Engaging in the great activity of benefiting others and increasing the realization of one's own mind-stream. The gathering with elaboration: The non-elaborate yoga, mainly relying on the gathering of male and female consorts, just the father and mother. The extremely non-elaborate is when the unchanging great bliss of the father is the emptiness of the mother, endowed with all supreme aspects, and through the practice of union, one is led to the path of no outflow. The three conducts based on ritual activities are: Those who greatly enjoy elaboration, are young in age, have many resources, etc., are elaborate. Those that are moderate are non-elaborate. Those that are small are extremely non-elaborate. The three conducts based on meditation are: The stages of generation, completion, and union. The three gathering practices based on time are: From the Buddha Samayoga Tantra: "Daily or monthly, likewise, even yearly." The distinctions based on place are from the Vinaya Source: "Practicing in one's own home, practicing in charnel grounds, and wandering in fields." In the beginning stages, when stability in samadhi has not been attained, emphasizing caution with habits is like the conduct of a young monk. When one is able to mix equanimity and subsequent wisdom, making realization resistant to conditions is like the conduct of a mad ascetic. When one has greatly attained stability in samadhi and there is no increase or decrease in realization, then learning solely for the benefit of others is like the conduct of a king who holds the earth. The conduct of the Avadhuti, meaning "all-shaking," is: To destroy the dualistic conceptual thoughts, and to shake, tremble, and dispel the clinging to truth. Sakya Pandita said: "The Chinese translation of Avadhuti means abandoning duality or all-shaking." The conduct of Samantabhadra is: Whatever he does, whether it appears as good or bad, at all times its nature is only good. The conduct of Victory Over All Directions is: Actually conquering afflictions and subduing the four maras, having strength to benefit sentient beings, and also destroying the obscurations to knowledge. The conduct of Avadhuti, meaning "all-shaking," or secret conduct, has a greater proportion of non-elaboration. The conduct of Samantabhadra has an equal proportion of elaboration and non-elaboration. Victory Over All Directions mainly practices elaboration. Among these, the meaning of Avadhuti is: Avadhunoti, meaning to scold.

It is also translated as "expelling defilements." It is also translated as "abandoning duality" and "all trembling." As it says in the Sambhuti Tantra: "Destroying sins, quickly attain accomplishment." It also says: "The inconceivable state, practiced by yogis, explains the conduct of Avadhuti, completely abandoning all discriminations." Therefore, it purifies sins and primarily destroys the dualistic discriminating thoughts. It means to shake, tremble, and expel the clinging to names or the clinging to reality. The meaning of Samantabhadra is: whatever it does, whether it appears as good or bad, its nature is always purely good. Complete victory over all directions means truly conquering afflictions, subduing the four maras, having power for the sake of sentient beings, and also destroying the obscurations of knowledge. Among these, the first two are mainly related to the path of accumulation, and the latter is mainly related to the path of the noble ones. However, all three include both ordinary and noble situations. Visualizing the father and mother as deities is the concept of deities, reciting mantras on the lotus and vajra of the dakini is the concept of mantra, and thinking that the coemergent wisdom can be accomplished by relying on this method is the concept of dharma. With these three complete, the four mudras are stimulated in a crisscrossing manner. Stimulating with the desire mudra of "Samaya Tvam (ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།,梵文天城体:समय स्त्वं,梵文罗马拟音:samaya stvaṃ,Oath, You)," the reply is "Samaya Ho (ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ།,梵文天城体:समय हो,梵文罗马拟音:samaya ho,Oath, Yes)." Again, stimulating with the union mudra of "Raga Ya Ho (རཱ་ག་ཡ་ཧོ།,梵文天城体:रागय हो,梵文罗马拟音:rāgaya ho,Desire, Yes)," the reply is "Raga Ya Mi (རཱ་ག་ཡ་མི།,梵文天城体:रागय मि,梵文罗马拟音:rāgaya mi,Desire, Me)." Entering equally with the four mudras, with "Jah (ཛཿ,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,Descent)" touching the parts of the body, with "Hum (ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,Hum)" embracing the arms and thighs, with "Vam (བཾ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,Water)" tightly joining the secret place of the dakini, with "Ho (ཧོ་,梵文天城体:हो,梵文罗马拟音:ho,Joy)" the father raising and the mother shaking, contemplate that the taste of the four joys fills the whole body and feels satisfied. By becoming accustomed to this for a long time, all appearances will appear as happiness. Effortless bliss, undefiled morality, when undefiled special experiences arise in the continuum, in order to manifest the example wisdom by relying on the power of eliciting it, one should train in the action mudra. As it says in the Tantra Ashes: "After abandoning, the Vajradhatu is free, if one does not know how to summon and bind, in endless vajra kalpas, one will not attain the Dharmakaya." It means abandoning the discriminating thoughts of clinging to names. Vajra means the lotus posture, therefore the body vajra lotus posture means the father and mother are equal.
