Think of the depths of the earth as being dark and gloomy, lower your gaze, and relax your mind. Then, imagine the bindu returning and reaching the center. By doing this repeatedly, the obstacle of pride will be cleared away. Third, imagine countless storms of wind erupting from the nine apertures of your body, carrying away all the dust and ashes from the outside of your body. Finally, imagine these dust and winds separating in different directions. By meditating in this way many times, the disturbances of continuous thoughts will be pacified. Second, practice enhancement. Among the enhancements of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, the first is the enhancement of non-thought: In a secluded place, assume the correct posture and think, 'I will remember this thought after this thought.' Repeat this about ten times, and then relax into non-thought. Or, sit in the midst of many people and think, 'I will remember this thought after this thought.' As before, repeat this about ten times, and then rest in non-thought. By doing this often, you will enhance non-thought. Second, the enhancement of clarity: Go to a high place, such as the roof of a mountain, and focus your mind on various sights. For example, focus your mind slightly on the top of a mountain, then focus your mind briefly on the waist of the mountain, and then focus your mind briefly on a meadow at the foot of the mountain, and so on. By focusing your mind briefly on various objects, you will gain clarity in your mind. Third, the enhancement of bliss: Visualize a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) above your crown and a red Hūṃ at your secret place. Imagine the Hūṃ above your crown descending and the Hūṃ at your secret place ascending, and the two colliding and mixing at the level of your heart. By believing that the white and red Hūṃs are merging into one, imagine that your entire body and mind are filled with bliss. By doing this many times, you will enhance bliss. Third, the Yoga of Tummo. Regarding the instructions on Tummo, there are two parts: preliminaries and the main practice. The first is the preliminaries, which include Guru Yoga, purifying the channels, and blessing the channels. First is Guru Yoga: Visualize in the space in front of you the root guru in the form of a yidam or Vajradhara, in the center is Vajravarahi, holding a curved knife (Sanskrit: kartrika) in her right hand and a skull cup (Sanskrit: kapala) in her left, with a khatvanga in her armpit. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, visualize yourself with the right leg extended, stepping on Dusmtshanma, and the left leg bent, pressing down on Jigjey. Then, with devotion and intense prayer, the Lama dissolves into light. Vajravarahi also enters from the brow or crown and dissolves into the gTummo at your navel. Second, purify the channels through wind, purify the channels through the channels, and purify the channels through bindus. First, hold the breath gently. When the mind focuses on holding the breath, the body becomes empty and filled with breath, the body becomes thicker and thicker, and finally becomes very thick. When the breath goes out, the body becomes empty and the body becomes thinner. Second, visualize the central channel (Ubuma) clearly in the center of your body. When you hold your breath again, the central channel becomes thicker and thicker, and as a result, the body gradually becomes thicker. When you exhale again, the central channel also becomes thinner and the body becomes thinner. Third, in the center of your central channel, at the navel or heart, visualize the nature of gTummo, a red A-shad or a red Am. When the breath stays in, countless red rays of light radiate from Am (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) or A-shad (藏文:ཨ་ཤད་,梵文天城体:आषाढ,梵文罗马拟音:āṣāḍha,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), so the central channel above it expands and becomes larger, and the body also becomes thicker. When the breath goes out again, the rays of light dissolve into gTummo, and both the central channel and the body become thinner. Third, bless the channels. Visualize the three channels (Rtsa-gsum) in the center of your body in accordance with the general description, and imagine that the cut ends of the three channels are aligned and inserted into the crown of your head. At the crown of your head, visualize the root guru (Root Guru) and the Yidam in the form of Yabyum, or Vajradhara with Yum. With devotion and intense prayer to them, a stream of red bodhicitta (Byangchub kyi sems) flows from the union of the Yum, enters the Roma, and imagine that the Roma is filled. A stream of white bodhicitta flows from the union of the Father, enters the Kyangma, and imagine that it is filled. Again, a stream of mixed white and red bodhicitta flows from the union of both, enters the Uma, and imagine that the Uma is filled. Finally, the Lama also dissolves into light and dissolves into the three channels. Second, the main practice. Learning the wind, learning the gTummo fire visualization, and the yoga of bindus. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
