Also. The bindu is unchanging. Thus it is said. Teacher Vimalamitra said: To taste the nature of awareness is joy. To have one taste in all awareness is supreme joy. To realize in the unborn state is co-emergent joy. To transcend the mind and be free from elaboration is cessation of joy. Thus it is said. Abandoning the Dharma is beyond words. Exhausting the Dharma does not find its own nature. Transcending the Dharma, even the instructions are not found. From the "Lamp of Essential Instructions for Practice": Furthermore, the outer activities of the body, such as trade and agriculture, are worldly affairs and distractions; the inner activities are common Dharma practices such as prostrations and circumambulations; the secret activities are uncommon hand gestures and dances. In short, abandon all the elaborations of the moving body. The outer activities of speech are idle talk and harsh words, the mundane speech of ordinary people; the inner activities are common recitations and readings; the secret activities are uncommon recitations and so on. In short, abandon all the engagements of speech. The outer activities of the mind are worldly thoughts; the inner activities are common activities, contemplation and reflection on the Dharma; the secret activities are all contrived meditations such as the uncommon generation stage. In short, abandon all the distractions of memory, thought, and mind, and cultivate the stillness of the three doors. Thus it is said. In the context of the four appearances. From the Uttaratantra: The so-called manifestation of the direct perception of Dharmata, there are four ways to closely associate the term Dharmata: Samsara is Dharma, Nirvana is Dharmata, therefore this is Dharmata. Appearance is Dharma, emptiness is Dharmata, therefore this is Dharmata. Not being liberated due to the lack of essential points is Dharma, being certain to be liberated due to having them is known as Dharmata, therefore this is Dharmata. Essence is Dharma, awareness is known as Dharmata, these two are considered inseparable. Direct perception is what can be directly seen in the realm of the senses. Thus it is said. Three are categories, outwardly the three doors of body, speech, and mind are the foundation. Inwardly, the essential point of the Dharmata realm. The essential point of the manifesting door. The essential point of the abiding of prana and awareness, these three illuminate the path. Secretly, the measure of the stages of habituation. The measure of the stages of ripening signs. The measure of the stages of ultimate exhaustion. Top

Appearance is light without existence. Maturation is bindu. Completion is because the fruit is completed by the three kayas. Because it is certain in four groups of three, it is called three. Furthermore, it is said that appearance is, if what appears, then the nature of reality appears. Where does it appear, it appears in space. How does it appear? Light, light clusters, and continuous awareness appear. From practicing that appearance, one attains enlightenment without the appearance of tangible results. Furthermore, it is said in the Treasury of Words and Meanings: Appearance is from the increase of space-awareness, up to the appearance of triple bindus. Thus it is said. In the Supreme Vehicle Treasury, it is said: The method of practice is, first, short sessions with many repetitions. Second, increase the length of the session and prolong the duration. Third, practice day and night without interruption, and place awareness in the realm of space, making it immovable. Thus it is said. During the increase of experience, it is said in the Treasury of Words and Meanings: Experience refers to both cognitive experience and appearance experience. Cognitive experience refers to the increase and decrease of joy, bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. Furthermore, it is said in the Supreme Vehicle Treasury: The ultimate changing experience is a part of the wind experience, like a firefly, like a cloud, like smoke, like a mirage, like the rising moon, like the rising stars, like the darkening night with a blue appearance, and like the sun rising, appearing transparent inside and out, these eight. Because of arising and ceasing, and clarity and dimness, it is unstable, cannot be determined, and is subject to change, therefore it is called the ultimate changing experience, because it is the experience of the wind moving. These can be done because the wind and mind need to be purified. The experience of appearance is the self-radiance of awareness, the great luminosity. Temporarily, external appearance increases and reaches its peak, the self-radiance dissolves into the base, turns inward, and therefore the external appearance must be exhausted, because it must dissolve into the spontaneously accomplished, primordially pure space. In the inner clarity, in the realm of self-radiance, awareness naturally abides in the palace of kaya and wisdom, it is the spontaneously accomplished great perfection, without change. Thus it is said. These also arise and cease, hence they are called experiences. Moreover, because it is more excellent than the former, it is called increase. The appearance of the colors of the five wisdoms is the Vajra family completely purified, the self-radiance of mirror-like wisdom appears in the form of white light.
