It is said that the monk Star Good, who was twelve years old and proficient in the Dharma, was punished because of his heavy sins. He saw that the teacher's actions were distorted, and after careful consideration, he deceived himself. Similarly, even if the venerable Lama seems to be particularly angry with me, do not be angry. Instead, think that the Lama has seen some of my faults and that now is the time to subdue me by means of scolding. When the Lama is calm, approach him, confess, and take vows. If the Lama appears angry, recognize that this is the time for the Lama to see my faults and subdue me with scolding, and confess and take vows. Wise people will not be controlled by demons. It is said that even when one is usually staying near the Lama, when the Lama rises from his seat, one should not sit on the seat but stand up immediately. When the Lama is seated, inquire about his health and consider what things are needed, offering them to the Lama. When the Lama leaves, one should follow behind, but walking in front would show one's back to the Lama, so one should not walk in front; walking behind would step on the Lama's footprints, so one should not walk behind; walking on the right would encroach on the Lama's seat, so one should not walk on the right. Therefore, one should respectfully follow slightly from the Lama's left side. If it is a dangerous road, there is no harm in asking permission to go ahead. Also, do not sit on the Lama's seat or ride the Lama's mount. Do not open or close doors violently, nor slam them shut, but open and close them gently. In the presence of the Lama, avoid seductive postures and false religious appearances, as well as gloomy expressions. Avoid telling lies, and avoid thoughtless babbling, jokes, and games. Avoid meaningless chatter and irrelevant talk. With reverence and awe in mind, avoid careless attitudes, and learn peaceful conduct. When the Lama rises, do not sit on the seat. When the Lama is seated, inquire about his health and offer what is needed. When the Lama leaves, do not walk in front, behind, or to the right. Disparaging the Lama's seat and mount diminishes merit. Violently opening and closing doors and seductive postures

Black Wrathful One. Abandon lies, frivolous jokes, and irrelevant talk. Rely on the three doors of body, speech, and mind, closely and peacefully. It is said that if there is someone who reviles and hates the lama, do not befriend them. If you can prevent disbelief and slander with your own power, do so. If you cannot, be cautious with them and do not speak. Do not befriend those who revile and hate the lama. If you can prevent it, do so. Speaking cautiously, otherwise the control of sin will be even stronger, causing vows to be broken. It is said. Similarly, towards the lama's retinue and vajra brothers and sisters, no matter how long you associate with them, be comfortable associating like a belt, without weariness or annoyance; for any urgent matter, humbly engage, easily blending in like salt; even if you encounter others' harsh words and fights, or are burdened with unbearable burdens, associate and rely on them with great patience like a pillar. Be easy to associate with like a belt, easy to engage with like salt, and have great patience like a pillar. Approach the lama's retinue and vajra brothers and sisters in this way. It is said. Third, finally, is learning the intention and conduct. Having determined all the ways to rely on the lama in this way, for example, just as swans relying on a supreme pond do not muddy the water of the pond, but leisurely play and enjoy it; when bees fly in a flower garden, they do not harm the color and fragrance of the flowers, but taste the essence of the flowers and leave. Without feeling weary or tired, do as the lama says, thereby winning the lama's heart. Relying on the closeness of faith and diligence, know that all the qualities of hearing, thinking, and meditating that reside in the heart of the holy lama will transfer to your own mind, just as pouring from one full vase into another full vase. Just as swans rely on a supreme pond, and bees taste the essence of flowers, always associate with amazing conduct, without feeling weary, thereby winning the lama's heart, and tasting the qualities through the closeness of faith. It is said. Similarly, when that holy lama accumulates the deeds of a bodhisattva, accumulating a vast accumulation of merit and wisdom, you should also
