand lamas, tulkus, monks, and laypeople from both the new and old traditions came, and the monks recited the Lama Rigdzin Düpai Tsok and Lama Chöpa, etc., while others prostrated and circumambulated throughout the day. Tea and food were offered to all of them. The gathering substances also included the three sweets, such as sugar and molasses, and the three whites, such as meat, butter, and curd, as well as tsampa and beer, etc., in great abundance, seemingly inexhaustible. About twenty people distributed all the gathering substances to those gathered there, said to be about two or three thousand, making them very happy. Rinpoche was very pleased with the attendants and made generous offerings and donations. On that day, it rained, thunder roared, and a rainbow canopy was erected, and many auspicious signs occurred. Some who had purified their karma said that in the evening, when the sunlight was near to gathering on the mountaintop, they saw Guru Rinpoche in the midst of the rainbow light. Usually, he was pleased when it rained in the summer, and especially rebuked those who prevented rain.
