Like an arrow piercing the heart. If it becomes an antidote to afflictions, that is Dharma, he said. External example gurus are these gurus who have arisen from previously accumulating white virtuous deeds, he said. Moreover, since it arises from karma, it is self-appearance, he said. Therefore, one must train the mind in understanding its nature as unreal like a dream. Otherwise, if one holds on too tightly, it will become an obscuration to knowledge, he said. The guru of the fundamental nature is the very seeing of the face of reality itself, so it is different from the example guru, he said. When the guru dissolves into light and mind and wisdom are mixed without separation, appearance is the guru of the body, sound is the guru of speech, and thoughts are the guru of mind, so it is not like a pure vision that separates pure and impure. Therefore, it is important not to be separated from the three secrets of the guru of mind-appearance, he said. According to the Sutra, possessing (ལྡན༵,梵文:युक्त,羅馬轉寫:yukta, meaning: possessing) and liberation (གྲོ༷ལ་,梵文:मुक्त,羅馬轉寫:mukta, meaning: liberation), possessing discipline, liberating the mind with wisdom, and so on. According to the Tantra, the generation stage and the completion stage, and so on. Vasubandhu said: Possessing and liberation... without... will be reborn as horses, cows, donkeys, etc. Will be beaten with stones and sticks. The non-learner enjoys autonomy, the learner enjoys giving, for those who possess meditation and reading, there is no fault in enjoying permission. So it is said. Sakya Pandita said: The fool, the great seal, etc. Jigling said: Sometimes when one falls asleep while meditating in old age, please know that at the time of death one will be reborn as an animal. So it is said. A fool is like a drawing on water, whatever is done quickly disappears. A wise person is like a drawing on a stone, even if it is very subtle, it remains firm. ༈ Drowning obscures clarity, dullness obscures brightness, sleep makes body, speech, and mind defective. Drukpa Kunley said: The guru gives empowerment and teaches the Dharma, but there is no samaya in his heart. If what he says is not taken as valid, what is the use of many "good"s? The student closes his eyes and joins his palms, but there is no samaya in his heart. Samadhi is like the sky, it exists in the state of fresh awareness. If someone has a good house, they will be attached to the idea that it is my good house. Once that house is burned down by fire, will there still be the attachment to thinking that the house is good? There will not be. Similarly, when the root of all minds and mental factors, the house of self-grasping, is reduced to ashes by the fire of discriminating wisdom, self-grasping

It is said that all the chains of thoughts, happiness and suffering, hopes and fears, have no way of not dissolving on their own. Then, Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城體:हुं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:Hum) has four characteristics: the touch is hot like fire, the sharpness is like a razor, the speed is like lightning, and the power is strong like a thunderbolt. It is said that it is very important to focus the mind on one point when the three, wind, object, and mind, are combined into one. Then, if impartial faith and compassion without near or far naturally arise, it is a sign that the view has been recognized. It is said that at the time of entering the path, the power of stopping thoughts is greater than at other times, so when focusing on the object, there will be no interference from other thoughts, thereby obtaining the merits of union of calm and insight, but do not misunderstand that thoughts are completely stopped. Then, the so-called relaxation is like feeling happy, making the mind feel comfortable. At the time of Rushen, learning the thoughts and behaviors of the six realms, etc., must be understood as a way of meditation for destroying appearances. It is said that for those who have fully recognized the nature of awareness as primordially pure, no matter how long they meditate, they will not go astray. Then, for those who have not truly recognized, they must meditate for short periods and frequently, like dripping water in an old house. Then, recitation increases wind, and does not fit the view of awareness and emptiness. Awareness becomes scattered, and the mind is prone to distraction, so it is better to strive for the more important union of calm and insight, and abandon the unimportant thoughts and behaviors of appearances. It is said that seeing only a glimpse of the way of abiding in the ground, and not seeing it fully with one's own eyes, is just the ground, not the real ground. Then, although it is said to place awareness within the realm of Dharma, in reality, one must focus on the center of the bindu. It is said that at the time of entering the path, the lama dissolves into light and merges into the body, and the body transforms into Hum Then, in Dzogchen, the way to distinguish the three bodies, for example: the essence of the vase is emptiness, which is the Dharmakaya; the uninterrupted is the Sambhogakaya; the appearance is the Nirmanakaya; the non-duality is the Svabhavikakaya, thus distinguishing in a reverse way. Then, it is said that in times of decline of the Dharma, even if the Dharma is preached to sinful people, they will not be able to practice accordingly. Then, one must focus on the letter A (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城體:अ,梵文羅馬擬音:a,漢語字面意思:A) without losing the power of awareness, and merge sleep into clarity, etc. If you are not accustomed to it during the day, how can you at night...
