Therefore, not seeing in duality is to know everything, not to count and know one by one. Rongzompa and others, taking the suchness of reality as dominant, and considering the ten powers as other appearances, all scholars should understand that this is only a measure from one angle, and in fact there is no contradiction. Just like a completely pure wish-fulfilling jewel, without conceptualization, it can naturally produce what is needed and desired, similarly, although the sword and the mirror have no conceptualization, their functions of cutting and reflecting images are also the merits of their own essence. However, such appearances need to rely on objects other than themselves. Just as it is impossible to think that one can manifest the functions of cutting, wanting, and striving only by oneself. So it is said. 1. If asked: Is the nature of the base, the self-nature pure and luminous dharmata, the Buddha? Answer: It is the self-nature pure Buddha, in terms of the self-nature reality, it is originally pure and the merits are complete, there is no need to create or produce it newly, because it is unconditioned, so it is also called Buddha. In terms of appearance, if sentient beings with good roots take this base with the cause of the path, then they will be liberated by the base of liberation, so it is called the Buddha with two kinds of purity. So it is said. 2. The ultimate wisdom that completely purifies the two obscurations and their habits is the characteristic of the Buddha. In terms of wisdom contemplating the dharmata, it is called the wisdom of knowing as it is; in terms of wisdom contemplating all dharmas, it is called the wisdom of knowing as many as there are, although it is named by antonyms, its essence is the only omniscient wisdom, there is no difference. Because it is the wisdom of contemplating the ultimate reality of the indivisibility of the two truths. Therefore, the eight aggregates of consciousness are dharmas, and the wisdom of their self-nature dharmata should not be acknowledged as one or different. As the *Sandhinirmocana Sutra* says: "The realm of phenomena and the nature of ultimate meaning are natures that are separate from being one or different. Those who conceptualize one or different are engaged in wrong views." Therefore, nominally, the two are not one, because merely knowing the mind does not mean knowing the wisdom of the dharmata of the mind, and because they are dharma and dharmata, etc. Ultimately, they are not other, because the nature of the mind is wisdom, so when wisdom is realized, the mind

Moreover, because the earth is not considered different from it, and because the mind naturally appears liberated when wisdom is realized, and so on. In general, the four components of necessity and connection that exist merely in speech are: the meaning to be shown by the speech of the realized one is its object of expression; what is to be realized from that speech is the need; the accomplishment of the result from realization is the ultimate need; the need arising from speech is the connection. For example, a vase is the object of expression; hearing it from the sound of the word "vase" is the need; taking water from it and doing things is the ultimate need; these depend on each other is the connection, because without it, it will not arise. The four components of necessity and explanation that exist in the meaning of the tantra are: the ground, path, and fruit of this tantra are the object of expression; its symbols, the twenty-two chapters of the scripture appearing as names, words, and letters, are the means of expression; relying on the words of the expressive tantra, realizing the meaning of the expressive tantra is the need; practicing as realized, accomplishing the temporary and ultimate meaning is the ultimate need; the accomplishment of the result itself depends on the realization of the meaning of the tantra, and realization also depends on the expressive and the expressed, or dependence is the connection. This method is taught in the Garland of Views of Instructions: the tantra of the ground nature is the object of expression; the characteristic of the entry of conditions is the need; the characteristic of knowing the cause is the connection; what is manifested by those two is the characteristic of the fruit, which is the need of the need. It is said so. If divided, there are three: the ground, the meaning of being enlightened from the beginning in the three mandalas is the object of expression; the words that indicate it, such as the introduction and the initiation of the discussion, are the means of expression; as it is shown, the retinue realizes as the teacher said is the need; it itself, the trainees and the trainers depend on others to accomplish the meaning is the ultimate need; those depend on each other is the connection. The path, after receiving empowerment, the union of skillful means and wisdom with the complete stages of generation and completion is the object of expression; the words that indicate it, such as the practice of letters and clouds, etc., the reality of the meaning of the tantra are the means of expression; relying on it, the yogi realizes all dharmas as the union of skillful means and wisdom is the need; practicing as realized, accomplishing the result is the ultimate need; those depend on each other, especially, related to the mandala that is to be grasped.
