Please don't be upset. These are loving whispers, please don't scold. Please observe and contemplate with your heart, these are all sincere words. Hearing these words, the golden bee was slightly displeased and said: Alas, in this solitary forest, how leisurely and comfortable is the Brahmin boy! The lotus is in full bloom, how delightful! This little bee left alone, making friends and getting along harmoniously is truly wonderful. Singing sad songs on the wide leaves, confiding secrets, yet it seems distant. To the golden bee suffering from sorrow, giving comfort is truly appreciated. These words that conform to both worldly customs and Dharma, contain wonderful meanings, truly amazing. For the situation of suffering samsara, I, the little bee who feels weary, used to live in front of the holy ones. My mind is focused on the sacred Dharma. I have engraved the vows of practice in my heart. It's a pity to suddenly change my mind. I keep the solitary forest in my heart. I keep the biographies of the predecessors in mind. It's a pity to make childish thoughts and actions. My mind focuses on the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་,triratna, triratna,Three Jewels). I carry the kind and precious Lama on my head. It's a pity to rely on the wrong place. I am generous to the hateful enemy. But I am distant to the loving relatives. It's a pity to quarrel and be angry. I offer to the Three Jewels. I give charity to those who are unable. It's a pity to make meaningless donations. I hide my own merits. I raise the merits of others like a flag. It's a pity to be arrogant and conceited. My lifelong companion, who has been with me all my life, was suddenly struck by the noose of the Lord of Death. This time I witnessed impermanence firsthand. Weariness and renunciation arise from the depths of my heart. It's a pity that there is hypocrisy in the words. I have engraved the vows in the center of my heart. I whip practice with the whip of diligence. It's a pity that there are lies in the words. You, the lotus bloomer who agrees with my heart! Have you met the Lama, the real Buddha? Do you possess the teachings of the profound Nine Vehicles? Have you studied and contemplated the scriptures of all schools without bias? Have you cut off the false additions of words? Have you practiced in a solitary place? Has unfeigned realization arisen? Have you sung happy songs at the foot of the rocky mountains? Are the experiences and visions burning like flames? Are your actions unrestrained and arbitrary? Have you enjoyed the path of equal taste? View the sights of the samsaric world. Has weariness arisen from the depths of your heart? Please speak words that conform to the Dharma. Sing a song that conforms to the right path. Show the example of impermanence.

Say something! Please tell of the city of samsara. Please tell of the merits of the path to liberation. Please praise the solitary mountain. I, the golden broad-winged little bee, make my dwelling in a solitary place. I give love and compassion to the divine Dharma companions. I look at my own mind. I have a heart-to-heart discussion with you. I speak without hiding anything. After saying this, the Brahmin boy Padma joyfully said: This golden broad-winged little bee has good teachings, sees far ahead, and is steadfast, unlike those who only engage in idle talk. In any case, judging from what he is saying now, it seems that he believes in the Dharma from the bottom of his heart. Therefore, I thought I should say something that pleases him, and so I said this: Hey, hey, dear friend of my heart! Golden broad-winged little bee! Place your faith in the Three Jewels. Devote yourself to the sacred Dharma. Reduce world-weariness and renunciation. Having an interest in practice is a sign that good wishes from a previous life have been fulfilled. Understand that all conditioned things are impermanent and illusory. Feel weary of the city of samsara. Abandon attachment to the eight worldly concerns of this life. Rejoicing in the solitary mountain is a sign of having a karmic connection with the Dharma. Wisdom arises in hearing, thinking, and meditating. Understand the profound acceptance and rejection of cause and effect. Know the conduct of the holy bodhisattvas. Gaining entry into the supreme path is a sign of being embraced by the holy protectors. For the little bee with good fortune, I, a disciple of a good teacher, will plant the seed of good determination. Please add to the good aspiration. Once upon a time, in a city of samsara, the container was called illusory appearance, and the essence was called the delusion of attachment. At a time when the container and essence gather, delighting in sin, suffering is like a forest fire spreading. Turning away from goodness, happiness is like the stars at dawn. Accepting evil deeds, bad times are like the shadows of dusk. On the grinding stone of anger, in the center of the attachment of desire, pour the grain of gods and humans, grind it, and fall into the depths of hell. From above, the disaster grows larger, from below, the increase grows more, and the karmic consequences become more detailed. Long ago, in the human world, cities were interconnected, and they fought each other like crows.
