The unerring Lion-backed one, in the lineage of the omniscient compassionate Jonangpa masters, a diligent one was born. (Tibetan calendar) 636. In the Water-Ox year of approaching practice, the Sakyapas took control of the reins of the entire Tibetan region. 626. During the time of Dharma Lord Sakya Pandita, the capital of China was seized by the Mongols. The Mongol army, led by the Mongol king's general Dorta Nagpo, came to Tibet, and the prophecy "Kill those who are seen, fear those who flee" came to pass, destroying all the fortresses in Tibet. At a time when all the men were being killed, the Mongol king developed a thought of Dharma and invited Sakya Pandita, but he did not ask for Dharma, and after many years, Sakya Pandita passed away in Mongolia. The son of that king, Sechin King, invited Dharma King Phagpa and requested three empowerments.
