能够身行于空,并且通过修炼身体的组成部分等粗大的身体,从而显现出精微和轻盈等八种自在功德,身行于空。受用是从人间的受用,比如转轮圣王,直到与空行天神们相同的受用。不同之处在于,依靠四大的坛城,修习风的瑜伽,由此成就神通和预知,进入到持明者之中等等。在讲述瑜伽续的时候,其中,外瑜伽行者进入到事续的乘中的观点是:不像克里亚瑜伽那样主要执着于外在的物品,而是将实相中无生无灭的自性显现视为本尊和本母,修行与见解和那相同的、传承完全清净的等持,称为圣妙色身。胜义谛的本尊和心识差别的本尊这二者,是胜义谛和世俗谛的显现的本尊这二者。属于那一部分的,观想为具有相同原因的本尊,是具有誓言者所命名的本尊。如果这样串习,就会使证悟真俗二谛是本尊的自性之理。也就是,从方便瑜伽和智慧瑜伽这二者来说,首先,生起次第是与一切烦恼方面相顺应而修习,虽然不是下部三续的宗派,但是与清净方面相顺应,以五现证次第修习的方式:首先,修习无分别的空性;第二,思维空性的显现如新月一般;第三,修习那如同满月一般;第四,在那之上观想五股金刚杵的法器;第五,从那之中放出和收回光芒,从完全转变之中观想为任何种姓的本尊之身。或者,从空性之中,从圆满的田地和处所所成就的因,从座垫莲花月轮中现前菩提;从圆满的法所产生的因,从语的种子字中现前菩提;从圆满的时间,恒常不可思议而安住的因,从意的法器中现前菩提;

Being able to travel in the sky, and by training the gross body, such as the components of the body, thereby manifesting the eight siddhis of mastery, such as subtlety and lightness, traveling in the sky. Enjoyment ranges from human enjoyment, such as that of a Chakravartin, to enjoyment equal to that of the sky-faring gods. The unique aspect is that, relying on the mandala of the four elements, one cultivates the yoga of wind, thereby accomplishing miraculous powers and clairvoyance, and entering among the Vidyadharas, and so on. In the context of explaining the Yoga Tantras, the view of those who have entered the vehicle of the Outer Yoga Tantras is as follows: Unlike Kriya Yoga, they do not primarily cling to external objects, but rather regard the appearance of the unborn and unceasing nature in reality as deities and consorts, and the meditation and view, along with the samadhi of completely pure lineage that is similar to that, is called the Holy Rupakaya. The deity of ultimate truth and the deity of the distinction of mind are the two deities of the appearance of ultimate truth and conventional truth. Contemplating as a deity with a similar cause that belongs to that part is the deity named by the vow-holders. If one becomes accustomed to this, it will cause the realization that the nature of the two truths is the nature of the deity. That is, from the two, the yoga of means and the yoga of wisdom, first, the generation stage is cultivated in accordance with all aspects of affliction, although it is not the system of the lower three tantras, but in accordance with the aspect of purification, the method of cultivating through the five stages of Abhisambodhi: First, cultivate non-conceptual emptiness; second, contemplate the appearance of emptiness as like a crescent moon; third, cultivate that as like a full moon; fourth, on top of that, contemplate the emblem of the five-pronged vajra; fifth, emanate and withdraw light rays from that, and from the complete transformation, contemplate as the form of whatever family's deity. Alternatively, from within emptiness, from the cause accomplished by the perfect field and place, manifest enlightenment from the seat of the lotus and moon; from the cause arising from the perfect Dharma, manifest enlightenment from the seed syllable of speech; from the cause of perfect time, constantly and inconceivably abiding, manifest enlightenment from the emblem of mind;
