On the crown of the self-visualized Wrathful Mother's head, in the sky, in the center of a golden wheel with a thousand spokes, is the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, surrounded by Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, turning the Dharma wheel. Above that is the Dharmakaya Great Mother Prajnaparamita, with the lineage lamas of Chö as dense as clouds. In the empty space above, there are a thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon, protecting me and the rain attendants with the mudra of refuge and giving. Above that, on the very top of the peak of existence, countless Garudas flap their wings, making a "nilili" sound, so that there is no place to stand. From countless distances in the outer directions, countless Dakinis come to behold. Behind that, countless Garudas form a tent, leaving no place for gods and demons to escape, and protecting the intermediate space. At the time when I need or do not need to call for rain, a garland of black snakes and wet, bleeding human heads surrounds the perimeter, thus accomplishing the task of preventing rain from falling elsewhere. Below myself and the rain attendants, below the horses and mules carrying loads, the turquoise belly is pressed tightly, protecting the lower level with interdependent auspiciousness. The meaning of entrusting to reason. You gods and demons of appearance and existence, you do not come for the sake of fighting and showing off your abilities, you do not come for the sake of displaying harmful intentions and cruelty, you do not come for the sake of competing in power and ability. Now in these lands and regions, all the crops are completely dried up by drought, the black-headed people are afraid of the fear of famine, and the insects and creatures are also suffering from the heat. At such a time, in order to send down rain, Shakyamuni, Secret Lord, Hayagriva, Padmasambhava, the holy Buddhas, Machig Labdrön, etc., are widely spoken of in the teachings and prophecies of the Victorious Ones. At this time, if a yogi with bodhicitta does not send down rain for the benefit of beings, he will violate the teachings of the Victorious Ones, break his vows, abandon sentient beings, and fall into evil realms due to transgression. Therefore, in order to benefit beings, with compassion, give fearlessness to those suffering from heat, give wealth to those fearing famine, establish a relationship of giving Dharma to gods and demons, and dedicate the cherished and beloved self to giving. Establishing a connection with gods and demons, I do not know when I alone will be able to attain the supreme Buddhahood, and that is why I have come here. Therefore, understand the meaning of that, and quickly send down heavy rain in this place. In this way, recite three times when you first go, and then reciting once a day is sufficient. Phat. (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, meaning: to subdue). Transform yourself into the great Vajradhara, from the blue sky and the end of the sky, the garudas interweave their wings, flapping and fighting, tearing with their beaks and claws, and making the sound of the garuda. The nagas tremble in fear, their eyes flickering. I protect the bird garuda from fear, and listen to the Dharma with reverence. Phat. (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, meaning: to subdue). Namo. All phenomena arise from causes, the Tathagata has declared those causes, what is the cessation of those causes, good. ༄༅། །The great yogi said: Do no evil, cultivate all good, purify your mind, this is the teaching of the Buddhas. Take your own body as an example, do not harm others. Obtain immeasurable merit through generosity, therefore, dragon gods, quickly send down rain. After you attain enlightenment, I will make aspirations.
