་ནས་གཡས་སུ་ཕར་ཐལ་ཚུར་ཐལ་དུ་ཕུག་པས་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྙུག་ཕུང་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར་ནས་ཤི་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ན། བླ་མ་བྱོན་ནས་ཅི་ཉེས་གསུངས། རྒྱུ་ུམཚན་ཞུས། བླ་མས། ངར་འཛིན་ལུས་ཀྱི་རྒྱ་མདུད་འདི། །ཕུག་ཀྱང་རུང་གི་ན་རོ་པ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཡི་གསང་བའི་གནས། །སྨིན་གྲོལ་སེམས་ཀྱི་མེ་ལོང་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་སོགས་གསུངས། དེ་ནས་སྟེང་སྒོའི་མན་ངག་གནང་། ཡང་ལོ་གཅིག་འདས་པ་ན་ཕྱག་འཚལ་སོགས་སྔར་བཞིན་བྱས། བླ་མས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བཙུན་མོ་འགུག་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་གསུངས། སོང་ནས་བཙུན་མོའི་ལག་པ་ནས་བཟུང་ནས་ཁྲིད་པ་ན་བཙུན་མོ་བསྲུང་བ་སོགས་ཁྲོས་ཏེ་བཟུང་ནས་བརྡུང་པས་ཤི་ལ་ཐུག་པར་བྱས། བླ་མ་བྱོན་ནས་ཅི་ཉེས་གསུངས། རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཞུས། བླ་མས། ངར་འཛིན་ལུས་ཀྱི་རི་བོ་འདི། །བཅོམ་ཀྱང་རུང་གི་ན་རོ་པ། །ཞེན་མེད་སྒྱུ་ལུས་ལྷ་ཡི་སྐུ། །སྟོང་གསལ་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་མེ་ལོང་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་སོགས་གསུངས་ནས་ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུག་ནས་སྔར་བཞིན་གྱུར། ཡང་ལོ་གཅིག་འདས་པ་ན་ཕྱག་འཚལ་སོགས་སྔར་བཞིན་བྱས་པས། བླ་མས་བློན་པོའི་ཆུང་མ་འགུག་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་གསུངས། སོང་ནས་ཁྲིད་པ་ན་བློན་པོ་སོགས་ཁྲོས་ནས་རྐང་ལག་བཅག་སྟེ། སྒྱོགས་ཀྱི་འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་དུ་བཅུག་ནས་རྒྱང་རིང་པོར་འཕངས་བས་ཤི་ལ་ཐུག་པར་བྱས། བླ་མ་བྱོན་ནས་ཅི་ཉེས་གསུངས། རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཞུས། བླ་མས། ངར་འཛིན་ལུས་ཀྱི་རི་བོ་འདི། །འཕངས་ཀྱང་རུང་གི་ན་རོ་པ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་སུ་འཕོ་བྱེད་པའི། །བླ་མེད་གསང་བའི་མེ་ལོང་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་སོགས་གསུངས་ནས་ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུག་པས་ལུས་སྔར་བཞིན་གྱུར། དེ་ནས་འཕོ་བའི་གདམས་པ་གནང་ངོ་། །ཡང་ལོ་གཅིག་འདས་པ་ན་སྔར་བཞིན་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས། བླ་མས་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཕྲེང་བ་གཅིག་གཏད་ནས། འདི་ནས་ཧ་ཅང་མི་རིང་བའི་ལམ་གྱི་བཞི་མདོ་ན་བག་མ་ཞིག་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་བས་འདི་མགུལ་དུ་སྐོན་ལ་ཁྲིད་ཤོག་གསུངས། བཀའ་བཞིན་བྱས་པས་བག་མ་བསུ་སྐྱེལ་བྱེད་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བརྡུང་པས་རོ་བཞིན་གྱུར་པ་ན། བླ་མ་བྱོན་ནས་ཅི་ཉེས་གསུངས། རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཞུས་པ་ལ་གསུངས་པ། ངར་འཛིན་ལུས་ཀྱི་རི་དྭགས་འདི། །བསད་ཀྱང་རུང་གི་ན་རོ་པ། །ཌ་ཀཱི་མ་ཡི་གསང་བའི་གནས། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་མེ་ལོང་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་སོགས་གསུངས་ནས་ཕྱག་གིས་རེག་པས་ལུས་སྔར་བཞིན་གྱུར། ཡང་ལོ་གཅིག་འདས་པ་ན་སྔར་བཞིན་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས། མི་གཅིག་འགྲོ་བར་གཟིགས་ནས་མི་འདི་ཟུངས་ཤིག་གསུངས། མྱུར་བར་རྒྱུག་སྟེ་སོང་བ་ལས་ཇེ་རིང་ཇེ་རིང་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཐང་ཆད་དེ་བརྒྱལ་བར་གྱུར་པ་ན། བླ་མ་བྱོན་ནས་ཅི་ཉེས་གསུངས། རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཞུས་པ་ལ་གསུངས་པ། ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱུན་ཐག་འདི། །ཆད་ཀྱང་རུང་གི་ན་རོ་པ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཡི་གསང་བའི་གནས། །རང་སེམས་གསལ་བའི་མེ་ལོང་ལྟོས། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ངལ་འདི་སྙིང་པོར་གྱུར་པ་སྟེ། །མེད་སྣང་མངོན་སུམ་འདི་ལ་རྗེས་དཔག་ནས། །རྨི་ལམ་ཉིད་ཅེས་ངེས་པར་རྨི་ལམ་ནའང་། །རྣམ་དག་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒྱུ་མའི་རྣམ་འཕྲུལ་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་རྨི་ལམ་གདམས་པ་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་ངོ་། །ཡང་ལོ་གཅིག་འདས་པ་ན་སྔར་བཞིན་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མཎྜལ་གྱིས་ཤིག་གསུངས། ཆུ་དང་བ་བྱུང་སོགས་ཡོ་བྱད་མ་རྙེད་པས། དེ་ནས་བྱེ་མའི་གཞི་དེར་རང་གི་ཁྲག་གིས་ཆག་ཆག་བཏབ་ནས། མཚོན་གྱིས་རང་གི་རྐང་པ་གཉིས་དང་ལག་པ་གཡོན་པ་དང་མགོ་བོ་བཅད་དེ་ཚོམ་བུར་བཀོད་པ་ན། ལག་པ་གཡས་ཀྱང་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ཆད་ནས་ཚོམ་བུར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །བླ་མ་བྱོན་ནས་ཅི་ཉེས་གསུངས། ཡིད་ཀྱིས་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཞུས་པ་ལ་གསུངས་པ། ཟག་བཅས་སྙིང་པོ་མེད་པའི་ལུས། །མེད་ཀྱང་རུང་གི་ན་རོ་པ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཡི་གསང་བའི་གནས། །གཉིས་མེད་སེམས་ཀྱི་མེ་ལོང་ལྟོས། །ཞེས་སོགས་གསུངས་ནས་ལུས་ལ་ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུག་པས་སྔར་བཞིན་གྱུར། བར་དོའི་གདམས་པ་བསྲེ་བ་སྐོར་གསུངས་སོ། །ཡང་ལོ་གཅིག་འདས་པ་ན་སྔར་བཞིན་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་གསུངས་པ། འདི་ནས་ཐག་མི་རིང་བ་ན་སྟོན་མོ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོད་ཀྱི། བཟའ་བཏུང་གང་རྙེད་པ་སློངས་ལ་ཤོག་ཅིག་གསུངས། བཀའ་བཞིན་སོང་བ་ན་བཟའ་བཏུང་འགའ་རྙེད་པ་བླ་མ་ལ་ཕུལ་བ་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཞིམ་ཞིམ་ལྟར་མཛད་ནས་གསོལ་ནས། ད་དུང་སློངས་ལ་ཤོག་ཅིག་གསུངས། སློང་ལ་སོང་བས་བྱིན་པར་མ་གྱུར་པ་ན་སྣོད་དང་བཅས་པ་ཁྱེར་ནས་བྲོས་སོ། །སྐྱེ་བོའི་ཚོགས་མང་པོས་དབྱུག་པ་དང་རྡོ་ཆར་ཕབ་ཅིང་ཟས་སླར་ཕར་ཤོར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བླ་མ་ལ་ལོ་རྒྱུས་ཞུས་པས། བླ་མས། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཐབས་མ་ཤེས་ཏེ། བུམ་པ། ཐག་པ། མེ་ལོང་། རལ་གྲི་འདི་རྣམས་བཟུང་ལ་རིམ་པར་སྐྱུར་ཞིང་ཟས་ཁྱེར་ལ་བྲོས་ནས་ཤོག་ཅིག་ཟེར། སླར་ཕྱིན་ཏེ་བཟའ་བཏུང་ཁྱེར་ནས་བྲོས་པས། སྐྱེ་བོ་རབ་ཏུ་མང་པོས་བདས་ཏེ་སླེབ་ལ་ཁད་པ་ན། བུམ་ཆུ་ཕོ་བས་ཆུ་བོ་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར་པ་ལ། རྒན་མོ་ཅིག་ན་རེ་ཐབས་ཡོད་ཅེས། མ་ཧེའི་ཀོ་བའི་གྲུ་བཏང་ནས་ཟིན་ལ་ཁད་པ་དང་། ཐག་པ་བསྐྱུར་བས་ཆུ་བོར་གྱུར། དེ་ཡང་བརྒལ་ཏེ་ཟིན་ལ་ཉེ་བ་ན། མེ་ལོང་བསྐྱུར་བས་མཚོར་གྱུར། དེ་ཡང་བསྐོར་ཏེ་ཟིན་ལ་ཁད་པ་དང་། རལ་གྲི་བསྐྱུར་བས་ལྕགས་ཁང

从右边来回穿刺，身体变得像笔筒一样，濒临死亡时，上师来了，问发生了什么事。我说明了原因。上师说：“执着于我的身体的这个结，即使被刺穿也无妨，那诺巴。空行母的秘密之处，看成熟解脱之心的镜子。”等等。之后，给予了顶门之诀窍。又过了一年，如先前一样顶礼。上师说：“去引诱国王的妃子。”去了之后，拉着妃子的手要带走，妃子的护卫等愤怒地抓住并殴打，使他濒临死亡。上师来了，问发生了什么事。我说明了原因。上师说：“执着于我的身体的这座山，即使被摧毁也无妨，那诺巴。无执的幻身是天神的身体，看空明生起次第的镜子。”等等，说完用手抚摸，恢复如初。又过了一年，如先前一样顶礼，上师说：“去引诱大臣的妻子。”去了之后要带走，大臣等愤怒地打断了他的手脚，把他放进抛石机的机关里，远远地抛出去，使他濒临死亡。上师来了，问发生了什么事。我说明了原因。上师说：“执着于我的身体的这座山，即使被抛弃也无妨，那诺巴。在法界中转移的，无上秘密的镜子。”等等，说完用手抚摸，身体恢复如初。之后，给予了迁识的口诀。又过了一年，如先前一样祈祷，上师给了一个花环，说：“从这里不太远的路口，会有一个新娘出现，把这个戴在她脖子上带回来。”按照吩咐做了，迎亲的人们殴打他，像死了一样。上师来了，问发生了什么事。我说明了原因，上师说：“执着于我的身体的这只野兽，即使被杀死也无妨，那诺巴。空行母的秘密之处，看大手印的镜子。”等等，说完用手触摸，身体恢复如初。又过了一年，如先前一样祈祷，上师看到一个人走过，说：“抓住这个人。”迅速跑过去，结果越来越远，变得非常疲惫。

Having been pierced back and forth from the right, his whole body became like a pen holder, and when he was about to die, the Lama came and asked what was wrong. I explained the reason. The Lama said, "This knot of clinging to my body, even if pierced, is fine, Naropa. The secret place of the Dakini, look at the mirror of the mind of maturation and liberation." And so on. Then he gave the instruction of the upper gate. After another year, he prostrated as before. The Lama said, "Go and seduce the king's consort." He went and, taking the consort's hand, tried to lead her away, but the consort's guards and others became angry, seized him, and beat him until he was about to die. The Lama came and asked what was wrong. I explained the reason. The Lama said, "This mountain of clinging to my body, even if destroyed, is fine, Naropa. The illusory body without attachment is the body of a deity, look at the mirror of the clear and empty generation stage." And so on, and then he touched him with his hand and he became as before. After another year, he prostrated as before, and the Lama said, "Go and seduce the minister's wife." He went and tried to lead her away, but the minister and others became angry and broke his arms and legs, put him in a catapult machine, and threw him far away, causing him to be about to die. The Lama came and asked what was wrong. I explained the reason. The Lama said, "This mountain of clinging to my body, even if thrown away, is fine, Naropa. The mirror of the unsurpassed secret that transfers into the realm of Dharma." And so on, and then he touched him with his hand and his body became as before. Then he gave the instructions on transference of consciousness. After another year, he prayed as before, and the Lama gave him a garland of flowers, saying, "Not far from here, at a crossroads, a bride will appear, put this around her neck and bring her back." He did as he was told, but the people escorting the bride beat him until he was like a corpse. The Lama came and asked what was wrong. I explained the reason, and the Lama said, "This wild animal of clinging to my body, even if killed, is fine, Naropa. The secret place of the Dakini, look at the mirror of the Great Seal." And so on, and then he touched him with his hand and his body became as before. After another year, he prayed as before, and the Lama saw a person walking and said, "Catch that person." He ran quickly, but the distance became greater and greater, and he became very tired.

当感到沮丧的时候，上师来了，问有什么不妥。我禀告了原因，上师说：三界轮回的绳索，断了也罢，那若巴（Nāropā）。空行母的秘密之处，观看自心明亮的镜子。你的努力已成精华，从这显现的无有中推断，梦境也应如此，务必在梦中，观看清净智慧幻化的景象。这样传授了梦境的诀窍。又过了一年，像之前一样祈请，上师说：你做曼扎（Maṇḍala）吧。因为没有找到水和牛粪等物品，于是在沙地上用自己的血涂抹，用武器砍断了自己的双腿、左手和头颅，堆放在一起。右手也自然断裂，变成了一堆。上师来了，问有什么不妥。我心中禀告了原因，上师说：有漏无意义的身体，没有也罢，那若巴（Nāropā）。空行母的秘密之处，观看无二之心的镜子。说完这些，用手抚摸身体，恢复如初。讲述了关于中阴的诀窍混合的法门。又过了一年，像之前一样祈请，上师说：从这里不远的地方，有个盛大的宴会，无论找到什么食物都去乞讨来。遵照吩咐去了，找到了一些食物供养给上师，上师装作非常美味的样子享用后说：再去乞讨来。去乞讨却没有得到施舍，于是带着容器逃走了。许多人用棍棒和石头如雨般投掷，食物又被抢走了。之后向上师禀告了事情的经过。上师说：你没有掌握方法，拿着瓶子、绳子、镜子、宝剑这些东西，依次扔出去，然后带着食物逃走。再次前去，带着食物逃走，许多人追赶上来，眼看就要追上的时候，瓶子里的水变成了大河。一位老妇人说有办法，派出了水牛皮做的船，眼看就要追上的时候，扔出绳子变成了水。渡过之后，眼看又要追上的时候，扔出镜子变成了湖。绕过湖，眼看又要追上的时候，扔出宝剑变成了铁屋

When feeling discouraged, the Lama came and asked what was wrong. I explained the reason, and the Lama said: This rope of the three realms of samsara, it is okay if it breaks, Nāropā. The secret place of the ḍākinīs, look at the mirror of your own clear mind. Your effort has become the essence, infer from this manifest non-existence, that dreams should also be like this, be sure to look at the pure wisdom illusory displays even in dreams. Thus, he bestowed the instructions on dreams. After another year, I prayed as before, and the Lama said: Make a maṇḍala. Since I could not find water or cow dung, etc., I smeared the sandy ground with my own blood, and with a weapon, I cut off my two legs, left hand, and head, and piled them up. The right hand also naturally broke off and became a pile. The Lama came and asked what was wrong. I explained the reason in my mind, and the Lama said: This body with outflows and without essence, it is okay if it is gone, Nāropā. The secret place of the ḍākinīs, look at the mirror of non-dual mind. After saying this, he stroked my body with his hand, and it returned to its original state. He spoke about the instructions on the bardo mixed together. After another year, I prayed as before, and the Lama said: Not far from here, there is a great feast, go and beg for whatever food you can find. I went as instructed and offered some food to the Lama, who pretended to enjoy it very much and said: Go and beg for more. I went to beg but was not given anything, so I took the container and ran away. Many people threw sticks and stones like rain, and the food was taken back. Afterwards, I told the Lama what had happened. The Lama said: You did not know the method, take the vase, rope, mirror, and sword, throw them out one by one, and then run away with the food. I went again, took the food, and ran away. Many people chased after me, and when they were about to catch up, the water in the vase turned into a great river. An old woman said she had a way, and sent out a boat made of buffalo hide, and when they were about to catch up, I threw the rope and it turned into water. After crossing it, when they were about to catch up again, I threw the mirror and it turned into a lake. After going around the lake, when they were about to catch up again, I threw the sword and it turned into an iron house.
