念诵‘阿嘿嘎’(ཨ་ཧི་ཀ,A HI KA,A Hi Ka,发音)多少遍都可以。

Now, I will briefly explain the 'Pho ba (transference of consciousness) from the oral instructions. Here, one might wonder: Which deity should be visualized as the support for practicing 'Pho ba? The venerable Lamas consider that one should visualize one's own Yidam (personal deity). In the 'Kha sbyor' (Union Tantra) and 'Gdan bzhi' (Four Seats Tantra), there is a specific way to visualize a deity for this practice. If one can accomplish it, one should do so accordingly. However, I have not written it here for fear of being verbose. In the state of clearly visualizing oneself as the deity, combine the winds at the secret place or the navel. At the navel, visualize a red A (ཨ,A,A,seed syllable), at the heart, a dark blue HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ,HŪṂ,Hūṃ,seed syllable), and at the Brahma aperture, a white KṢA (ཀྵ,KṢA,Kṣa,seed syllable). Then, forcefully draw up the lower wind, pushing the A syllable at the navel upwards, so that it comes up and pushes the HŪṂ. Then, imagine that the HŪṂ comes up and pushes the KṢA syllable. Then, push it back down, imagining the HŪṂ at the heart and the A at the navel.' It is said that 'alternately, imagine the A dissolving into the HŪṂ.' But it is easier to do it as before. Practice like this continuously until signs appear. The signs are itching at the crown of the head and trembling, etc. Then, apply it to the actual practice: assume a squatting posture. Clasp the two knees with both hands. Precede with refuge and generating Bodhicitta. Then, in the state of clearly visualizing oneself as the Yidam deity, in the sky directly in front of the crown of the head, at a comfortable distance (a span or a cubit, etc.), visualize the Lama and Yidam as inseparable. Pray intensely with fervent devotion. Then, clearly visualize the A at the navel, the HŪṂ at the heart, and the KṢA at the crown of the head. Forcefully draw up the lower wind, so that the A itself rises up from within the central channel with a 'khyu ru ru' sound, and dissolves into the HŪṂ at the heart. Recite 'A HI KA' (ཨ་ཧི་ཀ,A HI KA,A Hi Ka,pronunciation) as many times as possible. Then, push the HŪṂ itself upwards, reciting 'A HI KA' twenty times, imagining it reaching the throat. Clear away the KṢA syllable at the Brahma aperture, and imagine the Brahma aperture as bright and clear like an open white hole. Recite five times the forceful 'A HI KA', imagining the HŪṂ shooting out from the Brahma aperture and dissolving into the heart of the Lama and Yidam, inseparable. Focus on this, and rest in a non-conceptual state.' This is what the Lamas say. This seems to be a condensed 'Pho ba practice based on the 'Four Seats Tantra'. For this, one needs to rely on authentic tantras and commentaries, and thoroughly understand the posture of the two 'Yeshes' (ཡེ་ཤེས,ye shes, wisdoms), the place where the two syllables are placed, the manner of looking up and down with the head, the recitation of the wind during the two times of pushing up and lowering down, and the special methods of purification. If one can fully understand these methods of practice and put them into practice, one will realize it very easily. In general, the key instructions for 'Pho ba' that merely transfer one to a good rebirth… --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding oral instructions, although there are great differences, the tantric view is to transform (the practitioner) into a supreme support for Vidyadharas (holders of knowledge) who practice mantras. For this, one needs the uncommon power of Samadhi (state of meditative consciousness), capable of preventing the transfer of consciousness from the other eight gates, and capable of transferring consciousness through the golden gate. If one can bind the wind that serves as the mount of consciousness, preventing it from flowing out of the other eight gates, then one can also bind the consciousness that rides the wind, preventing it from transferring through those gates. For this, one needs to know the key points of writing letters on those gates and practicing meditation, thereby binding them; and one needs to be able to bind the winds of the sense organs through Kumbhaka (breath retention), which is a crucial point. Clearly grasping these key points is difficult even in written documents. Therefore, regarding the red 'A' at the navel center, the previous great masters, in the Sambhuta Tantra, said, 'The seed is red.' In the Manne Tantra, it is said that the word 'is' has a definitive meaning, therefore it is said that the 'A' should be red. However, some people change the 'A' to a red Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable, and abandon the method of writing letters on the nine gates, which is clearly explained in tantras such as the Chatuhpitha Tantra, instead thinking that blocking with a single coiled Hum is more profound, which seems to be an explanation made without understanding the meaning of the tantras. Entering a Corpse (Tibetan: གྲོང་དུ་འཇུག་པ།) Secondly, transferring consciousness into another's body: the sense organs such as the eyes are called 'corpses,' and the support of the sense organs is called 'city,' as mentioned in the Prajnaparamita Sutra. The term 'city' is also used for the undamaged body of a deceased person, therefore transferring consciousness into it is called 'entering a corpse.' This key instruction is also a characteristic of Anuttarayoga Tantra, and is recorded in many Mother Tantras, and also in some Father Tantras. So, through what kind of support is this entering a corpse done? For what purpose is it done? And through what kind of method is it done? Regarding this, the individual (Tibetan: གང་ཟག་, meaning: person) who serves as the support needs to be proficient in Phowa (Tibetan: འཕོ་བ།, meaning: transfer of consciousness) and entering a corpse, and needs to have fully received empowerment, properly kept vows and precepts, and also needs to practice the generation stage. The tantras say that for the three situations of special Phowa, transferring one's own consciousness into another's body, and removing another's consciousness from their body and transferring it into one's own body, one needs to be able to write letters on the nine gates and prevent the winds, and also needs to practice these gates through Kumbhaka, thereby merging the life force into the central channel, and relying on Tummo (inner heat) to increase the redness of the 'A' at the navel center, and the heart's subtle life force as a mount... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
