气味显现圣洁的戒律,气味显现自解脱中念诵六字真言。若知味道显现为供养之要,精华与非精华执着显现自解脱。无执的饮食是圣者欢喜之物,味道显现自解脱中念诵六字真言。触觉显现平等性,若知则为味道调和之要,饱饿冷热显现自解脱。无执内外所触是天神的妙用,触觉显现自解脱中念诵六字真言。若知诸法皆空性,则为见解之要,真假之心的执着自解脱。无执显有轮回涅槃法身中,分别念自解脱中念诵六字真言。嗔恨不随顺对境,观照嗔怒之心,嗔怒显现自生自解脱,明空之中。明空镜智不在别处,嗔恨自解脱中念诵六字真言。我慢不执着对境,观照执着之心,傲慢显现自生自解脱,本空之中。本空平等性智慧不在别处,我慢自解脱中念诵六字真言。贪欲不执着对境,观照贪恋之心,贪恋显现自生自解脱,乐空之中。 乐空分别觉智慧不在别处,贪欲自解脱中念诵六字真言。嫉妒不随顺对境,观照分别之心,分别念自生自解脱,心空之中。心空成就智慧不在别处,嫉妒自解脱中念诵六字真言。愚痴不迷恋对境,观照自性,分别念自生自解脱,觉性空性之中。觉性空性法界智慧不在别处,愚痴自解脱中念诵六字真言。色蕴本空,无生虚空之中,空性觉性明点观世音,圣者虚空之王不在别处,空性见解中念诵六字真言。感受对境与心二者相连是束缚的绳索,若证悟平等性无二则为观世音,圣者不空绢索不在别处,味平等证悟中念诵六字真言。想蕴执着相是错乱的心,若以慈悲执持一切众生则为观世音,至尊轮回深掘者不在别处,无缘大悲中念诵六字真言。行蕴轮回

Do not be conceited about the object of ignorance, look at your own face, conceptual thoughts arise and self-liberate in the emptiness of awareness. Emptiness of awareness, the Dharmadhatu wisdom is not separate, in the self-liberation of ignorance, recite the six-syllable mantra. The form aggregate is primordially empty, in the unborn state of space, the essence of emptiness and awareness is Avalokiteshvara, the noble king of space is not separate, in the view of emptiness, recite the six-syllable mantra. Feeling, the connection between object and mind is the rope of bondage, if equality and non-duality are realized, it is Avalokiteshvara, the noble unfailing lasso is not separate, in the realization of taste equality, recite the six-syllable mantra. Through karma, the six realms revolve. If one realizes samsara and nirvana as equal, that is Avalokiteśvara. Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, great compassion is not separate. From the state of benefiting others with one taste, recite the six-syllable mantra. The nature of the eight consciousnesses of mind. If one realizes the nature of mind as the Dharmakaya, that is Avalokiteśvara. Noble Lord Gyalwa Gyatso is not separate. Knowing one's own mind as Buddha, recite the six-syllable mantra. Holding onto the appearance of the body as solid is the cause of bondage. If one knows appearance and emptiness as the deity, that is Avalokiteśvara. Noble Lord Khasarpani is not separate. From the state of the appearance and emptiness of the deity's form, recite the six-syllable mantra. The sound of speech and expression is the cause of delusion. If one knows sound and emptiness as mantra, that is Avalokiteśvara. Noble Lord Simhanada is not separate. Knowing sound as mantra, recite the six-syllable mantra. The mind's appearance, clinging to truth, delusion is the cause of samsara. If one rests in the nature free from concepts, that is Avalokiteśvara. Noble Lord Mind at Rest is not separate. From the state of the mind's Dharmakaya, recite the six-syllable mantra. Appearance and existence are primordially pure, the nature of the Dharmakaya. If one can meet the face of the Dharmakaya, that is Avalokiteśvara. Noble Lord Lokeśvara is not separate. From the state of vast purity, recite the six-syllable mantra. The one deity, the embodiment of all Buddhas, is Avalokiteśvara. The one mantra, the essence of all, is the six syllables. The one Dharma, the embodiment of generation and completion, is Bodhicitta. Knowing one, all are liberated, recite the six-syllable mantra. What is the use of doing? Doing and action are the cause of samsara. Look at the way all actions are without essence. Now it is good to rest in the state of non-action. Leave all actions aside and recite the six-syllable mantra. What is the use of speaking? All that is spoken is idle talk. Look at the way it creates irrelevant distractions. Now it is good to abide in the state of non-speaking. Completely cut off speech and recite the six-syllable mantra. What is the use of going? Going and staying are the cause of fatigue. Look at the way wandering is far from the Dharma. Now it is good to settle the mind in one place. Rest and relax and recite the six-syllable mantra. What is the use of eating? All that is eaten is the cause of impurity. Look at the way greed for food is never satisfied. Now it is good to eat samadhi as food. Give up eating and drinking and recite the six-syllable mantra. What is the use of thinking? All that is thought is the cause of delusion. Look at the way thoughts do not match reality. Now it is good to reduce the concerns of this life.
