If someone listens to the 'that's how it is' instructions and thinks they have understood and starts practicing, know that this will open the door to extremely terrible evil destinies. As the Hevajra Manifestation Tantra says: 'Without yoga, practicing yoga dharma; misusing the mudras (hand seals, body seals, samaya seals, wisdom seals); without wisdom, pretending to have wisdom; there is no doubt of going to hell.' Therefore, know that doing so when all conditions are not met has very great faults. If one has not obtained the ability to rely on Karma-mudra, then by practicing Jnana-mudras such as Nairatmya (Selfless Mother) and Vajrayogini (Diamond Yogini) for a long time, if one can obtain the clear appearance and make it stable, then one can enter into a state corresponding to this, and at the Sahaja (Innate) time of generating the four joys (joy, supreme joy, separation joy, innate joy), remember the view and practice the inseparability of bliss and emptiness. If one cannot do this, one should also rely on bliss to generate a single-pointed Samadhi. Furthermore, according to the Marpa tradition's 'Five Stages Root Verses - The Clear Compilation of the Five Stages': 'The first appearance is like a mirage, appearing with five lights; the second is like the light of the moon; the third is intertwined with the light of the sun, this is obtained from the appearance of the boundary.' And 'The illusory body arising from wind and mind alone, appears with light.' Just as the appearance of moonlight rising in a cloudless sky, and the increase like the intertwining of sunlight and clear sky, and the near attainment like the clear sky being covered by the darkness of twilight, these three. First, it arises (the initial appearance), and then from the state of only wind and mind, the illusory body with light arises. All these classifications, if they do not appear in the instructions of this (Chakrasamvara) Dharma class, but only take oneself as an example, and by stopping the coarse discriminations such as liking and disliking, regard it as an impure illusory body; or just visualize oneself as an illusory deity body, thereby maintaining equanimity towards emotions such as liking and disliking, and regard it as a pure illusory body. If it only stops at this, then one cannot distinguish the rough differences between Anuttarayoga-tantra (Unsurpassed Yoga Tantra), and other common meanings of illusion, and the hidden meaning illusory body of the third stage of the Anuttarayoga path sequence, and the illusory body of the fifth stage of Yuganaddha (Union). Because the real illusory body here is the unique Sampannakrama (Completion Stage) of Anuttarayoga, and the illusory body mentioned earlier is only preliminary. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Furthermore, the characteristic of illusion in the general sense is also not apparent. Secondly, if it is assumed that the illusory body arises from the lower three classes, it is because many arise from them. To subdue the conceptual thoughts of attachment and aversion and to equalize experience, one must combine the definitive view of emptiness from the Madhyamaka school with the innate great bliss. The main practice is to meditate in a state of equipoise. If this is well understood and maintained, then after rising from that state, through the power of equipoise, all appearances will arise as illusions. Moreover, from the very first stage, through the key point of familiarizing oneself with the practice of carrying all appearances as the mandala of deities, even without separately training in the deity's form appearing but being empty of inherent existence, it will naturally arise. In some of the combined practice instructions of the Marpa tradition, it is said that one should place a painted image of a deity in front of oneself and look at its reflection in a mirror, observing whether one appears like the deity in the reflection. This is said to be an instruction for enhancing the clarity of the deity in the generation stage. Furthermore, in the instructions of Lama Tsur, it is said that initially, during the secret empowerment, one should recognize the form of Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसत्त्व, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajrasattva, Literal Chinese meaning: Diamond Hero) in the mirror as an illusory body that appears but is empty of inherent existence. These contents seem to have been brought here, and it appears that they have been placed here without fully understanding the meaning of the 'Five Stages' text. However, these contents have already been explained in detail in the instructions on the path of the noble ones. Nevertheless, the key points of the illusory body in the initial instructions of the Marpa tradition are not fully explained, and this is also explained in detail there. Furthermore, in these instructions, there seem to be two views regarding whether or not to train in union, and a classification of the four states of appearance, increase, attainment, and luminosity. However, apart from specific winds and minds, there is no mention of how to accomplish the illusory body, and how, based on the accomplishment of that body, to enter into the ultimate luminosity. Nor is there mention of how the four emptinesses of appearance, increase, etc., arise, how to train in union after accomplishing the ultimate luminosity, how to accomplish non-learning union based on that, and how, when grasping the luminosity of sleep, one relies on the ability to insert the life force into the life channel (Tibetan: སྲོག་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राणधूती, Sanskrit Romanization: prāṇadhūtī, Literal Chinese meaning: life channel), gathers the single-flavored drop of energy in the life channel at the heart, and enters into luminosity through the stages of the four emptinesses, and how, in the end, one arises as the deity's form in the illusory body of dreams. Although these things seem like they should appear, they do not, and one should not have doubts about this. Therefore, by the power of the life force that has entered the life channel, the luminosity of sleep --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
