Secondly, just as a goldsmith transforms gold into ornaments, so does one transform merit into a branch of complete enlightenment; thirdly, oneself and others equally obtain merit, that is, the latter two, with the merit of dedication, rejoice and increase, with the merit of rejoicing, dedicate and increase, these two are related without distinction of high and low. Secondly, the nature of equanimity, on the path of uncontaminated meditation, there are two types of meditation paths: the manifestation of qualities and the purification of defilements. The first is: Its nature, etc., to the nature of great meaning, which means that the nature of the attainment of the meditation path is the wisdom that sees all dharmas without inversion, without elaboration, and directly. Without being grasped by this, the other perfections cannot attain Buddhahood, therefore it is the nature of excellence. The characteristic is to realize the characteristics of all dharmas, arising and ceasing and without object, and to realize that all between form and all-knowingness are not considered to be truly manifested. The aspect of wisdom is that one does not cling to the characteristics of dharmas. What is established is that the realization of non-objectivity arises in the continuum of increasingly higher yogis, and becomes the ultimate fruit of Buddhahood with great meaning. The first three are the nature of what can be attained, and the latter two are the function of relying on what is to be attained. Secondly, pure meditation path has two aspects: cause and nature. The first is: Relying on the Buddha, etc., to complete possession. This means that there are two types of causes for the arising of pure meditation path and the causes for not arising. The first is: Relying on the countless Buddhas for a long time to please them, perfecting the perfections such as generosity, and those who are skilled in the means of meditating on calm abiding without object and without elaboration are the causes for the arising of pure meditation path in the continuum. The adverse conditions are the causes of lacking the Dharma, being suppressed by the hordes of demons, that is, being harmed, not cultivating the Mahayana lineage, not believing in the profound Dharma without elaboration, not being accustomed to the selflessness of Dharma, therefore clinging to the aggregates, etc., as real, not being close to virtuous friends, but being possessed by evil friends. Secondly, there are two types: general instruction on purity and separate explanation. The first is: Fruit

That which is called "pure from the pure son, etc.," means that from the perspective of the object-possessing fruit, the purity of abandoning attachment to the object is the same as the purity of the object, form, etc., because there is only one impurity to be purified. Those two purities are not two, grasping and apprehended, and the mind cannot divide them into two, and because the nature is not different, they are not different entities, and because there are not many limbs and parts, they are indivisible. Because in this Mahayana, there is no object outside except for the appearance of the mind, so when the mind is pure, the appearance is pure. Therefore, impure appearances are not established from the perspective of the noble ones, but from the perspective of sentient beings. Second, the detailed explanation is divided into the difference of paths and the difference of ultimate paths. The first is what is called "extremely pure from afflictions, etc.," which is the purity of the Shravaka disciple whose afflictive obscurations have diminished, and a part of the obscurations of knowledge, which is the purity of the Pratyekabuddha whose grasping and conceptualization have diminished, and the obscurations of the three paths, which are the two mentioned earlier and The purity of the sons of the king, Bodhisattvas, whose grasping and conceptualization are pure. The complete purity of the Buddhas is the extreme purity in which all aspects of obscurations are pure. Second, it is divided into the difference of paths and the refutation of disputes. The first is: If that is the case, why is the complete purity of the Buddhas extremely pure, and the purity of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas is partial? The sutra says, "Depending on the nine grounds, etc., the path is pure." The reason why the complete purity of the Buddhas is extremely pure is that, relying on the nine grounds of the desire realm, form realm, and formless realm, the nine types of defilements to be abandoned, such as the greatest of the great, etc., the path that abandons them, which is the path of meditation of the Mahayana, the smallest of the small, etc., are the cause of purifying all defilements. Second, the refutation of disputes on this is: The sutra says, "There is criticism on this, etc., it is assumed." Like this, because the antidotes to the nine types of abandonment that are cultivated arise in order from small to large, the nine paths of meditation of the Mahayana are the cause of purifying all defilements, and as a result of this reason, the complete purity of the Buddha is not extremely pure, because the greatest of the great to be abandoned must be destroyed by the smallest of the small antidote. The criticism is shown from the heart, and the answer to this is that there is no benefit or harm in the ultimate sense,
