Holding all the words of the Dharma without forgetting is the Dharani of words. Holding all the meanings of the Dharma without forgetting is the Dharani of meanings. The ten powers are: that good karma produces the fruit of happiness, etc., is a place, and that good karma produces the fruit of suffering, etc., is not a place; knowing all such principles is the power of knowing what is and is not. Knowing all the subtle details of cause and effect, that good and bad karma produce such and such fruits, is the power of knowing the maturation of karma. Knowing all the sharp and dull faculties of sentient beings is the power of knowing superior and inferior faculties. Knowing the realms of all sentient beings, such as those of the Shravaka lineage, and all the elements of arising, such as earth, water, fire, and wind, is the power of knowing the diversity of realms. Knowing the inclination towards the vast Dharma and the inclination towards the profound Dharma, etc., is the power of knowing the diversity of inclinations. Knowing the path of evil destinies, the path of higher realms, and the path of liberation, etc., is the power of knowing all paths of going. Knowing the inconceivable gates of Samadhi, such as the four Dhyanas and the eight liberations, is the power of knowing Dhyana and liberation. Knowing countless past lives of oneself and others is the power of knowing the recollection of past lives. Knowing the many future birth places of all sentient beings, such as that they die from here and are born there, is the power of knowing death and birth. Knowing that all defilements, including the two obscurations and their predispositions, are exhausted, is the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. The four fearlessnesses are: Having vowed to have abandoned all defilements, including the two obscurations and their predispositions, there is no one in the world with the five degenerations who can refute me according to the Dharma. Having attained coolness and freedom from agitation, he accepts the excellent position of a supreme bull. In the assembly, he proclaims the fearless lion's roar. In the world, he turns the wheel of Dharma, which is wonderful and amazing, and which no one, including gods, demons, Brahma, ascetics, and Brahmins, has been able to turn. Likewise, having vowed to have manifestly and completely awakened to all knowable Dharmas,

It is the same as before. Furthermore, this is the path to liberation for the noble ones; if one relies on such a path, one will definitely not be liberated, there is no truth to it. Like this, regarding vows that obstruct the path of others' liberation, and so on. Furthermore, this is a dharma that obstructs the path; if one practices in such a place, it will not become an obstacle to the path, there is no such place. Like this, there are four things, including vows that obstruct the path of others' liberation. Furthermore, by the power of an unyielding body, without lowering the crown of the head, without looking with sharp eyes, etc., but accepting the position of the supreme leader with a majestic demeanor, and by the power of fearless speech, without stuttering or rambling, etc., but overwhelming all opponents and roaring like a lion in the assembly, and by attaining an unshakeable mind, turning the wheel of dharma in the world like the great Brahma. Furthermore, gods are superior to the six realms by means of clairvoyance and magical powers, etc., and demons and Brahmas are arrogant in the desire realm and form realm, and ascetics and Brahmins are known for their learning. The four analytical knowledges are: Knowing all the inconceivable doors of dharma without confusion is the analytical knowledge of dharma. Knowing all the meanings that depend on those words without confusion is the analytical knowledge of meaning. When teaching that dharma to others, knowing all names and languages without confusion is the analytical knowledge of exact terms. Thus, when explaining, even if one starts from one door of dharma and teaches for an eon or more, one's intelligence will not be exhausted, so it is the analytical knowledge of eloquence. Furthermore, when teaching dharma to others, the words that are the basis and the meaning that is relied upon are the subjects to be explained, and by speech, knowing the language and names of each sentient being, and the etymology, the reason why that name was given, and all the profound and vast meanings of those, therefore there are four analytical knowledges. As it says in the Ornament of the Sutras: "The basis and what depends on it are the subjects to be explained, speech and knowledge are the means of explaining, to you who possess constant and unimpeded intelligence, the good guide, I pay homage." The eighteen unshared qualities are: six unshared ways of acting, six unshared thoughts, three unshared wisdoms,
