ངས་པས་ཕྱག་རིང་ཞིང་མཛེས་པ་ཉིད་དང༌། ཕྱག་རིང་བ་ནི་བརླ་དྲང་པོར་བཞག་སྟེ་མ་བཏུད་ཀྱང་ཕྱག་གིས་པུས་མོའི་ལྷ་ངར་སླེབ་པའོ། །སྐྱེ་བོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་ལེན་དུ་འཇུག་པ་དང༌། གསང་བའི་གསང་ཚིག་བསྲུངས་པས་གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དང༌། །ཅང་ཤེས་ལྟར་འདོམས་ཀྱི་སྦ་བ་སྦུབས་སུ་ནུབ་པ་དང༌། གདིང་བ་དང་དགབ་པ་དང་གོས་གྱ་ནོམས་པ་བྱིན་པས་མདོག་གསེར་འདྲ་བ་དང༌། གསེར་འདྲ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་དག་པའི་གསེར་ལྟར་གསལ་བ་ལ་བྱའི་སེར་བ་ལ་མི་བྱའོ། །ཁང་བཟང་ལ་སོགས་པ་དམ་པ་བྱིན་པས་གསེར་དངུལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་པ་ལྟར་བགས་པ་འཇམ་ཞིང་སྙོམས་ལ་རྡུལ་ གྱིས་མ་གོས་པའོ། །འདུ་འཛི་དང་རྣམ་གཡེངས་སྤངས་པས་བ་སྤུའི་ཁུང་བུ་རེ་རེར་སྦུ་གཉིས་གཉིས་མེད་པར་རེ་རེ་བ་གཡས་ཕྱོགས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་བའོ། །སྐྱེ་བོ་མཁན་སློབ་ཕ་མ་སློབ་དཔོན་བླ་མ་སྟེ་གོང་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྙེན་བཀུར་གྱི་གནས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བཀོད་ཅིང་རིམ་གྲོ་བསྒྲུབ་པས་ཞལ་མཛོད་སྤུས་བརྒྱན་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ཡང་སྨིན་མཚམས་བར་ཐིག་ལེའི་གནས་ན། འཇམ་པ་དཀར་བ་མཉེན་པ་དྲང་ན་ཁྲུ་གང་དང་གཉིས་དང་གསུམ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཚད་འབྱུང་བ་བཏང་ན་གཡས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་པ་རྩེ་མོ་གྱེན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་པ་སྐྱུ་རུ་རའི་འབྲུའི་ཚད་ཙམ་པ་དངུལ་འབུར་གྱི་རྣམ་པའོ། །ཞེས་དགོངས་རྒྱན་ལས་སོ། །རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཁ་དྲག་གི་ཚིག་གིས་ཁྱད་དུ་མ་བསད་པས་རོ་སྟོད་སེང་གེ་དང་འདྲ་བ་སྟེ་རོ་སྟོང་འཕེལ་ཀར་ཆེ་བའོ། །སྙན་པར་སྨྲ་བ་དང་ལེགས་པར་སྨྲ་བའི་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པ་སྟེ་རྗེས་སུ་བསླབ་པས། དཔུང་མགོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཟླུམ་པ་དང༌། དཔུང་མགོ་ཟླུམ་པ་ནི་གསེར་གྱི་བུམ་པའི་མགྲིན་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟླུམ་ཞིང་མགྲིན་པ་ལེགས་པར་འབྲེལ་བ་རྩའི་དྲ་བ་མི་མངོན་པ་ལ་ཐུབ་དགོངས་ལས་སོ། །སྨན་དང་སྨན་པ་དང་ནད་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཟས་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱིན་པས་ཐལ་གོང་རྒྱས་པ་དང་འདི་ནི་དཔུང་མགོ་བ་ན་ཚུན་གྱི་བར་རྒྱས་པ་ལ་དགོངས་རྒྱན་དང་ཐལ་གོང་ཕྲད་ལ་དག་ལྡན་ལས་ཏེ། མདོར་ན་གསེར་གྱི་གཏན་པ་ཕྱིས་པ་ ལྟར་བྲང་མི་མཉམ་པ་མེད་པ་སྟེ་བཅུ་ཚན་གཉིས་པའོ། །སྐྱེ་བོ་ནད་པའི་གཡོག་བྱས་པས་རོ་བྲོ་བའི་མཆོག་མཁྱེན་པ་སྟེ་རོ་མི་ཞིམ་པ་ལ་ཡང་རོ་མཆོག་བྲོ་བར་མཁྱེན་པ་སྟེ་རླུང་མཁྲིས་བད་ཀན་གྱིས་ལྗགས་མ་ཉམས་པར་རོ་བྲོ་བ་སོ་སོར་མྱང་བ་དང་མཐུན་པའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་སྐྱེ་བའོ། །ནགས་ཚལ་དང་ཀུན་དགའ་ར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་ལེན་དུ་བཅུག་པས་ཤིང་ནྱ་གྲོ་དྷ་ལྟར་ཆུ་ཞེང་གབ་པ་སྟེ། འདོམ་

因为布施长而美丽的双手。手长是指，即使双腿笔直放置，不弯曲，手也能触及膝盖的骨头。使所有众生都能正确地接受梵行，守护秘密的誓言，所以（其阴藏）像大象和骏马一样隐没在鞘中。因为布施坐垫、覆盖物和华丽的衣服，所以肤色像黄金一样。像黄金一样是指，像非常纯净的黄金一样明亮，而不是像鸟类的黄色。因为布施高楼大厦等圣物，所以皮肤像精炼的金银一样光滑、均匀，没有被灰尘沾染。因为舍弃喧嚣和散乱，所以每个毛孔里没有两根毛发，而是一根毛发向右旋转。因为像对待堪布、阿阇黎、父母、上师等所有上级一样，按照应有的方式安排侍奉和供养，所以拥有以白毫相庄严的脸。也就是在眉间白毫相的位置，柔软、白色、有弹性，伸直时有一肘、两肘、三肘等长度，放开时向右旋转，顶端朝上，像毛茛的种子一样大小，呈现银色突起的样子。这是出自《功德庄严经》。因为在任何情况下都没有用粗暴的语言冒犯，所以上半身像狮子一样，也就是胸膛宽大。因为随顺悦耳的言语和美好的言语，也就是随之学习，所以肩膀非常圆润。肩膀圆润是指，像金瓶的颈部一样完全圆润，颈部连接良好，根脉网络不显现，这是出自《能仁密意经》。因为布施药物、医生和对疾病有益的食物等，所以腋窝丰满。这指的是肩膀到腋窝之间丰满，这是出自《功德庄严经》和《具足圆满经》。总之，像擦拭过的金板一样，胸部没有不平整的地方，这是三十二相中的第二组。因为侍奉生病的众生，所以能知晓最佳的滋味，也就是即使是不美味的东西，也能知晓最佳的滋味，也就是风、胆、涎液没有损害舌头，能品尝到各种味道，从而产生相应的意识。因为建造森林和寺院等，并使之被正确地接受，所以像榕树一样，周长和高度相等，一寻

Because of giving long and beautiful hands. Long hands mean that even if the legs are placed straight and not bent, the hands can reach the bones of the knees. Enabling all beings to correctly receive celibacy, and guarding secret vows, so (the genitals) are hidden in the sheath like elephants and fine horses. Because of giving cushions, coverings, and gorgeous clothes, the skin color is like gold. Like gold means that it is as bright as very pure gold, not like the yellow of birds. Because of giving sacred objects such as mansions, the skin is smooth and even like refined gold and silver, and not stained by dust. Because of abandoning noise and distraction, there are no two hairs in each pore, but one hair curls to the right. Because of arranging and serving all superiors such as Khenpos, Acharyas, parents, and Lamas in the proper manner, the face is adorned with the white hair-curl. That is, in the position of the white hair-curl between the eyebrows, it is soft, white, elastic, and straight, with a length of one cubit, two cubits, three cubits, etc. When released, it curls to the right, the tip facing upwards, about the size of a buttercup seed, and appears as a silver bulge. This is from the Ornament of Enlightenment. Because in any case, there is no offense with harsh words, the upper body is like a lion, that is, the chest is broad. Because of following pleasant speech and good speech, that is, learning from it, the shoulders are very round. Round shoulders mean that they are completely round like the neck of a golden vase, the neck is well connected, and the network of roots is not visible, this is from the Intent of the Sage. Because of giving medicine, doctors, and food that is beneficial for diseases, the armpits are full. This refers to the fullness between the shoulders and armpits, this is from the Ornament of Enlightenment and the Complete Sutra. In short, like a wiped gold plate, there is no unevenness in the chest, this is the second set of the thirty-two marks. Because of serving sick beings, one knows the best taste, that is, even if something is not delicious, one knows the best taste, that is, the tongue is not damaged by wind, bile, and phlegm, one can taste various flavors, and thus generate corresponding consciousness. Because of building forests and monasteries, etc., and causing them to be properly accepted, like a banyan tree, the circumference and height are equal, one fathom.
