When joy, delight, and happiness arise (signs of obstructing demons, signs of increase, decrease, and decay, of which there are two types: experiential appearances and experiential awareness. Experiential awareness has two types: the experience of awareness of joy and bliss, and the experience of ultimate change. Unchanging is the sign of secrecy, of which there are two types: worldly experience and transcendent experience), at that time, with the sound of PHAṬ (ཕཊཿ,phaṭ,destroying) which connects the syllable PHA (ཕ) of the method of gathering and the syllable ṬA (ཊ) of the wisdom of cutting, like a violent thunderbolt falling (distinguishing experience and realization, reciting the syllable LA, bodily postures, eye gazes, verbal expressions, destroying the mind's meditation), the shell of experiential attachment must be completely shattered. The syllables of method and wisdom suddenly descend. Thus, at all times and in all circumstances, one must maintain the inexpressible, transparent awareness that does not deviate from the key points of experience. Therefore, there is no difference between the meditation of equipoise and post-equipoise; equipoise and post-equipoise are non-different. Therefore, there is no distinction between the meditation of the essence of the session and the meditation during the conduct of the interval between sessions; there is no separation between session and interval. Thus, the great meditation of non-meditation is the yoga of the stream of wisdom flowing in its own place. There is not a particle of something to meditate on, nor is there a moment of distraction. As it is said: "Never meditated, never separated. The meaning of non-meditation, never separated from it." (Because whatever arises is meditation, there is no meditation fabricated by conceptual thought, therefore it is never meditated. Because there is no distraction and meaningless indulgence, one abides in one's own nature, never separated from it. One should never be separated from such a meaning of non-meditation. This is its meaning. This is also from the ten profound key points in the Northern Treasure Karda, when the Great Orgyen requested this profound instruction from the Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal in the presence of the Vidyadhara Shri Singha. "Never meditated, never separated. The meaning of non-meditation, never separated from it." By self-sustaining that, one has already attained the supreme and common siddhis. In the Treasure Lineage Biography, it says: The treasure revealer, nephew Draktsal, from the treasure site called the Temple of the Three Jewels, brought forth the "Great Perfection Guru Wish-Fulfilling Jewel," the history of the Guru Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, a book called the Red Teaching of the Completion Stage Master Shri Singha. From within this...

Because I am going to self-liberate in the present, so meditation, etc., that is the meaning. Abide constantly in a state of non-differentiation. In this way, if one becomes a vessel for the self-nature Great Perfection, just as it is said, and is of the lineage of instant liberation upon hearing. (The wisdom of mind itself, arising from the primordial liberation. By grasping the key point of holding one's own ground, whatever appears, whatever arises, all appearances are the play of wisdom, thus appearance and mind, like mother and child, merge, or appearance and mind are primordially liberated, like the sun rising at dawn for a vast liberated yogi.), thus thoughts are greatly liberated, and the stream of consciousness is entrusted to liberation. The great primordial liberation of appearance and mind, whatever appears, becomes the play of the Dharmakaya, and even though there is no object to meditate on (the object) and no mind to meditate (the mind), even if one knows a view other than that, for those gradual individuals of lesser fortune who are under the power of delusional thoughts, it is necessary to meditate (through the gate of the three immovables) until stability is attained. (Attaining stability also requires grasping the degree of habituation in dreams, just as appearances gradually gather during the day, and the clear light of the ground actually arises, free from the three conditions that defile space, if one recognizes that, one is a yogi. If one does not recognize it, one becomes ignorance or the alaya consciousness and the indeterminate.) However, until stability is attained, meditation also gives rise to experience when the causes of contemplation (abandoning the world, abandoning thoughts, relying on solitude, keeping vows) are complete. In the midst of busyness (this is what Je Rinpoche said: many people gather here, and enter into many people.) and distraction, no matter how long one meditates, no experience will arise, therefore, it is important to abandon busyness and meditate. Also, during meditation, (distinguishing between sessions and intervals, the preliminary practices of the session are like the common preliminaries, and the main practice is the three immovables. Afterwards, pure appearances are remembered and dedicated with aspirations.) Even though there is no difference between the practice of meditation and post-meditation, if one does not grasp one's own ground in meditation at first, one cannot mix the wisdom of experience with post-meditation. Even if one strives for the conduct of daily life, (without the constant interruption of thoughts) the fault of universal laxity and loss of nature will arise, therefore, one must divide the meditation into sessions. In this way, dividing the practice into sessions, the mind that protects the nature of meditation
