The function of wisdom is: inwardly, the five wisdoms that know everything are manifested; outwardly, the various aspects of suchness and the extent of suchness are manifested. The activity is: to completely separate from the illusory appearances and illusory attachments of samsara, and to merge into the original dharmadhatu. The result is: from the obscurations that obscure the essence, the various alaya consciousnesses based on habits, etc., are completely purified, like the sun free from clouds in a clear sky, with the immaculate wisdom and awareness, the self-realized bodhi is brought to completion, and one constantly abides in the intention of body and wisdom. Regarding this, in "Introduction to Adornment" it says: 'The basis is the wisdom that ripens the fruit, wisdom ripens into the nature of the body, the self-nature body is the dharmakaya, wisdom ripens into the wisdom of the dharmadhatu.' Although one is originally the Buddha of the dharmadhatu, if one does not adopt or reject with wisdom and awareness during the path, there is no time to be liberated from defilements. Therefore, cherish the practice of profound instructions, and be sure to ripen the dharmakaya of the basis into the wisdom body of the manifested fruit, bodhi. The above explains the classification of wisdom. Thus it is said. In "Supreme Vehicle Treasury" it says: The eight sections that are spoken of as appearing like self-arisen, the support is the upper part of the body of the form aggregate. The place is the center of the eight-petaled heart jewel, the essence of the light channel, the center of the five lights, the peaceful body is the size of a mustard seed, and awareness abides there. The path runs from the four channels. The doors are the two eyes. The radiance is two lamps, like the bindu lamp and the space lamp on the peacock's tail. The realm is the cloudless sky, the emptiness of dharmata is separate from the nature of mind. The time is this moment or the time when the bardo appearances arise, the place to go is the eight doors of spontaneous accomplishment, those who recognize go to the dharmadhatu, those who do not recognize wander in samsara, the road is like a rock. The place of liberation is the appearance of original purity. Thus it is said. In "Treasury of Word Meanings" it says: The support is the form aggregate. The place is the precious citta. The palace is the mandala where the five lights gather. The appearance is two lamps. And so on. In "Entrance for the Fortunate" it says: The different characteristic here is that the light channel of pure wisdom based on the Middle Way, which is known as the Katī golden channel, because it has no form of touch, so from the heart to the path.

Having extracted it, the central one, which divides upward into three ends and is called the one with a glass tube, connects to the Brahma aperture. The two white fine silk threads on the left and right, slender and entwined, bend from the back of the neck and pierce the two eyes. Relying on these, there are the lamp of self-arisen wisdom, the lamp of empty bindu, and the lamp of pure realm, etc. Taking these four or six lamps as the path is the very step of practice. Thus it is said. Furthermore, the essence of the Buddha or the awareness-wisdom itself, connected to or abiding in the body of deluded appearance with substance, through its blessing, the way in which the appearance of wisdom arises is as follows: The actual place of residence is in the center of the heart jewel, the glorious fawn. Its radiance abides in the conch shell chamber, the palace of burning Bandha, the palace of the viewing eye, and the palace of the moving veins. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: "The mind is in the palace of jewels, the gathering of jewels is an eight-cornered door, the five wisdoms and the five bodies, the function of wind and consciousness are also five, all are of the nature of five fives." Thus it is said. Among them, the essence abides in the body, like the body of a vase; the nature abides in light, like a lamp inside a vase; compassion abides in rays of light, like the rays of the sun. From the clear light of the heart, four doors are divided, hence there are four veins: From the Kati golden vein, it acts as the support for the arising of the appearance of clear light; from the white fine silk thread, it acts as the support for entering external objects; from the slender and entwined, it acts as the support for self-arising; from the one with a glass tube, it acts as the support for self-manifestation. Emptiness self-liberation pierces the Brahma aperture, and combined with being the support for the body of the Lugu lineage, there are five inner veins, which are the light of the five wisdoms. As the basis of nature, it shows the increase of the four lamps. From the four light veins, pure bindus of clear light move, and relying on them, one meditates on clear light. Among them, in the Kati golden vein, the basic bindu is good, the nature of essence, nature, and compassion, relying on the heart, it abides. In the white fine silk thread, the bindu of the path is good, together with the four lamps, it is the lamp of water, on the right side. In the slender and entwined, the bindu at the peak of goodness, the various appearances of increasing experience, are on the left side. In the one with a glass tube, the support of the appearance of perfection abides in the place of arising of inner clear wisdom. Empty.
