A pure understanding must arise. If any of these signs occur, it is the measure of having received empowerment. Whenever such a first empowerment is received, whether in a previous or later life, it is the base empowerment of the path empowerment. Then, the extent to which empowerment is requested due to natural causes is the path empowerment of the path empowerment. Finally, requesting the three profound and clear non-dual empowerments from Vajradhara is the result empowerment of the path empowerment. Such an empowerment is the samaya of mantra, so it is not enough to merely receive empowerment; one must keep the vows. The vows are also the vows that are related to each of the four empowerments. In short, the body vow is not to despise the body of the guru and vajra siblings, not to break speech, and not to disturb the mind. The speech vow is to strive in deity mantra samadhi. The mind vow is not to proclaim the ten secrets. In general, it is said that if the three doors are separated from the pure appearance of the three vajras, the vows are broken, so be careful. If the vows are pure in that way, even if the wisdom of the meaning of empowerment is not realized, if one practices the profound instructions that liberate, one will naturally be liberated like the lees of beer. If the vows are broken, even if lime is added, the continuum will be defiled like rotten or spoiled beer, and the opportunity for supreme and common accomplishments will be cut off. No matter how diligently one strives in the profound instructions of the generation and completion stages in appearance, in reality the practice will become perverted, and only Rudra, Gyalpo spirits, and Damtsi will be accomplished, not only destroying oneself, but also, like milk and so on, hindering the accomplishments of others. Moreover, it is also said in the Wisdom Secret Tantra: 'The vajra holder who does not have vows, like a bat hanging upside down, falls into the abyss. Self and others fall into the vajra hell.' Therefore, in the end, it leads oneself and others into the vajra hell, so it is very important not to transgress the vows through mindfulness and awareness. In that way, when a person who has received empowerment and whose vows are completely pure practices the profound instructions that liberate, first, the path of the vase empowerment is the generation stage, and through it, ordinary appearance clinging is purified, and even if the three realms become vast, it is still necessary to restrain the appearance of clinging to magnificent deities through the completion stage, which is also the path of union, the completion stage with signs. The path of the word empowerment is the completion stage of the Great Perfection without signs. Among them, the path of the secret empowerment is the completion stage of wind, and the wisdom empowerment is the bindu.

Is it the completion stage? Or is it the blessing of the secret empowerment path, the illusory body, clear light, and union of the three? First, relying on one's own body with skillful means, practicing the fourfold vase breath, the exemplary clear light led by the four emptinesses, or by striking the essential point of the bindu, the exemplary clear light led by the four joys is drawn into one's own continuum. After that, the clear light of the three subsequent appearances becomes the cause. The wind and the five lights become the condition, and the deity form of the illusory body arises. This is the union of the exemplary clear light and the illusory body. The path of the Heruka empowerment is another method of combining the exemplary clear light with the actual clear light, relying on the path of the body mudra. If it is the New School, when the path of joining is attained, the Dharma robes and so on are offered to the Sangha, and the practice of "behavior gone" is performed. If the mudra is complete, even one's own sister is taken to the eight great charnel grounds and so on, and by the power of the mudra, the actual clear light of the mind is drawn forth, and the subsequent learned union body arises, like most of the New School siddhas such as Saraha. In the Nyingma School, tens of thousands of individuals who have attained the path of joining gather together in union of father and mother, perform the practice of the clustered gathering, and finally, in the evening, receive accomplishments from the deity. At midnight, by the power of samadhi, the enemy is actually summoned before them, intoxicated with alcohol, and actually split open with a sword, and killed by means of the three-pronged spear, and accomplishments are received from the enemy. At dawn, in accordance with the lineage, father and mother unite, and by the process of the ascending and descending bindu, the wisdom of coemergent bliss arises in one's own continuum. Beings who are certain to be born in the Vajra Hell are forcibly placed in the state of Vajradhara by the skillful means of mantra. After that, the lower is stabilized, and finally, separated from the previous experience, the wisdom of coemergent bliss arises in one's own continuum, and one progresses to the ground of the four vidyadharas, like most of the Nyingma School siddhas such as Gyalsé Pema Jungné. If one holds a view merely by faith without certainty of scripture and reason, it is called holding by faith. The annotations on view, accomplishment, teacher, and so on, are because they rely on the words of Lama Sangpo and are in accordance with the reality of things. If one accomplishes only this much, one can obtain common and supreme accomplishments.
