Rotating about three times to the left and right are the inner and outer rotations: rotating the head to the left and right, extending the right hand with a clenched fist, rotating outward and inward three times each, and the same with the left hand. Then stand up, first rotating the right foot outward and inward three times each, then the left foot also rotating outward and inward three times each, and then performing the striking. The method of striking is: inhaling, using the force of the upper body to strike towards the center, front, right, left, and back. Then exhaling, using the force of the abdomen to strike towards the center, front, back, right, and left, which is the internal striking. The external striking is: striking the head three times each towards the front, back, right, and left, the right hand clenched into a fist, striking the right shoulder three times, and the left hand is the same. Then stand up and strike the right hip three times, and the left hip is the same. After that, perform the striking. Shaking is divided into internal shaking and external shaking. The first is: sitting cross-legged, placing the hands on the knees, forcefully inhaling, and shaking about three times with full force. Then exhaling, making a 'Ha' sound, and shaking forcefully. Then turning the head back and forth and shaking, twisting to the left and right and shaking, leaning back and shaking. Circling the right hand over the head, shaking three times in the manner of throwing a lasso, and the left hand is the same. Shaking both hands simultaneously three times. Then stand up and shake the right foot three times, and the left foot is the same. Then switch the breath, cross the hands behind the back, and extend and retract the right leg three times, and the left leg is the same. Then lie on the back, simultaneously shaking and extending and contracting the limbs. These are performed as preliminaries, and then in the main practice, learning the Thorma (藏文:ཐོར་མ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:Thorma,汉语字面意思:食子) Wisdom Mudra, visualizing oneself as the Yidam (deity), abiding in the bliss-emptiness of the Wisdom Mudra, visualizing the Bodhicitta gradually descending from the crown of the head, reaching the Vajra Jewel and remaining there, which is called the Six Transformations. Tightening the abdomen, limbs, and calves, forcefully contracting, pressing the tongue against the palate, looking upwards with the eyes, tightening the throat, etc., possessing these six transformations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Clear the wind from the ground, and release it downwards forcefully. Focus the mind on the sky above the crown of the head. Regarding guiding, there are three types of guiding: ‘Hi’ guiding, ‘Hum’ guiding, and ‘Hrih’ guiding. The first is: exhale the wind from the mouth with the sound ‘Hi’, performing empty guiding. Then inhale, performing full guiding. The second is: exhale from the nostrils with the sound ‘Hum’, performing empty guiding. Full guiding is as before. The third is: exhale the wind from the mouth with the sound ‘Hrih’, performing empty guiding. Full guiding is as before. Then, with the Simhanada (lion's roar) mudra, perform it universally like a display. Furthermore, the six trulkhor (magical wheels) mentioned above when eliminating obstacles can also be used to display and propagate. Binding the root: Press the root of the secret place with the heel of either the right or left foot. Press the kneecap with the heel of the other foot. Bend the body slightly, clench both hands into fists, and place them on the ground in front. Hold the breath, and press the force of the upper wind towards the secret place. Lift the hips slightly, and then in a lowering posture, make the root of the secret place touch the heel. Repeat this twenty-seven times. Between every nine times, twist and press to the left and right. Above the kneecap of the foot pressing the root of the secret place, tap about twenty-one times with the heel of the other foot. Alternate pressing the root of the secret place with the heels of the right and left feet. The method of propagation is to hold the breath, stand up, and bend the body with force. Grasp the left hand with the right thumb, and place it on the ground in front. Also place the toes of the feet on the ground. Make the force of the wind move towards the upper body. Attach and press the thighs of the feet to the buttocks, and lift and stretch upwards several times. In the next round, grasp the right hand with the left thumb, etc., alternating. The method of binding is: slightly tuck in the hips, and in a squatting posture, bring the tips of both feet forward. Bring the palms of the hands together, pointing downwards, initially just below the navel. Hold the breath in conjunction, and tighten the abdomen. Lift the palms together pointing downwards upwards, and when it reaches the height of the throat, point the tips of the palms upwards. Guide upwards as much as possible. From that point, stand up, and embrace the legs from the inside with both hands. Grasp the ankles with both hands. Bend the body and sway to the left and right. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
