When the path of seeing arose in the continuum of Kaundinya, the gods proclaimed, "How wonderful! The Bhagavan has turned the wheel of Dharma!" This is because the path of seeing, like the precious wheel of a Chakravartin, has the following qualities: it travels swiftly, abandons the former, enters the latter, rises high, descends low, conquers the unconquered, and establishes the conquered. Similarly, the path of seeing swiftly cuts through the object of focus, abandons the former aspect of the object, enters the latter, rises high by focusing on the truth of the higher realms, descends low by focusing on the truth of the lower realms, the path of non-obstruction cuts off the attainment of what is to be abandoned, thus conquering the unconquered, and the path of liberation, having abandoned what is to be abandoned, brings about the attainment of separation, thus establishing the conquered, which is similar to the Dharma wheel. Some believe that the Noble Eightfold Path is the Dharma wheel, namely, speech, action, and livelihood are encompassed by the training in discipline, like a stable hub; view and realization are encompassed by the training in wisdom, like cutting spokes; and the remaining three are encompassed by the training in concentration, like a gathering rim. However, the Mahayanists consider all the Dharma of scripture and realization to be the Dharma wheel, because they are the essence of the sacred Dharma, and from the perfectly enlightened Buddha to the present individual, the lineage of Dharma turns from one to another. In the ninth chapter, on the precepts of a Bodhisattva, the three methods for guarding the precepts are: not forgetting the precepts is mindfulness, examining all the actions of body, speech, and mind is vigilance, and being cautious and diligent about what to adopt and abandon is conscientiousness. These are also extremely important and should be understood through discernment in the mind. The essence of all practices is included in these three, which is very important. In the chapter on aspiration (Bodhicitta), the seven-branch cause and effect are: recognizing (as) mother, remembering kindness, repaying kindness, pleasing loving-kindness, compassionate compassion, pure higher intention, and the ultimate result of unsurpassed Bodhi. In the chapter on the three vows, there are six different views, namely, the traditions of Sakya Pandita and others, and the wise accomplished ones.

e Legs Pal Zang etc. Kagyu and Gampo etc. Abhyakara. Bibhuticandra, a disciple of Shri, etc. Regarding this, those who believe that the nature of the transformation of abode is the same: They believe that both the nature and the opposite of the vows are transformed abodes, so they believe that it is enough to keep only the mantra vows after receiving empowerment. This is reasonable for yogis who have liberated their continuum with the realization of great equality. However, if a beginner does this, a rain of downfalls will fall, abandoning the lower ones. Those who believe that the nature of the transformation of abode is the same but the basis is different: They believe that the nature of the transformation of abode is different from the opposite. Third, those who believe that things are contradictory and increasing: For a person who has completed the three vows, when all three vows are in the form of the same nature but different entities, from the point of view of qualities, due to the increase, the Shravaka and Bodhisattva vows are considered to be branches of the mantra vows, and it is also considered that they exist in the form of support and supported. That is, it is not contradictory that they exist differently in the mind that the higher method and wisdom cannot overwhelm the lower. However, if it is believed that the support and the supported are equally pervasive, then when the Shravaka vow, which is the support, is desired, the mantra and Bodhisattva vows, which are the supported, will also be abandoned, so it is unreasonable. Distinguishing from the boundary of abandonment and attainment is: believing that when the upper is attained, the lower is abandoned. That is, only taking the attainment of empowerment as an excuse, without any special method and wisdom of the upper, it is considered that the monastic precepts should be abandoned, therefore, in the "Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment" it says: Secret wisdom empowerment, should not be taken with celibacy. Like this, it is reasonable to establish it for temporary needs. If you must think so, then it is impossible for a Vajradhara with three qualities, so it is unreasonable. It is also like stacking stones, believing that they are not mixed: believing that the three vows are equal but the entities are different is also: It is reasonable from the point of view that the self-characteristics of the vows are not mixed. However, if you think so in nature, then like the thought of abandoning killing, three similar mental factors will exist in the continuum of the same person at different times, so it is unreasonable. It is like the three, sun, moon and stars, gathering in order: believing that if the three, sun, moon and stars, gather, then the moon and stars will be overwhelmed by the light of the sun and will not be visible, attaining the mantra vow
