was expanded. Later, when he was thirty-eight years old, in the Fire Snake year, as it is said, he was urged to open the secret door of the mantra protector Ekajati One Braid). Initially, he bestowed the complete ripening and liberation to the group of Limitless Wisdom and others. Later, when he was fifty-nine years old, in the Earth Male Tiger year, on the fifteenth day of the auspicious star month (Tibetan calendar), Drukpa Rinpoche compassionately took him under his care and completely imparted the teachings of ripening and liberation. He repeatedly gave strings of instructions and entrusted him as the master of this Dharma. In the commentary on the Wish-Fulfilling Treasury, the White Lotus, it says: "The essence of Roma is white, and the essence of Kyangma is red." And, "The father's rabbit-holder (moon), with Haṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed Syllable) dripping, momentarily abiding in the mind is joy. Then, moving from the crown to the throat, and descending to the heart is supreme joy. The navel is joy-free. Descending to the secret place is coemergent joy." So it says. Generally, although emptiness, great emptiness, exceedingly emptiness, and all emptiness are spoken of, in the "Revealing the Hidden Meaning of the Vidyadhara Wheel of the Longchen Nyingtik," it says: "Emptiness, exceedingly emptiness, great emptiness, and all emptiness are also called utterly emptiness." In the condensed offering garland, "Cloud of Vajra Melodies," which arose from the wisdom ocean of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, it says: "The wisdom of emptiness, joyfully followed by form." And, "From exceedingly emptiness arises the reality of supreme joy." And, "All emptiness is the source of extraordinary joy." And, "Utterly emptiness is the reality of coemergent wisdom." So it says. In the Yumka notes, it says: "During the general tsok offering, when the crown Jaladhara etc. are mentioned, do not view those places as external, but know that the crown etc. are the nature of those parts of your own body. If you offer the tsok in this way, the external heroes and dakinis will be pleased, thereby eliminating the faults and degeneration of the channels and bindus, and it will become a skillful means to increase qualities. If it is explained in this way, it accords with the meaning of the small booklet that dispels obstacles and reveals wondrous appearances. And with that reasoning, in the subtle body mandala, regarding the external great places and the heroes and dakinis residing there as real, with pride, enjoying the tsok, abiding in the place.

It can also symbolize pleasing and subduing the Dakinis. This method can also be used as a practice. The deities of the first group of eight, such as Jalandhara, the deities of the heart chakra, are blue in color. The deities of the second group, the speech chakra, are red. The deities of the third group, the body chakra, are white. All the heroes of the three groups have one face and four arms, the first two holding vajra and bell. The lower right hand holds a damaru, and the left holds a khatvanga, with a topknot and hanging silk. The yoginis have one face and two arms, holding a curved knife and skull cup, with hair loose. All of them have three eyes and are adorned with bone ornaments. "The residing hero yogini" refers to the twenty-four Dakini fathers and mothers, and "Dakini and Dakini" refers to their retinue. "The hero with a topknot of hair" and "the tassels of willow branches" are explained as Dakinis. So it is said. Furthermore, the first Rushen, from the "Supreme Vehicle Treasury": By doing the actions of the body, one becomes displeased with exhausting the external physical activities, and there is a need to purify the sins of the body. The "Wheel of Successive Stages" says: Who performs the Rushen of the body? This purifies the habitual tendencies of samsara. So it is said. The "Supreme Vehicle Treasury" says: Whatever is spoken in the mouth will not cause one to fall into rebirth later, and there is a need to liberate the wheel of wisdom. The "Wheel of Successive Stages" says: Who performs the Rushen of speech? The speech of samsara is certainly empty. So it is said. The "Supreme Vehicle Treasury" says: By remembering in this way for many days, one will not fall into the wheel of the three realms later. The "Vajra Cage Stages" says: Whoever turns the wheel of thought, who is able to turn it? From the outside, the stream of his mind will cease. So it is said. The third Rushen's body's place. The Hevajra says: Great wisdom dwells in the body, completely abandoning all discriminations, pervading all things. It dwells in the body, but is not born from the body. So it is said. The Sambhuti says: The Buddha dwells in one's own body, there is no Buddha anywhere else. So it is said. The "Non-Dual Victory" says: In the heart of all sentient beings, dwells the secret essence of the mind, that itself possesses the three essences, it is the place where the Sugata-garbha enters. So it is said. Saraha says: When the wise explain the scriptures, they do not realize that there is wisdom in the body. So it is said. Vajra Ghanta says: Always dwelling in the heart
