If you suppress them, you won't be able to withstand strong adverse conditions later. If you don't let them self-liberate, you will accumulate karmic actions. The Omniscient Great One said: 'The previous cognition is remembered by the later one, and in the mere moment of feeling, the original meaning is seen.' To count the arising and ceasing, and to continue conceptual thoughts, is a mistaken meditation that clings to the meaning of non-duality. He said. At the same time as recognizing, seeing one's own face nakedly, the key is to recognize that previously familiar wisdom and to rest in that state, so that conceptual thoughts are purified without remainder. Therefore, recognizing the Dharmakaya of liberation, for example, like a drawing on water, drawn now, disappearing now, the drawing and disappearing are simultaneous. The arising and liberation of thoughts occur simultaneously, so self-arising and self-liberation are continuous. (Mistake, breakthrough, liberation, adjusting on the grasp of liberation, all refer to these.) Therefore, do not negate what arises, but let whatever arises appear, and purify whatever arises in its original state, taking this as the key to practice. Therefore, self-arising and self-liberation are continuous. In this way, by training the play of the Dharmakaya (from the perspective of awareness) on thoughts, whatever thought arises appears as training the play of awareness. No matter how coarse the thoughts of the five poisons arise, at that time, the awareness of liberation is full of clarity and vigor. Therefore, whatever arises is food for naked awareness-emptiness. Whatever movement of thoughts, all of it, in the naked essence of awareness, when it appears as its own play, (thoughts of good and bad) are guarded without acceptance or rejection, and liberation arises from the moment of arising, not exceeding the scope of the Dharmakaya. Whatever moves is the play of the Dharmakaya king. Mind-thought is the illusion of ignorance. Mind (wind, appearance, and three are liberated into awareness), awareness and wisdom are purified in the expanse of the Dharmakaya, and in the expanse of uninterrupted luminosity, whatever movement of thoughts arises, its own nature is emptiness, therefore, traceless self-purification Alala. If one meditates on such a path for a long time, thoughts will appear as meditation, and the place of confusion will appear as Dharmata, and between abiding and transforming, the hand will slip. Arising does not harm abiding (abiding does not negate arising), the way of appearing is the same as before. At that time, the thoughts of play, the way joy, sorrow, hope, and fear appear, are different from other ordinary people (Pal Ge Trulku said: Ordinary consciousness, and worldly thoughts, have no difference at all, clinging to that nature

Salé Hrig Gewa. After the dissolution of the Samadhi state, on the appearance of post-meditation, although there is no obscuration of habitual imprints of immaculate awareness, and there is no object to be identified, it appears like a thought. This is like saying that it is the actual manifestation of the Dharmakaya, without thoughts, clearly knowing everything. However, like the two examples of "burnt rope" and "unburnt," for ordinary people, attachment to acceptance and rejection arises, thereby accumulating karma and becoming subject to attachment and aversion. But for yogis, liberation is born from the moment of appearance. First, liberation through recognizing thoughts is like meeting an old acquaintance; second, thoughts liberating themselves is like a snake's knot; third, ordinary thoughts liberating without benefit or harm is like a thief entering an empty house. Therefore, the key to the method of liberation is crucial. As it is said, in the Oral Transmission Tika: "If you know meditation but do not know liberation, what is the difference between meditation and the gods?" Therefore, meditation that does not possess such a key to liberation, merely resting the mind in meditation, will stray into the meditation of the higher realms. Those who think that merely recognizing abiding and moving is sufficient are no different from ordinary deluded thoughts. Those who mentally elaborate on emptiness, Dharmakaya, etc., when encountering adverse conditions, the antidote will expose their weaknesses, and they will not be able to maintain themselves. Therefore, without (the method of liberation), meditation will go astray. Appearance liberation, self-liberation, immediate liberation (because the abiding state of the ground has never changed, it is primordial liberation; because the appearance of sentient beings and the clinging to the four extremes dissolve into the Dharmadhatu, it is extreme liberation; when awareness awakens in the heart center, all arising thoughts are liberated without the opportunity to accumulate habitual imprints, it is self-liberation; without abandoning appearance, liberation in appearance; without abandoning movement, liberation in movement, it is immediate liberation. Therefore, self-liberation is Samadhi, the rope of Samadhi will not break, immediate liberation abides in the post-meditation state, which is acceptable). No matter what name is given, the self-liberation of thoughts, the method of liberation of immaculate purity, is the key to directly showing self-liberation, and is the characteristic of the Great Perfection (most secret and supreme) (Omniscient One considers this to be the view of awareness, Jigling considers this to be the meditation of the Remembrance Supreme King, Abu considers the method of liberation to be conduct, these three possess uncommon characteristics).
