这被称为气息进入Duti(梵文:dhūtī,藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་,梵文罗马转写:dhūtīr,汉语字面意思:使者脉)。气息安住于Duti(梵文:dhūtī,藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་,梵文罗马转写:dhūtīr,汉语字面意思:使者脉)中,从这个阶段开始,通过收摄并禅修,鼻孔的气息运行会逐渐减弱。 杰尊·米拉日巴尊者也说:‘气息融入Duti(梵文:dhūtī,藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་,梵文罗马转写:dhūtīr,汉语字面意思:使者脉)中,感到快乐!’,‘没有呼吸的进出,感到快乐!’,‘气息的运行停止,一切都感到快乐!’。 对于那些不擅长将脉轮集中于中心,却修习大量宝瓶气,并且无法将气息束缚在Duti(梵文:dhūtī,藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་,梵文罗马转写:dhūtīr,汉语字面意思:使者脉)中的人,气息会游荡到其他地方。

If there are no other obstacles, then (the breath) will definitely enter the central channel again and again, and all accompanying factors will be enhanced. If it is not that some are strong and some are weak, but that the strength is the same, then with the power of this yoga, it can only be placed to the extent that the breath can enter the central channel. Once entered, it will not shift between the left and right channels. This is called the breath entering Duti (Sanskrit: dhūtī, Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūtīr, Literal Chinese meaning: messenger channel). Remaining in Duti (Sanskrit: dhūtī, Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūtīr, Literal Chinese meaning: messenger channel) means that from this stage, by contracting and meditating, the flow of breath in the nostrils will gradually weaken. Upon careful examination, even the subtle flow of breath will stop. Jetsun Milarepa also said: 'The breath enters Duti (Sanskrit: dhūtī, Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūtīr, Literal Chinese meaning: messenger channel), and it is blissful!', 'If there is no coming and going of breath, it is blissful!', 'If the flow stops, everything is blissful!'. When the subtle flow of breath in the nostrils stops, there is a difference between easy and difficult integration (into the central channel). If it is difficult to integrate, the navel will be filled with breath for a short time, and then it will calm down. After calming down, from the location of the fire in the navel and secret place, a special warmth will arise, and then gradually guide the melting. The stopping of the subtle flow of breath in the nostrils can be achieved by accumulating small offerings, or it can happen to those with strong habits. For those who are not skilled at concentrating the chakras at the center, but practice a lot of vase breathing, and are unable to bind the breath in Duti (Sanskrit: dhūtī, Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūtīr, Literal Chinese meaning: messenger channel), the breath will wander elsewhere. There is neither exhaling nor inhaling, and there is nothing to удерживать (удерживать: Russian, удерживать: удерживать), so this is neither entering Duti (Sanskrit: dhūtī, Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūtīr, Literal Chinese meaning: messenger channel) nor integrating, so these differences must be clearly distinguished. Regarding the length of time to удерживать (удерживать: Russian, удерживать: удерживать) the breath with vase breathing, the 《Sdom 'byung》 says: 'First understand vase breathing, then sit in the lotus position, rub your hands three times, and then clap six times. As long as you can удерживать (удерживать: Russian, удерживать: удерживать) thirty-six times, do vase breathing. It is best to удерживать (удерживать: Russian, удерживать: удерживать) one hundred and eight times.' This means that rubbing the palm of the right hand on the back of the left hand three times, and then clapping six times, if you can удерживать (удерживать: Russian, удерживать: удерживать) the breath one hundred and eight times (best), seventy-two times (medium), or thirty-six times (minimum), it is said that you can conquer death. How to generate the four joys by relying on entering (the central channel) Second, there are three ways to generate the four joys by relying on entering (the central channel): the method of manifesting signs and burning tummo; the method of generating the four joys by relying on the melting of bodhicitta; and the method of practicing co-emergent wisdom. The method of manifesting signs and burning tummo First --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, regarding the visualization in the center of the navel chakra (ལྟེ་བའི་རྩ་འཁོར།, Skt. manipura chakra, navel chakra) when integrating the life force into the central channel (དབུ་མ།, Skt. avadhūti, central channel), the signs of its appearance are as follows: The great accomplished Lāwapa (གྲུབ་ཆེན་ལྭ་བ་པ།) said: 'Initially, it appears like a wild deer chasing a mirage; the second sign is like the appearance of smoke; the third is like a firefly; the fourth is as clear as a burning lamp; the fifth is without any conceptualization, appearing like a cloudless sky.' Among these, the wild deer chases a mirage (སྨིག་རྒྱུ།). These four signs, the latter being clearer than the former, are said to be like mirages, etc., but they do not appear as the same as them. Some believe that the awareness of having signs is a measure of stability, while others believe that it appears as smoke, etc. Among these three views, the last one is better. The key to the degree of wind integration, whether large or small, etc., will lead to various situations such as the size of the scope and whether it is stable or not, so it is not absolute. For these phenomena such as smoke, there are both the concentration of integrating the life force into the central channel through special methods, and the practice of abiding in non-conceptualization without such visualization. Both of these situations will occur, and it is necessary to distinguish them well. In the former method, there will also be three signs such as the reversal of the winds of the inverted earth, etc., slight reversal, and complete reversal. As it is said, the wind that flows excessively outward from the sense gates begins to reverse slightly inward, slightly reverses, and signs such as slightly entering the central channel, until the reversal when going on the high path, and the many stages of transforming into a special reversal sign. Here, it refers to the stage of integration that is dedicated to the integration of the life force into the central channel, that is, the stage of continuous appearance from mirage to cloudless sky. When earth integrates into water, it appears as a mirage; when water integrates into fire, it appears as smoke; when fire integrates into wind, it appears as a firefly; when the wind, the mount of conceptualization, integrates into the mind, it appears like a windless burning lamp. Through the power of these signs appearing in sequence, it is praised that Mahāmudrā (ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ།, Skt. mahāmudrā, Great Seal) will be attained. The inner heat (གཏུམ་མོ།, Skt. caṇḍālī, fierce woman) initially burns from the navel chakra and secret place (གསང་གནས།) inside the dhūtī (དྷཱུ་ཏཱི།, Skt. dhūtī, channel of energy), the ordinary outer heat of the dhūtī burns, and the heat of burning, there is burning from the depths of the body, and burning from the mouth like between the flesh and skin, the heat of the initial burning has a small and large range, and the heat rises upwards quickly and slowly. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
