Sa. It is said in the scriptures that the wisdom of realizing the exhaustion of defilements can be attained through the giving of Dharma. Furthermore, it is said in the *Ganden Stukpo Kyampe* (Adornment of Dense Array): "Manjushri, wherever there is a speaker of the Dharma, even seeing their ashes or corpse, the five inexpiable sins will be purified." As it is said. Secondly, how should the listener, the disciple, listen? From the *Root Tantra of Manifest Realization of All Practices' Instructions*, it says: "Offer flowers, cushions, etc., restrain conduct and behavior, do not harm all beings, pray to the Lama, listen to the Lama's instructions without distraction, ask questions to dispel doubts, and possess the six limbs of Tara." As it is said. Setting up the Dharma seat and laying out cushions, offering mandalas, etc., are giving. Cleaning the room, sprinkling scented water, scattering flowers, etc., all actions should be in accordance with the Dharma, this is discipline. Not harming even the smallest beings with body and speech, enduring hardships for the sake of the Dharma, etc., is patience. Regarding the Dharma and the Lama as rare to encounter, listening with faith, respect, joy, and delight is diligence. Not being distracted elsewhere and keeping the words and meanings in mind without separation is meditative concentration. Asking questions to dispel doubts whenever there is a place of doubt, and determining the ultimate goal of practice is wisdom. Thirdly, the teachings on other behaviors are divided into two aspects: abandoning and adopting. Firstly, in the *Vinaya Sutra*, it says: "Do not teach the Dharma to those who are disrespectful, nor to those who are sick, those who cover their heads, those who carry umbrellas, those who carry sticks, those who carry weapons, or those who have their heads wrapped." Therefore, it is necessary to abandon using umbrellas, canes, weapons, head coverings, etc., as one's own adornments, and sitting while wearing shoes, etc. As it is said in the *Kuntuzangpo Tantra*: "Do not cover the head for those who are not sick, do not carry weapons for those who have no enemies, do not carry a cane for those who are not old, abandon all actions that are not in accordance with the Dharma." It also says: "If there is a hat, put it in front; if there is hair, let it hang down in front; join the palms of the hands and hold them together; abandon all gestures with the hands." As it is said. Secondly, it is said in the *Jataka Tales*: "Sit in the lowest place, cultivate the virtue of humility to the utmost, look with joyful eyes, like drinking the nectar of words,
