Even if there is practice like that, if you do not know how to integrate post-meditation conduct with practice and maintain it continuously, you will not be able to prevent afflictions with antidotes, and you will be led by conceptual thoughts and fall into ordinariness. Therefore, it is crucial to cultivate post-wisdom in a thorough manner. At all times and in all circumstances, you do not need to seek another meditation object at that time. Instead, without separating from the view of the Dharmakaya in equanimity, all actions and conceptual thoughts are disregarded and left as they are, without acceptance or rejection (like so-called "cutting through confusion"). It is cultivated in a decisive and relaxed manner. Therefore, even the mere arising of the Dharmakaya, such practice (the nature of awareness) is the inseparability of quiescence and insight, the yoga of primordial nature free from elaboration, the uncorrected, spontaneously born wisdom. Cultivating the self-nature of reality is the essence of all tantric practices of the Vajrayana, the special characteristic of the accomplishment lineage, the wish-fulfilling jewel of the wisdom of the fourth empowerment (nearness). It is the flawless view of all the accomplished masters' lineages, both new and old, in Tibet and China. Therefore, one must make a firm decision with unwavering faith (such as the reasoning of Madhyamaka), and not crave other instructions. If you keep an elephant at home but search for its tracks in the forest, you will be trapped in fabricated and artificial disguises, and there will be no time for liberation. Therefore, you must be decisive about your own practice (which is the vow and view of empowerment, therefore called a vow, which is your own view), because from the path, refuge, to guru yoga and generation and completion stages, all are gathered here. Therefore, be certain that there is no other way besides this. In this way, make a firm decision in the primordial wisdom of the Dharmakaya's own abode, the Buddha who has never been deluded, and continue to cultivate it. This is the secret word of the second key point, which is crucial. Cutting through in one stroke is the second key point. (Recognize the original ground and the basis of liberation. If the two causes of liberation, all Dharma, view, meditation, and action, are decisive, then there is no need to establish it on liberation, otherwise everything else is needed.) Now, if there is no confidence in the way of liberation at that time (such as the alaya, non-conceptual, etc.), then merely resting the mind in meditation will not go beyond the faults of the higher realms. At that time, one cannot prevent the causes of attachment and aversion, and one cannot stop the karma of formations (subconscious conceptual thoughts, etc.). (Happiness fills the sunshine)

As it says, "In warm weather, the appearance of a monk; when bad omens befall, the appearance of an ordinary person." Therefore, not gaining decisive confidence (the key to liberation) is crucial. That is, whether strong attachment arises towards a desired object, or strong hatred arises towards an unpleasant object, or joy arises from obtaining favorable conditions and enjoyments, or suffering arises from unfavorable conditions and illnesses, whatever feeling arises, at that time the power of awareness diminishes, therefore (the way to liberate both simultaneously and subsequently), recognizing the wisdom of the basis of liberation is crucial. (For example, like the seductive Vajra wine seller who turns desire into the path, the inferior limbless woman who turns hatred into the path, the accomplished Lawapa who turns ignorance into the path, and the child playing games who turns games into the path.) At that time, if there is no key to arising and liberating attachment, hatred, joy, and sorrow, and other practices, then all the thoughts that arise with mental afflictions accumulate the karma of samsara. (The basis of all is lost in the formless realm, the consciousness of the basis of all is in the form realm, and coarse thoughts are in the desire realm.) Therefore, it is essential to cultivate the arising and liberation of whatever subtle or coarse thoughts arise without any subsequent continuation. (As it says: Though aware, not scattered, liberated from the mind of the desire realm; though clear, not grasping, liberated from the mind of the form realm; though not thinking, the radiance of awareness appears, the object of appearance is not obstructed, therefore liberated from the mind of the formless realm, which is the view of complete liberation from the three realms. Jikmé Lingpa said: Pure and without object is the quality of awareness. Chödzö said: One is all-inclusive, etc. The Oral Transmission Tika said: Though knowing meditation, not knowing liberation, etc. Whatever subtle or coarse thoughts arise, arise and liberate without subsequent continuation.) All sudden thoughts, therefore, whatever thoughts arise, do not let them go astray with afflictions, do not let them become fabricated thoughts, but in a state that is not separated from the natural awareness, recognize the nature of whatever thoughts arise, and cultivate them in a state of arising and liberation without subsequent continuation, like drawing a line on water. Therefore, recognize the nature and in that state have no subsequent continuation. At that time, if the thoughts are not self-liberated, merely recognizing the thoughts will not cut off the continuation of deluded karma. (Recognizing, perfecting the power, self-liberating, for both beginners and those who have not gained stability, if they do not recognize, they will flow away with afflictions, the power is not
