Abandoning the superimposition of clinging to the inherent nature of the consciousness stream that goes between the stages of enlightenment, and 3. Abandoning the slander that denies the ultimate secret of the mind, which is the basis of the Buddha's teachings as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and in which even a single instance of faith plants a special seed of irreversibility, saying that there is nothing like that beyond the mind that is manifest to us now, and 4. No matter how many fleeting illusions of self, other, vessel, essence, happiness, suffering, etc., arise, knowing that the inherent nature of the mind is equality, thereby eliminating the fault of excessive attachment to self, and possessing the essential point of non-attachment, this is very important, 5. These are just casual remarks. In the commentary on the Uttaratantra of the noble Asanga, it is quoted, "Like seeing the sun in the clouds, you are also here," etc., explaining that the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas only see one aspect of the Tathagatagarbha. According to your view, then the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas should also be considered secret mantra practitioners who have realized innate wisdom. The Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas only see the nature of the mind as emptiness, and since the Tathagatagarbha also exists within the mind, it is permissible to say so. If one can directly see the reality of all phenomena, it is not necessary to directly see all phenomena. Furthermore, it is clearly explained in the commentary on the Wish-Fulfilling Treasury and the great chariot treatises. The precious Lama's teachings supplement: like clouds and dreams, etc. Supplement: The intermediate wheel of samsara is the cloud of afflictions, the contaminated karma is the enjoyment in dreams, and the aggregates of clinging are like illusions and emanations, not even a particle of self-established nature exists, therefore they are only false appearances. Again, it is asked: In the final wheel, it is said that such a Tathagatagarbha exists in the sentient beings' continuum, is this not contradictory? The answer is: In order to eliminate cowardice, etc., know that the Sugata's Tathagatagarbha inherently exists in the hearts of all sentient beings. If one does not see this, one will think that one has no qualities and is only a huge collection of faults, and how could someone like me achieve enlightenment? Thus, one feels cowardly. Even if one generates Bodhicitta, one will despise oneself because one thinks that one is inferior to other sentient beings who have not generated Bodhicitta. And, one thinks that one's own and others' continua are completely faulty, and clings to this as true.

I, in order to sever the five faults of holding the true Dharma, the Dharmakaya of the Buddha, and the minds of all wise sentient beings as empty and slandering them, and of generating arrogance due to attachment to self, thinking that I am superior to others, for the sake of this necessity of severance. Because it reveals the profound instruction that shows that the inherent luminosity in the continuum of all beings is like a treasure trove of the ocean of Buddha's qualities, as it is said in the scriptures: "Joy and respect like a teacher arise, as well as wisdom, innate wisdom, and great compassion." Just like that, one also generates joy and delight, thinking that if one generates the power of diligence, one will definitely be able to attain Buddhahood. And, for all other sentient beings, one also thinks that they are of the nature of being inherently enlightened, and respects them like a teacher. And the wisdom of knowing that all these impure aggregates and realms of samsara are all of a nature that can be purified, is temporary, and can be separated. And the innate wisdom of determining that the luminosity of the realm of self-nature purity pervades all sentient beings without difference. And the arising of great compassion that equally knows that self and others are all inherently Buddhas from the beginning, this is taught as possessing the five necessities of severance. In the commentary on the Uttaratantra, it is also said that the Tathagatagarbha of the Blessed One is not birth, old age, sickness, death, or change. Why is that? Because the Tathagatagarbha of the Blessed One transcends the realm of the characteristics of conditioned phenomena. Constant, stable, peaceful, eternal, etc., although the permanence and stability of the Tathagatagarbha are shown in many sutras and commentaries. But its meaning is stated in the Great Chariot Commentary: "Pure because it is without defilement, true self because it is without change, constant because it exists at all times, and because it is not overwhelmed by suffering even if it falls into samsara full of suffering, therefore it has reached the other shore of bliss." Just like that, because one's own nature is not defiled by impurities, and qualities are inherently complete, therefore innate wisdom itself does not change into various kinds of good and bad, therefore it is constant. Because it never ceases at any time, it is permanent. Because it is not defiled by impurities, it is peaceful. It is considered to be the eternal nature that is free from birth, old age, sickness, and death. Regarding "There are also some that are very difficult to explain," in the commentary on the Uttaratantra, it says, transcending the world.
