All of you dragons, evil spirits, landowners, and local deities residing in the three thousand worlds and this land, Shakyamuni, the Secret Lord, Hayagriva the Great, Padmasambhava, the holy Ma Gcig, and others, by the command and oath of the kings of vidyadharas, do not violate the oath, quickly send down rain! Phat! Phat! Phat! Alas! These dragons, evil spirits, and landowners, parents of many lifetimes, are truly pitiable! May all your sins, obscurations, and sufferings be absorbed into me, and may you always be free from all unwanted sufferings! Whatever merit and happiness I have, may all of it be absorbed into you, and may you always be full of happiness and well-being! Recite this while coordinating with the inhalation and exhalation of breath, and meditate on the visualization of giving and receiving seven times. Phat! Instantly visualize yourself as Vajrasattva, with a HUM (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable) on a moon disc at your heart, surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra. From that, light radiates, purifying all the sins, obscurations, and transgressions of the dragons, evil spirits, and landowners. The hundred-syllable mantra or: OM VAJRASATTVA HUM (ༀ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ，oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ，Vajrasattva HUM), recite twenty-one times. Phat! Visualize yourself as the emanation form of the Blessed Medicine Buddha, holding a myrobalan and a begging bowl. From the HUM (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable) at your heart, surrounded by mantra, light radiates and strikes all the dragons and evil spirits, healing all the diseases of the dragons. Sal! By the emanation of one's own likeness, extract labor from the nagas, and with thunder and lightning, cause rain to fall. Do this twice in the morning. In between the two sessions, perform incense offerings and torma offerings, especially offer many naga tormas. Also offer white tormas to the local deities. Then, in the evening, aim for a fierce invocation: combine recitation and meditation, and practice two sessions. Then blow the leg bone trumpet three times. Phat (藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phat). Oneself is Machik Krodhima, the black wrathful mother, in the form of a wrathful mother, the body pervading the three realms. The voice is like a thousand thunders, heard by all. Command all gods and demons, and sternly order them. Blow the leg bone trumpet fiercely and with a loud voice: Oh! Listen, sentient beings, gods and non-humans. Listen, earth lords, nagas and evil spirits. Listen, nagas and evil spirits of this place. Listen, local deities of this land. Now, will you cause great rain to fall quickly or not? If you do not cause great rain to fall quickly, until samsara is empty, may I die if I move from this place. May the white garuda not fill the sky, may the red garuda not fill the space, may the black garuda not fill the earth.
