ང༌། །སྲིན་པོ་བདུད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་སོ། །རོག་དན་བྱེད་ཅིང་མགོན་སྐྱབས་མཛད། །ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མེད་ལུས་པོ་བསྲུང༌། །དཔལ་མེད་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱེད། །སྲེད་མེད་བུ་ཚའི་དབང་ཐང་སྤེལ། །དེས་ན་འདི་བཀླགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེ། །དེ་ཚེ་འབྱུང་བ་ལྔ་ཡི་མདོག །དཀར་སེར་སྔོ་ནག་དམར་བ་ཡིས། ཚངས་པ་ལྷ་ཆེན་དེ་ཡི་འཁོར། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོན་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ངང༌། །འགྲོ་བ་མཐའ་དག་ཀུན་གྱི་རྟེན། །ལོ་སྐོར་ཟླ་སྐོར་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཆགས། །དང་པོ་ཆགས་པ་རླུང་གིས་བསྐྱེད། །འབྱུང་བ་ལྔ་པོ་རང་བཞིན་གནས། །ཐབས་ཀྱིས་བསྐྱེད་པས་འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན། །འགྲོ་བ་ཡོངས་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་གནས། །ལུས་ཅན་ལུས་ཏེ་ལུས་ཀྱི་མཆོག །ལོ་སྐོར་བཅུ་གཉིས་ལུས་དང་ལྡན། །སྟོན་པ་ལྷ་ཡིས་སྐུ་བཞེངས་པ། །ལོ་ཡི་མཛད་ཐབས་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ། །གཏན་ཚིགས་ངེས་ཚིག་ལུང་གིས་བཤད། །ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་གཉིས་དེ་ལ་འཁོར། །འཁོར་འདས་རྒྱས་པ་ལྷ་ཡི་སྐུ། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་སྐུ། །དུག་ལྔའི་དགྲ་འདུལ་གནོད་པ་ཞི། །སྐུ་ལས་གཟུགས་བསྐྱེད་རབ་ཏུ་སྟོན། །ཏིང་འཛིན་དགོངས་པ་ལྷ་ཡི་ལུས། །གཡོ་བ་མེད་པའི་ལྟ་བ་རྟོགས། །ཉོན་མོངས་བྱིང་བ་བྱི་བ་ཡིན། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་གླང་བས་གླང༌། །རི་མོ་ཕྲ་བས་སྟག་ཏུ་བྱུང༌། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡོད་པས་ཡོས་ཞེས་བྱ། །རྒྱུད་ལུང་མན་ངག་ཆུ་ལྟར་འབྲུག །བསམ་གཏན་བཞི་པོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྦྲུལ། །རྟ་ཡི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཛེས། །ཐམས་ཅད་མན་ངག་ལུག་པས་ལུག །ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ལ་ཕྲེང་བས་སྤྲེའུ། བྱ་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པས་བྱ། །ཡངས་པའི་དབྱིངས་ཉིད་འཁྱལ་བས་ཁྱི། །ངོ་མཚར་ཀུན་ལས་འཕགས་ཏེ་ཕག །ཐམས་ཅད་འདུས་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཀའ། །སྟོན་པས་ལུང་བསྟན་ཀུན་གྱི་ནོར། །དཔེ་ཟླ་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ་བས་ལྷ། །བཅུ་གཉིས་རང་བཞིན་རྒྱུད་ལས་འཕེལ། །ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཞག་ཟ་མ། །དུས་ཚོད་ལ་སོགས་དེ་ལ་བསྐོར། །རིག་ཅིང་རྟོགས་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱུང༌། །མ་རིག་མི་རྟོགས་གོ་བ་མེད། །ཅི་ཡང་མེད་པ་བྱ་ཡི་ལམ། །སྐམ་ལ་ཕྱུང་བའི་ཉ་བཞིན་དུ། དེ་ཕྱིར་དེ་ཡིས་ས་མེ་ཆོད། །ཐ་མ་བརླག་སྟེ་འབྲས་བུ་འཚིག །དེ་ལ་སོམས་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །སྟོན་པའི་བཀའ་ཉན་ལུང་ཁྲོལ་ནས། །ལས་ངན་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་སར་གྲོལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱ་བ་དེ་ལ་ཟེར། །འབྲས་བུ་མིང་སྟོར་ཆུད་མི་གསོན། །སེམས་ཅན་ཉོན་མོངས་མཐའ་དག་གི །ལས་ངན་སྒྲིབ་པའི་མུན་པ་བྱང༌། །ལས་ངན་འཁོར་བའི་གདུག་པ་རྣམས། །ཀུན་གྱིས་མ་རྟོགས་གནོད་པའི་གེགས། །ལས་ངན་གདུག་པའི་གེགས་དང་འབྲེལ། །དེ་ཡིས་བཅིངས་

啊！ 妖魔鬼怪不能侵犯， 作守护，作救助， 寿命长，无疾病，身体健壮， 无有光彩，使之具有光彩， 无贪欲，增长子嗣的权势。 因此读诵此经功德大。 彼时五行的颜色， 以白黄蓝黑红色， 梵天大神及其眷属， 佛陀导师的慈悲中， 一切众生的依处， 形成十二年轮月轮。 最初形成由风产生， 五大要素自然存在， 以方便产生，是众生的怙主， 对一切众生皆是如此存在。 有情之身，是身体之最胜， 十二年轮与身体相应。 导师天神建立身像， 确定年的行事方法， 以理证、定义、圣言而说。 十二个月围绕着它， 轮回寂灭增长是天神的身体。 圆满受用也是如此之身， 调伏五毒之敌，平息损害， 从身显现形象，极其明显。 禅定意念是天神的身体， 证悟无动摇的见解。 烦恼沉溺的是鼠， 以方便和智慧，牛即是牛， 以细微的纹路，变成虎， 如此存在，故名为兔。 经续口诀如水之龙， 四禅定普遍为蛇， 马的受用，各种各样美好， 一切口诀，羊即是羊， 本尊神以念珠为猴， 一切事业成就故为鸟， 宽广的虚空即是狗， 胜过一切奇妙即是猪。 一切聚集即是佛语， 导师授记一切之宝， 比喻无与伦比，奇妙故为神。 十二自性从续部增长， 十二个月是食肉者， 时间等等围绕着它。 若能知晓领悟，一切皆生， 不明不悟，没有理解。 一无所有是鸟的道路， 如同从旱地捞出的鱼。 因此它能断绝地火， 最终毁灭，果实烧焦。 对此思考，对于有情， 听闻导师之语，解开经文， 一切恶业自然解脱。 成就佛陀事业即是如此说， 果实名声丧失，不会复生。 一切有情烦恼的， 恶业遮蔽的黑暗消除， 恶业轮回的痛苦， 众人不理解的损害障碍， 恶业痛苦的障碍相连， 因此束缚。

Ah! Demons and evil spirits cannot invade, Act as protector, act as savior, Long life, no disease, healthy body, Without glory, make it glorious, Without desire, increase the power of offspring. Therefore, reading this scripture has great merit. At that time, the colors of the five elements, With white, yellow, blue, black, and red, Brahma, the great god and his retinue, In the compassion of the Buddha teacher, The refuge of all sentient beings, Forming twelve-year cycles and month cycles. The initial formation is generated by wind, The five elements exist naturally, Generated by skillful means, is the protector of beings, It exists in the same way for all sentient beings. Sentient body, is the most excellent of bodies, The twelve-year cycle corresponds to the body. The teacher, the deity, established the body image, Determined the methods of the year's activities, Explained with logic, definition, and scripture. The twelve months revolve around it, The increase of samsara and nirvana is the body of the deity. Perfect enjoyment is also such a body, Subduing the enemies of the five poisons, pacifying harm, From the body manifests form, extremely clear. Samadhi contemplation is the body of the deity, Realizing the unwavering view. Afflictions drowning is the rat, With skillful means and wisdom, the ox is the ox, With subtle lines, it becomes a tiger, Existing in this way, it is called rabbit. Tantras and oral instructions are like the water dragon, The four dhyanas are universally the snake, The enjoyment of the horse, various and beautiful, All oral instructions, the sheep is the sheep, The tutelary deity with rosary is the monkey, All activities are accomplished, therefore it is the bird, The vast space itself is the dog, Surpassing all wonders is the pig. All gathered together is the Buddha's word, The teacher prophesied the treasure of all, The metaphor is unparalleled, wonderful, therefore it is the deity. The twelve natures grow from the tantra, The twelve months are meat-eaters, Time and so on revolve around it. If one can know and understand, everything arises, Not knowing and not understanding, there is no comprehension. Having nothing is the path of the bird, Like a fish pulled out of dry land. Therefore, it can cut off earth and fire, Ultimately destroyed, the fruit scorched. Think about this, for sentient beings, Hearing the teacher's words, unraveling the scriptures, All bad karma is naturally liberated. Accomplishing the Buddha's activities is said to be so, The fruit's name is lost, it will not be revived. Of all sentient beings' afflictions, The darkness of bad karma obscuration is cleared, The suffering of bad karma samsara, The harm and obstacles that people do not understand, The obstacles of bad karma suffering are connected, Therefore bound.
