Therefore, it is not merely relying on the words of scriptures and instructions, but through the wisdom of individual discernment or one's own awareness, to realize manifestly with conviction deep in one's heart. This indicates that one can understand the general meaning of the scriptures without distortion, instructions can cut off the diversion of the scriptural intent to other paths, and manifest realization through wisdom can eliminate and cut off attachment to mere hearing and so on. Thus, believing through the path is to know the meaning of the four realizations, and awareness itself is the path of the yogi. This is not like in the characteristic vehicle, where one waits for the time when the fruit of the Buddha, which is achieved by the cause in advance, will appear, but one realizes and believes manifestly by oneself through the power of wisdom right now. It is said. Rinpoche said: The seed that generates all perfectly pure deity bodies is the letters of the secret mantra. All Buddhas reside only in name, which is explained in detail in the fourth chapter. The seed that generates all phenomena such as aggregates is the realm of Dharma or the innate realm of mind. Here, it is a part of the way of abiding that is inconceivable, incomprehensible, or free from elaboration of luminosity. That itself is the ultimate of all mantras that protect the mind. For example, in the Vajrapani empowerment, after examining the realm of Dharma with many deities, mantras, mudras, etc., it is said that it accomplishes the meaning of accomplishment. That is emptiness or purity, free from sudden elaboration, and all that appears arises from that state, which is the seed of the four kinds of arising of all phenomena from the beginning of purity, ultimate purity, and primordial purity. Therefore, that realm is the mantra of the seed. If its transformation, self-appearance without distinction, arises like the illusion of self-appearance that dazzles the eyes with mantras, then it is the deity's body, represented by "ཨོ" (Oṃ). Thus, the realm and its appearance, all appearances as various phenomena, are all the nature of the unsurpassable mantra, in the unique mandala of self-nature purity, or the body and speech of self-nature purity, or only the cradle of deity mantras resides. The mind that realizes that is the knowing part or the awareness part of luminosity itself. The way it realizes is also that both the realm and the perceived objects manifest and realize as not different from the awareness part.

Both are perfected in the space of realization, and both A and O are perfected in Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, IAST: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), like that. The meaning of Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, IAST: oṃ, literal meaning: Om) is: Look to the mind free from grasping and clinging. All appearances are self-appearances. Wisdom and awareness are wonderful. It is the same as that. At the time of realization, appearance, awareness, and space are mixed and spread, and transformed into endless light. Moreover, when space is not realized, from the time of clinging to self-appearance, vessel and contents, and the three continuums as one's own continuum, it is known that awareness pervades in the manner of one nature of awareness pervading everywhere. The nature of awareness itself does not change into good or bad, and it is without beginning or end, deep and vast. It is spread without limitation or bias. Although the self-appearances of the mind are not the self-appearances of wisdom, which are separated from the self-appearances of the mind and the self-appearances of wisdom, ultimately they must be the self-appearances of wisdom. In all matters of self-appearance, it is more appropriate to apply the former, which is separated from appearance and the object of appearance, to oneself. The great omniscient one said that these appearances are the appearances of the ripening of habits, and it should be so. Whether the object of appearance is pure or impure, or whether it is inverted or not, is distinguished by whether the appearance is pure or not, such as the fourfold negation of the consequentialists and the way of explaining the inconsistency of the conventional truth and the abiding appearance, etc., which are mentioned incidentally. The way in which all self-appearances are the nature or essence of pure deities is: In the time of purity, that which will become Vairochana, when defiled by the habits of ignorance, appears as an ordinary physical body, etc. In the doctrine of Dzogchen, the way of generating confidence with the four realizations is mainly that these two appear to be the same cause. In the same cause, all dharmas are the same as all the dharmas of the world and beyond the world mentioned above. In the realm of ultimate luminosity, neither the characteristics nor the elaborations of the world and beyond the world are perceived. On the face of conventional self-appearance, the functions of the two appear equally in the interdependence of being able to function. Those who are equal without difference are, therefore, this is similar to equality and the pure realization of letters. Here, both emptiness equality and appearance equality are not established as in the Madhyamaka school, but are explained entirely according to the Anuttara school, which is clear in the "Pure Commentary". The first two ways of equality are common, and the last one is uncommon in both the "Rong Commentary", where appearance is the bliss of existence and peace.
