།ཡིན་ཡིན་མིན་མིན་ཚིག་གིས་མགོ་བསྐོར་གཏོང་། །ཏོག་གེ་མགོ་མཁྲེགས་ལྟ་བས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་ལྟ་བ་ཕྱགས་མས་འདེགས་སྙིང་འདོད། །ལྷ་མཐོང་འདྲེ་མཐོང་ཉམས་ཀྱིས་སྣང་བ་བྲིད། །ཁ་གདངས་མིག་བགྲད་ལྷ་བསྒོམ་འདྲེ་རུ་ལོག །ཨུ་ཚུགས་གླེན་སྒོམ་སྒོམ་པས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་སྒོམ་པ་རླུང་ལ་བསྐུར་སྙིང་འདོད། །ཚེ་འདིར་དོན་གཉེར་འདུལ་སྤྱོད་རྟགས་ལ་རེ། །འདོད་ཆགས་དོན་གཉེར་སྔགས་སྤྱོད་རྐུབ་ལ་རེ། །གནད་མེད་སྟོང་རྒྱུག་སྤྱོད་པས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་སྤྱོད་པ་ཆུ་ལ་བསྒྱུར་སྙིང་འདོད། །རང་འདོད་ཕུག་བཅུག་གཞན་ཕན་ཁ་ལ་རེ། །རང་ངོ་མ་འཕྲོད་ངོ་སྤྲོད་རོ་ལ་འདེབས། །རང་དོན་མ་འགྲུབ་གཞན་ཕན་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་འགྲོ་དོན་གཡངས་ལ་བསྐུར་སྙིང་འདོད། །རྟོག་ངོ་རང་རིག་བཅོས་མའི་གཅེར་ལ་རེ། །གནས་ངོ་རྒྱ་ཡན་ཟིན་བུའི་ཉམས་ཀྱིས་བཅིངས། །ཡིན་རློམ་ང་རྒྱལ་འབྲས་བུས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་འབྲས་བུ་ཆུ་ལ་འཕེན་སྙིང་འདོད། །རང་ཉམས་མ་ལོན་གཞན་ལ་ཆོས་བཤད་བྱེད། །ཐོས་པ་དགྲར་ལངས་ལོག་ལྟས་རང་རྒྱུད་སྤོས། །ཚིག་མཐའ་རྒྱང་དེད་ཐོས་པས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་ཐོས་བསམ་རྒྱུན་ཐག་བཅད་སྙིང་འདོད། །དབང་མེད་འཁོར་ངན་འཐབ་མོས་རང་སྐྱིད་ཕུད། །ལོག་ལྟ་སྐུར་འདེབས་མི་ཁས་རང་གཞན་ཕུང་། ། དམ་པ་མདོ་མེད་ནག་མོས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་མཇེ་གོག་རྩད་ནས་བཅད་སྙིང་འདོད། །རང་ལུགས་མི་སྒྲུབ་གཞན་ལུགས་སྒྲུབ་ལ་རྒྱུག །གཅིག་ཉམས་མ་ལོན་གཉིས་སྒྲུབ་ཟབ་ལ་རེ། །བློ་མང་སེམས་གཡེངས་ཡིག་སྣས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་ཉམས་ལེན་གཅིག་ལ་དྲིལ་སྙིང་འདོད། །གཏོང་ཕོད་མེད་པའི་ནོར་སྒྲུབ་བསེ་རག་འཁོར། །བྱང་སེམས་མེད་པའི་དབང་སྡུད་རང་དབང་འཆོར། །མཆོག་བོར་ལས་སྒྲུབ་ལྷ་འདྲེས་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་རང་སེམས་དབང་དུ་སྡུད་སྙིང་འདོད། །གང་ལྟར་བསམས་ཀྱང་འགྲུབ་དུས་མི་འདུག་གི །ཇི་ལྟར་བྱས་ཀྱང་སྙིང་པོ་མི་འདུག་གི །བྱས་བྱས་བསྒྲུབས་བསྒྲུབས་རང་གཞན་བསླུས་མཐོང་ནས། །ད་ནི་བྱར་མེད་འཆི་བ་སྒུགས་སྙིང་འདོད། །རྟོག་གེ་ཟོལ་ཟོག་གསར་མ་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །ཟོག་པོ་གཏེར་རྫུན་རྙིང་མ་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །ཚུལ་འཆོས་ངོམ་ཁྱེར་ཆོས་པ་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །ང་རྒྱལ་མགོ་མཐོ་བླ་མ་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །ཟ་འདོད་སྟོང་རྒྱུག་གྲྭ་པ་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །ཕྱི་ཆེ་ནང་སྟོང་བླ་བྲང་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །རྙེད་མང་ཡོད་ཉུང་གདུལ་བྱ་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི། །རང་གཡེང་གཞན་བསླུ་ཆོས་བཤད་བྱེད་རེ་ཤི།

是是非非用言辞来蒙骗。 自以为是，顽固不化的见解迷惑了自己， 如今想要用扫帚扬弃这些见解。 见神见鬼，用体验来引诱景象， 张口瞪眼，本想修神却变成了着魔。 执拗愚痴的禅修迷惑了自己， 如今想要把禅修托付给风。 今生追求，调伏行为只看表面， 贪恋追求，密咒行为只顾下体。 毫无意义的空跑行为迷惑了自己， 如今想要把行为倒入水中。 自私自利藏在心里，利他助人只在嘴上说。 不认识自己，却把认识寄托在尸体上， 自己没有成就，利他助人却成了欺骗， 如今想要把利他事业丢到悬崖边。 虚假的觉悟，赤裸裸地暴露了造作的自证。 实相的境界，被放纵的习气束缚， 自以为是，傲慢自大被恶果所欺骗， 如今想要把恶果丢进水中。 自己没有证悟，却给别人讲经说法， 把闻法当成仇敌，把邪见移入自心。 追逐言辞的尽头，被听闻所迷惑， 如今想要断绝听闻和思维。 不由自主地被恶劣的环境所左右，争斗夺走了自己的快乐， 邪见诽谤，用恶语毁坏自己和他人。 没有证悟的“圣人”被黑魔女所迷惑， 如今想要彻底斩断阳具。 不修习自己的法，却奔向修习别人的法， 一个体验都没有获得，却追求两个深奥的修法。 心怀杂念，心神不定被书籍所迷惑， 如今想要把修行浓缩为一个。 没有布施的吝啬鬼积累财富，像冰雹一样聚集， 没有菩提心的贪婪者摄取权势，失去自主。 舍弃了殊胜的，追求世俗事业，被鬼神所迷惑， 如今想要把自己的心掌握在手中。 无论怎么想，也没有成功的时候， 无论怎么做，也没有意义， 做了又做，修了又修，欺骗自己和他人， 如今想要无所作为，等待死亡。 停止做虚伪狡诈的新花样吧！ 停止做虚假的旧宝藏吧！ 停止做装模作样，炫耀自己的修行人吧！ 停止做傲慢自大，自以为是的上师吧！ 停止做贪吃懒做，到处游荡的僧人吧！ 停止做外表华丽，内里空虚的寺院吧！ 停止做索取很多，付出很少的弟子吧！ 停止做自己散乱，欺骗他人的说法者吧！

Deceiving with words of yes and no. Seeing how stubborn views have deluded, Now I wish to sweep away those views with a broom. Seeing gods and demons, bewitched by experiences, Gaping and staring, meditating on gods turns into being possessed by demons. Seeing how stubborn, foolish meditation has deluded, Now I wish to entrust meditation to the wind. Seeking worldly gain, discipline only looks at appearances, Seeking desire, tantric practice only cares about the genitals. Seeing how meaningless, empty actions have deluded, Now I wish to transform actions into water. Selfish desires hidden in the heart, benefiting others only on the lips, Not recognizing oneself, entrusting recognition to a corpse, Not achieving one's own benefit, benefiting others becomes deception, Now I wish to throw benefiting others off a cliff. False realization, nakedly exposing artificial self-awareness, The state of reality, bound by the habits of indulgence, Self-righteous, arrogant, deceived by the consequences, Now I wish to throw the consequences into the water. Without personal realization, giving teachings to others, Taking listening to teachings as an enemy, transferring wrong views to one's mind, Chasing the end of words, deceived by listening, Now I wish to cut off the stream of listening and contemplation. Involuntarily controlled by bad companions, fighting takes away one's own happiness, Wrong views and slander, destroying oneself and others with evil words. The "holy" one without realization is deceived by the black demoness, Now I wish to completely cut off the penis. Not practicing one's own Dharma, but running to practice others' Dharma, Without gaining one experience, pursuing two profound practices. Mind full of distractions, restless, deceived by books, Now I wish to condense practice into one. Accumulating wealth without generosity, gathering like hailstones, Greedy ones seizing power without Bodhicitta, losing autonomy. Abandoning the supreme, pursuing worldly affairs, deceived by gods and demons, Now I wish to take control of my own mind. No matter how I think, there is no time for success, No matter how I do, there is no meaning, Doing and doing, practicing and practicing, deceiving myself and others, Now I wish to do nothing and wait for death. Stop making false and cunning new tricks! Stop making fake old treasures! Stop being pretentious and showing off practitioners! Stop being arrogant and self-righteous lamas! Stop being gluttonous and lazy monks who wander around! Stop being monasteries that are grand on the outside but empty on the inside! Stop being disciples who take a lot and give little! Stop being teachers who are distracted themselves and deceive others!
