This is also a key instruction to avoid gaps and damages in mutual recognition and so on. If the tone of the spoken word is clear, it can spread to countless places in an instant. The one hundred and eight mantras are the key instruction to achieve the noble ones, and it is tolerable even if the vow of silence is not completed. Mixing time and mantra is not uncoordinated, because all sounds are mantras. It is said that even if the mala is missed, it can be compensated by making up for the deficiency. If one practices with good practice, good intention, and undistracted virtuous mind, then this is the supreme path of union of generation and completion stages, as Chakme Rinpoche said. Generally, the combined practice of the four times of all Dharmas refers to: in the early morning, the key instruction to clarify wisdom; during the day, the key instruction to increase appearance; in the evening, the key instruction to gather the senses into the essential point; at noon, the key instruction to condense knowledge into a vase. Although it is uncertain whether the three of this life, the next life, and the intermediate state can be truly transformed into the path through the intention of the union of day and night, at least one must practice to the extent that it can cope. This is the general practice, but here, beginners must first adjust their body posture well, and then eliminate impure air: press the two important veins on the thighs with both hands in vajra fists. Visualize the karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies of sentient beings in the three realms being slowly inhaled below the navel. Then, with the right hand forming the mudra of the three-pointed vajra, block the right nostril and exhale three times from the left nostril. Similarly, block the left nostril from the left side and exhale three times from the right nostril. Press the thigh veins with both hands and exhale three times simultaneously from both nostrils. Furthermore, exhale from the right nostril the thoughts of anger, appearing as black and white wind; exhale from the left nostril the thoughts of desire, appearing as red and black wind; and simultaneously exhale from both nostrils the thoughts of ignorance, appearing as black smoke, and completely clear them. While reciting the three-syllable vajra mantra (oṃ āḥ hūṃ,唵 阿 吽,body, speech, and mind), slowly practice breath control. After that, if one does not understand the adjustment of motivation at the beginning, it will become the cause of going to the world of Yama. As the great Bodhisattva Shantideva said: First, one should examine one's own mind, and with a firm mind, make it consistent with reason. Therefore, to practice a true and authentic Dharma, it is very important to first examine one's own motivation. The incomparable Dagpo Rinpoche also said: If the Dharma is not practiced according to the Dharma, the Dharma will instead become the cause of falling into the lower realms. Therefore, motivations can be divided into three types

Firstly, the undetermined motivation is: not being transformed by virtuous thoughts such as faith and pure perception, nor by sinful thoughts such as the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance. Merely knowing that there is a Dharma to be practiced, practicing that Dharma in this way does not even have the seed of liberation, as Paltrul Rinpoche said. For example, like a fool imitating a person, a dog infatuated with a person, a child picking flowers, shooting arrows randomly, imitating and repeating, etc. If one practices Dharma with such reasons, there are no good or bad results. Therefore, the undetermined motivation needs to be corrected. Secondly, the non-virtuous motivation is: attachment to one's own side, hatred towards the other side, ignorance towards the middle, jealousy towards the superior, arrogance towards the inferior, etc., being driven by the eight worldly concerns, and also for the sake of protecting oneself from unwanted fears such as diseases, evil spirits, disasters, obstacles, etc., and for the sake of obtaining status, fame, power, wealth, gain, respect, etc., the virtuous deeds that desire these are like food mixed with poison. Although they appear to be virtuous on the surface, in reality, as it is said, "If you are attached to this life, you are not a Dharma practitioner," they have gone in the direction of non-Dharma. Therefore, the non-virtuous motivation is shown to be abandoned. Thirdly, there are two types of virtuous motivation. One is the virtuous motivation of practicing for one's own benefit: merely being afraid of falling into the suffering of the three lower realms and seeking the happiness of higher realms, the result of this is only temporary happiness. Therefore, it is said, "If you are attached to samsara, you are not renunciation." Or, knowing that no matter where one is born in samsara, high or low, its nature is suffering, and merely wanting to attain the state of peaceful nirvana, as it is said, "If you are attached to self-interest, you are not bodhicitta," it will cause the root downfall of abandoning sentient beings, and the result will only be peaceful happiness. Therefore, it is better to temporarily put aside the motivation of focusing on self-interest. The second is the virtuous motivation of practicing for the benefit of others: like this, taking all sentient beings who pervade the sky as the object, and being motivated by pure intention in order to attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment, this is extremely important. As it is said in the Treasury of Qualities: Intention, virtuous and non-virtuous
