When you see anything pleasing, such as folded palms, clear water, flowers, etc., offer it to the Guru and Three Jewels, and say: May all sentient beings in the three realms attain Buddhahood. In this way, remembering the Three Jewels clarifies the refuge object, which completes taking refuge; remembering all sentient beings completes generating Bodhicitta; the word "offering" completes accumulating merit; and the phrase "May they attain Buddhahood" completes the dedication and aspiration, making it a pure root of virtue. When negative thoughts such as attachment, hatred, and ignorance arise, call out: Guru and Three Jewels, have mercy! From this moment until all sentient beings in the three realms attain perfect Buddhahood, may no negative thoughts that harm myself or others arise in my mind. By saying this, through the blessings of the Three Jewels, negative thoughts will not arise, and previously accumulated bad karma will be exhausted. Therefore, from now until your last breath, do not separate from virtuous thoughts and the appearance of the Three Jewels. If fearful images arise in a dream, remember this, and the fear will subside. Similarly, the fears of the bardo, etc., will be pacified. The practice of giving and taking virtue and negativity can be done in conjunction with the breath, or you can visualize it. Visualize all the white virtuous deeds accumulated by yourself and others in the three times radiating outward as white light, dissolving into all sentient beings, and think: May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness. Visualize all the sins and obscurations accumulated by all sentient beings since beginningless time gathering inward as black light, dissolving into the self-grasping crow in your heart (or you don't have to visualize it). After the self-grasping dissolves, think: May all sentient beings be separated from suffering and the causes of suffering. As it says in the "Precious Garland of the Middle Way": The number of sentient beings is limitless, so is the desire to benefit them. This means that each sentient being can obtain a root of virtue, and also obtain a corresponding amount of merit. The four causes of the exhaustion of virtue are: not dedicating, dedicating improperly, proclaiming it to others, and regretting it afterwards. These four are the causes of the exhaustion of virtue. And, the dedication of ultimate non-objectification and the dedication of conventional objectification

There are two certainties. The ultimate reality is free from elaborations. Conventional, with objects, is to learn from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. The way to exhaust virtue with anger, etc. In the Perfection of Wisdom teachings, it is said that it destroys the virtue accumulated in a thousand eons, and in the Sutra of Manjushri's Play, etc., it is said to be a hundred eons, which seems to be a difference in the object. Being angry at a great object, Mipham (Mipam Rinpoche, 1846-1912) placed it in mantra. Being angry at equality is being angry at ordinary worldly people; being angry at small things is being angry at ordinary people. If you are angry with the three Bodhisattvas, great, medium, and small, then the object is fierce, and it is a hero on the ground, and the lightness and heaviness of the sins of the wise and foolish are like the analogy of an iron ball. The way to take and arrange special doubts is clear in other books. The four eons of formation, abiding, destruction, and emptiness have twenty intermediate eons each, so eighty is counted as a hundred thousand of one great eon. Therefore, it is very important to be encompassed by the three: preparation, main part, and conclusion. Whether it is Sutra or Tantra, the goal to be accomplished is to accomplish the state of Buddhahood, which is the same meaning. Whether one is ignorant or not, the path has fast and slow aspects. The long path is the vehicle of cause, the near path is the vehicle of result, and the fast path is the vehicle of mantra, etc., which are very different. According to the Perfection of Wisdom teachings, the intention is to generate the mind of supreme Bodhicitta. The practice is that the five perfections are the basis for the accomplishment of the Form Body, and the Perfection of Wisdom is the basis for the accomplishment of the Dharma Body. If there is no wisdom, the five, such as generosity, cannot be called perfections. Just as countless blind people need to enter a city, if there is not one with sight, they will not see the road and will not be able to enter the city, so if there is no wisdom, they will not be able to enter the state of perfect and complete enlightenment. Even if a Bodhisattva is sharp-witted, he will become a Buddha at the end of one countless great eon, or at the end of three countless eons, etc. On the near path, the three classes of outer tantras become Buddhas at the end of sixteen or twenty-one lifetimes, etc., and on the fast path, it is said that they become Buddhas in one lifetime, etc. According to outer tantra, the generation stage is the basis for the accomplishment of the Sambhogakaya, that is, the Nirmanakaya and the Form Body, and the completion stage is the basis for the accomplishment of the Dharmakaya. According to our own tradition, the preliminary practice is to demolish the house of the mind.
