The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who dwell in the boundless realms, if you believe that they dwell in the sky, then they truly dwell there. In this realm of space, there is no place where the Buddha does not reside, not even a fraction of a hair's breadth. Moreover, in a space as small as a hair, as seen by the householder Nam Phuk, if you see that all the past Buddhas are truly dwelling and ask the Buddha, then the Buddha will answer, "It is so, it is so." Although the Buddha's body has no birth or death, it appears due to the karma of sentient beings. Thus they dwell. Please consider: The words that sentient beings constantly speak, and the thoughts that arise in their minds, the Buddha always knows. Thus, with the eye of wisdom, contemplating with a compassionate heart, before them, with the Bodhicitta that can dedicate, the roots of virtue to be dedicated, like seeing an object with the eye, mixing the object and the aspect, relying on the power of one's own accumulated roots of virtue, representing this, from the state of an ordinary being until Buddhahood, for all beings such as Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, I rejoice in the virtues accumulated and to be accumulated in the three times. As it is said in the Sutra Pitaka spoken by the Buddha himself: If one were to weigh hundreds of millions of Mount Sumerus and the four continents of the three thousand great thousand worlds, one could measure them with omniscient wisdom, but the merit of rejoicing is immeasurable. Therefore, through rejoicing and other means, gathering, condensing, and combining all the roots of virtue, offering them to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, may the precious Buddha Dharma spread and flourish in all directions like a canopy rising in the sky. And may the activities of those who uphold the Dharma and benefit beings, and their lives, be stable for hundreds of kalpas. And may all these merits be dedicated to the object of dedication, the attainment of the perfect Buddhahood, like an arrow on a string, aiming at the target. In order to enable the objects of dedication, all sentient beings, led by the root parents and karmic creditors, to be born in this state like a strong man shooting an arrow. Just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times have dedicated, will dedicate, and are dedicating, so do I dedicate in the same way. If one wishes in this way in one's heart and recites in this way with one's mouth, then the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will accomplish it in this way.

May it be accomplished accordingly! One should think and rejoice in this way. It is as Mipham said to Go Wön. If one dedicates in this way, it is a dedication that accords with the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. In the verses of the Sutra Requested by Lodrö Gyatso, it says: For example, a drop of water falls into the great ocean. Like that, it will not be exhausted, but will increase. Having ascertained with the four reasonings, if one dedicates without losing the key point of the union of appearance and emptiness, it can substitute for the three spheres without objectification. The three spheres without objectification cannot be measured by the minds of ordinary beings, except for the noble ones, so if one knows some good methods of accordance, it can substitute. The term "without objectification" does not refer to a dull state of having nothing, thinking of nothing, but rather to not objectifying clinging to truth and attachment, and on the uninterrupted appearance of unreal, illusory, dream-like phenomena, one performs dedication with mantras and generates Bodhicitta, etc. If one does not understand this key point and understands "emptiness" as a dull state, one will become like a Heshang and a nihilist, cutting off the life force of liberation, as Longchen Rabjam said in the Great Chariot Commentary. Nowadays, there are many like that, so the saying "the behavior of tocho" is a word that one cannot say to others, and so on, has been said many times in the instructions and oral transmissions. In short, the initial virtue is the preliminary practice of pure Bodhicitta, the intermediate virtue is the main practice of non-objectification, and the final virtue is the subsequent dedication, these three are indispensable. As Paltrul Rinpoche said: Having the three excellences is sufficient; not having the three excellences is in vain. As it is said, whatever great or small merit is accumulated, if it is encompassed by the three excellences, or the three of preliminary, main, and subsequent practices, or the two of method and wisdom, then there will be a good basis for accumulation. Thus, examining and correcting the three types of motivation, white, black, and mixed, etc., as well as the four thoughts that turn the mind, and refuge and Bodhicitta, and the subsequent dedication and aspirations, etc., are the part of method, the accumulation of merit; blending the mind and intention without separation and abiding equally is the part of wisdom, the accumulation of the fruit of wisdom, that is, the union of the two accumulations. If one meditates on Guru Rinpoche as the embodiment of the totality of refuge, one will obtain the merit of taking refuge in the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as Paltrul said in the commentary on the Three Words That Strike the Vital Point. Virtuous mind speech.
