因此宣说心要之语，令一切众生血肉丰满，诸根之精明也皆清明，没有错乱也没有动摇，获得自性任运成就之安乐，具有慈爱且大悲，遣除对众生人类的损害，恶劣的旱灾和近处的灾难等，一切都因此得以解脱，平息水大的痛苦，此水成为一切众生的滋养，一切都靠水的力量来医治，水的精要咒语和心髓，要像黄金一样珍藏并诵读，痛苦、习气、业障和污垢，恶臭的污秽等，以及恶疾、不净等等，所有这些都将变得清净，这些能力都由此产生，恭则（Kongtse）国王念诵此，障碍和阻碍无法侵袭，水大的神灵会守护，福报和财富将会增长，由水而生的疾病等，看看那些会迅速平息，因此念诵此功德极大，往昔从水的波涛中，形成了珍贵的黄金地基，没有变化也没有动摇，自性宫殿次第形成，地基处于珍宝的状态，一切都具备美丽的黄金，从黄金的本质和颜色中，土地的精华非常美好，没有动摇是黄金的威严，自性安住是土地的力量，五大元素中土地最为珍贵，具备五种元素的威力，想要的一切都从中产生，众生的愿望由此满足，无上导师的慈悲，以及圆满的佛菩萨，善的根本就这样成就，具备这些的众生远离烦恼，像这样不可见，不可能改变，像那样具备五大元素的状态，从状态中没有动摇的珍贵土地，安乐的陈设是黄金的源泉，一切都依赖于此，一切都安住于此，不迁变，不变异，坚固而稳定，六道众生像那样安住，一切都安住于土地的殊胜宫殿，土大的坛城广大，普遍存在的八部珍宝，一切所需的就像那样存在，与具有信心的虔诚之心相遇，被愚痴黑暗所遮蔽的，傲慢者是火的眷属，从土地中享用，处于土地的状态，一切都像那样从土地中解脱，具备慈悲心，具有大智慧，坚牢地神是土地的女神，神变之身

By uttering these essential words, all sentient beings will have abundant flesh and blood. The clarity of their senses will be bright. There will be no confusion or agitation. They will attain spontaneous, natural bliss. They will be filled with loving-kindness and great compassion. Those who bring harm to sentient beings and humans, such as severe droughts and nearby calamities, will all be liberated by this. The suffering of the water element will be purified. This water will become a great nourishment for all sentient beings. All healing comes from the power of water. This essential mantra and heart essence of water should be cherished and recited like gold. Suffering, habitual tendencies, obscurations, and defilements, foul odors, and impurities, as well as bad diseases, uncleanliness, and so on, all of these will become pure. These abilities arise from this. When King Kongtse recited this, obstacles and hindrances could not prevail. The deities of the water element will protect him. Prosperity and merit will increase. Diseases arising from water, etc., will be quickly pacified. Therefore, reciting this has great merit. In the past, from the waves of water, a precious golden foundation was formed. It is unchanging and unmoving. Natural palaces were gradually built. The foundation is in a state of precious jewels. Everything is filled with beautiful gold. From the essence and color of gold, the essence of the earth is very good. The majesty of gold is unwavering. The natural state is the power of the earth. Among the elements, earth is the most precious. It possesses the power of the five elements. Everything desired arises from it. The desires of sentient beings are fulfilled by it. The compassion of the supreme teacher, and the perfect Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the root of virtue is thus accomplished. Sentient beings who possess these qualities abandon afflictions. Like this, it is invisible and impossible to change. Like that, possessing the state of the elements, the precious earth does not move from its state. The arrangement of bliss is the source of gold. Everything relies on it, and everything abides in it. It is immutable, unchanging, firm, and stable. The six realms of beings abide in it in the same way. Everything abides in the supreme palace of the earth. The mandala of the earth element expands. The eight classes of precious beings that pervade everywhere, all that is needed is there. It meets with the faithful and devoted mind. Those who are obscured by the darkness of ignorance, the arrogant are the retinue of fire. Enjoying from the earth, being in the state of earth, everything is liberated from the earth in that way. Possessing loving-kindness, having great wisdom, the goddess Tenma is the goddess of the earth, a miraculous body.

The essence of earth is held, from the earth liberation, the basis of all increases greatly. Greatly abundant, is the form of abundance. The three great earths are for the benefit of beings, perfected in the element of form. Without birth and death, is the realm of earth. The eight realms are the manifestation of consciousness, the manifestation pervades the sphere of the three realms. The transformation of the great earth is the essence of earth, the perfection of essence is Mount Meru. Color is composed of the five elements, the five lights of jewels blaze. Various forms are the element of form, all dwell and revolve around it. The supreme composed of the five elements, the supreme perfection is the abode of the gods. The five earth gods create all, the pervader creates the physical form of earth. The joyful earth emits radiance, the clear earth bestows light. The all-encompassing earth combines memory. The five earth gods nourish all, joy and memory are made by earth, all actions of earth are accomplished. The fortunate ones enjoy the treasure of elements, the purification of habits is the treasure of enlightenment. Universal enjoyment is the essence of earth, likewise, the element is the essence of earth. The action of nectar is the essence of earth, there is no nectar more supreme than this. Nourishing element, it nourishes all. For all sentient beings, the suffering of ignorance and delusion, the attachment of the ignorant mind, the dullness without thought, laziness, indifference, diseases and defects, death, cessation and destruction, demons and obstacles arising from earth, heavy and turbid diseases, madness, epilepsy, stupor and oppression. Avert the foundation, earthquakes and earth movements, destroy the illusions of the inner earth, harm life and interrupt, untimely death and proclaim evil sounds, groups that display malicious illusions. May all these be pacified. Kongtse, the king of the gods, composed this sutra of elements, eliminating delusion, ignorance, misunderstanding, afflictions, dullness and obscurations.
