Then, with the head placed between the legs, make a 'ha' sound to vomit, and finally stand up and shake the legs three times each. Shake the head and body, and stretch the joints. After pulling the finger joints with the hands, shake the head and body, and rub the hands together as if washing them. When doing these physical exercises, it is necessary to control the breath well, and the movements should be slow and rhythmic. The time to do them is before meals, and if done after meals, it should be after the stomach has comfortably digested. Do not overstretch the body. Meditating on emptiness: As before, visualize yourself as the Yidam (deity). The special focus here is to visualize the body as empty as a bamboo tube from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, focus on this, and meditate steadily. This and the physical exercises are performed alternately. This emptiness meditation is to visualize the body in the mind like a rainbow, without material obstruction. Although this cannot actually make the body like that, if the mind is focused on this, there will be no pain in the channels and winds when meditating on intense channels and winds. Even if it occurs, it can be calmed by meditating on this. Because this is very important, meditate on it. The necessity of physical exercise is similar to this. Although there are many other ideas about emptiness, there is no more in the instructions of Phagmo Drupa, and that is enough. These emptiness physical exercises, although not from reliable Indian texts, are all oral instructions from the Lamas (teachers). This is considering that if it is difficult to generate Samadhi (concentration) through gentle methods, then when practicing channels and winds through intense methods, practicing these can reduce obstacles. After that is the order of actually meditating on the path. Second, after that is the order of actually meditating on the path, which is divided into two: establishing the outline of the path and the order of guiding into the path. Establishing the Outline of the Path First, regarding this instruction, there are many ways of doing it with two Dharmas, three Dharmas, four Dharmas, six Dharmas, and ten Dharmas. If it is done according to the order of the faculties of the practitioner, it needs to be divided into three paths of enlightenment in this life, the Bardo (intermediate state), and future lives. If it is done from the perspective of the path to be meditated on, it needs a complete ordinary path of the Completion Stage, and two methods of enhancing it. The latter, the Lamas of this tradition mainly emphasize oral instructions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Although most of the instructions of the practices are not mentioned, those who uphold the tradition of Marpa need them as they are said. Lama Marpa said: 'The gatekeeper Nāropa Paṇḍita, heard the profound Hevajra Tantra, obtained the instructions of blending, transferring, and combining, especially received instructions from gTummo, and was introduced to the key points of the oral transmission.' In general, this is an introduction to the blending and transferring oral transmission. In particular, how to generate the four joys based on the inner gTummo arising from Hevajra, and how to generate the four joys based on the outer karma-mudrā, were taught. Therefore, mainly relying on Hevajra, namely gTummo and karma-mudrā. Marpa also said: 'In the city of Lakṣetra in the west, I approached the feet of glorious Jñānagarbha, listened to the father tantra Guhyasamāja Tantra, obtained the instructions of Māyākāya and Prabhāsvara, and learned the meaning of the five stages of the path.' Therefore, Venerable Nāropa heard one of the four special instructions based on the four particularly excellent tantras, namely the five stages of instructions based on the glorious Guhyasamāja. Therefore, both Jñānagarbha and Nāropa heard the Māyākāya and Prabhāsvara instructions of the five stages, mainly relying on Guhyasamāja. Prajñā and Parakāyapraveśa seem to mainly rely on Cakrasaṃvara. Regarding how to practice them as the Six Dharmas of Nāropa: the instructions of gTummo, Māyākāya, Prabhāsvara, Prajñā, Parakāyapraveśa, and Antarābhava are considered the six dharmas. Among them, Svāpnadarśana and Antarābhava are branches of Māyākāya, and it is better to include the sleep Prabhāsvara in Māyākāya as well. It is easier to understand if Prajñā and Parakāyapraveśa are explained together. Jetsun Milarepa's instructions say: 'This instruction includes Utpattikrama, gTummo, karma-mudrā, understanding the Tattvadṛṣṭi, and the Prabhāsvara of the path as a symbol, the Māyākāya and Svāpnadarśana of the path as a symbol, six key points. This is the essence extracted from the heart of Lhodrak Marpa, the introduction to the meaning of the oral transmission, the method to reach the ultimate key points of the instructions, and there is no other way besides this. The yogi's intention, thoughtful wisdom, and the confidence to practice immediately all come from this.' Except for the first one, the rest are all included in this Ṣaḍaṅgayoga. The holders of the Marpa tradition also follow the same tradition. Therefore, it is foolish to think that there are deeper instructions in this tradition than the Six Dharmas of Nāropa. In general, the perfection --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
