If I have done unwholesome deeds, I am truly terrible. I regret that I have ruined myself on this day. I repent from the bottom of my heart and vow never to do so again. At all times, with an attitude inseparable from mindfulness and awareness, I will not cling to the appearance of all internal and external phenomena as real, but train my mind in the play of unreal illusions. Constantly keeping my mind on the path of virtue and uprightness, making it capable, this is the essence of the meaning of the four thoughts that turn the mind mentioned above. If you do this, any good deeds you do will naturally be connected with the Three Jewels. As it is said: The virtuous are like a medicinal tree, whoever relies on it will be victorious. The wicked are like a poisonous tree, whoever relies on it will be destroyed. As it is said. Relying on the power of one's own capable mind, one can transform everything one comes into contact with into the path of the correct Dharma. The great virtues of oneself and others will also increase more and more. In all lifetimes, one will not fall into the cycle of bad destinies, and will obtain the special bodies of gods and humans. Even the place where such a Dharma-possessing person lives will be auspicious and protected by the gods. Although one knows the principle of cause and effect, one lacks faith. Although one has heard a lot of the true Dharma, one has not practiced it. Please bless me and sentient beings like me who commit evil deeds, so that our minds and the Dharma may be integrated. This is a guide to explaining the principle of karma and its effects. Taken care of by many holy and accomplished masters, practiced according to the instructions of the Guru, showing the unerring path of liberation to beings. I prostrate to the incomparable Guru. The benefits of liberation and relying on a spiritual friend Fifth, in the guide to the benefits of liberation and sixth, relying on a spiritual friend, the way of listening is the same. In terms of what is being taught: First, liberation is to be liberated from the great ocean of suffering of samsara, and to attain any of the three fruits of the Hearer, Solitary Realizer, and Perfect Enlightenment is liberation. Among them, there are two types: cause and effect. The first is lib
