当五种智慧的显现以及声音、光明、光芒三者遍布自身显现时，应当认识自性。之后，融入光明双运，聚合的显现安住于禅定五日。之后，融入双运智慧，四种智慧的显现生起。之后，融入任运成就智慧，向上显现清净刹土，直接显现报身，向下显现自性化身，在调伏众生的刹土显现时，珍惜认识自性。如是说。嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），一切加持。啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），殊胜共同的成就。吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），以息增怀诛，成办等虚空众生的利益。如是说。 列尊引导文笔记。

When the appearance of the five wisdoms and the three, sound, light, and rays, pervade one's own appearance, one should recognize one's own nature. Then, by dissolving into the union of clear light, the appearance of aggregates remains in meditative absorption for five days. Then, by dissolving into the wisdom of union, the appearance of the four wisdoms arises. Then, by dissolving into spontaneously accomplished wisdom, upwardly, pure realms appear; directly, the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body); downwardly, the Nirmanakaya (emanation body) of self-nature; and when the field of taming beings appears, cherish recognizing one's own nature. Thus it is said. Om (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), all blessings. Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), supreme and common accomplishments. Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), through pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful actions, accomplish the benefit of beings equal to space. Thus it is said.
