Fifteen, above that is reaching the ultimate end of existence. Sixteen, above that is the arising and ceasing of the form aggregate. Seventeen, above that is the peace of seeing the Dharma directly. Eighteen, above that is the bodily realization. Nineteen, above that is the solitary realizer like a rhinoceros horn. Twenty, the result of meditating on this is the definitive discernment branch. The result of meditating on this, the definitive discernment branch, has three parts: showing the distinction of surpassing the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas with four special Dharmas through the method of summarizing the six Dharmas; explaining each of the six in detail separately through the method of recognizing the essence. First, from 'object' to 'especially superior', this shows that the Bodhisattva's path of joining is superior to the Shravaka's and Pratyekabuddha's path of joining in four distinctions. Thus, the Bodhisattva who has generated the mind of enlightenment, having the mind of saving all beings, their path of joining, summarized by the word 'heat' and so on, the four positions of peak, forbearance, and supreme Dharma, in their respective order, are the Dharani of reversing, the Dharani of life and entering, the four kinds of conceptual thoughts of distinguishing and grasping at substances, and the thought of permanence as what is to be abandoned, and their antidotes are stable in the Bodhisattva's continuum, each of the heat and so on is divided into small, medium, and large, these twelve come from elsewhere. By these four special Dharmas of object, aspect, cause, and intention. Second, explaining each of the six in detail separately through the method of recognizing the essence, there are six: object, aspect, cause, and dividing into three: large, medium, and small, the four conceptual thoughts, and explaining the intention in detail. First, what is the essence of the object? The object of the four, heat and so on, is impermanence of form and so on, and what is summarized by the word 'etc.' is suffering, selflessness, impurity, peace, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, which are the Dharmas explained by the four noble truths. Second, what is the essence of the aspect? By the true Dharma of ignorance and so on, clinging to the appearance of ignorance and so on, and what is summarized by the word 'etc.' is abiding and universal knowledge, the order is the inverted view, the inverted perception, these three, what is the aspect that can stop and eliminate these three, that is it. Third, it is explained by 'the cause that all three vehicles can obtain', all four correct aspects of discernment are the cause of the three vehicles. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This indicates that it is the cause of obtaining a good harvest. 1-462 The fourth part is the explanation of the differences between small, medium, and large, divided into: explaining the small, medium, and large heats; explaining the small, medium, and large peaks; explaining the small, medium, and large patiences; explaining the small, medium, and large supreme dharmas. First, the small heat is: for things that truly exist, such as form, merely applying the imputation of a name is desire, that is, for things that have no decrease and are true, merely applying the fabrication of a name is increase, that is, growth. Because the wisdom of the true small heat does not see all the dharmas that are examined, and the name does not exist either. Therefore, the wisdom that form, etc., is free from harm and the name is free from existence is the small heat. Therefore, the small heat means the wisdom that has no fabrication for form, etc., and all names do not exist. Second, the medium heat is: abiding in the state of not dwelling on the irreversible ground, from the aggregates, elements to the unmixed, merely establishing as dharma, and the name of such establishment is the wisdom that cannot be expressed by any dharma such as good or non-good. Third, the Bodhisattva of the great heat state is: with the imputed and the dependent, not dwelling on the conceptual thought of form, etc., because with the imputed and the dependent, these forms, etc., are not one with the perfectly established nature that has become the essence of the form, etc., of the Dharma-nature. If so, will Dharma and Dharma-nature become different in essence? No, the form, etc., as the subject of Dharma, and the emptiness of Dharma-nature and self-nature are one. Second, the Bodhisattva of the small peak practices yoga with emptiness, not dwelling on the suffering included by ignorance and etcetera for form, etc., selflessness, peace, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, solitude, and the conceptual thought of the apprehended, because the emptiness examines form, etc., impermanence, etc., the essence of these examined form, etc., non-conceptual, etc., is emptiness, and these form, etc., ignorance, etc., are one with Dharma-nature and self-nature emptiness. 1-463 Second, the medium peak is: not grasping the dharmas with the conceptual thought of the apprehended, because these dharmas are the wisdom that cannot be seen as signs, and the perfectly established form, etc., is the apprehended --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
