Lay the patient in front. Phaṭ! In the sky in front, Machig Labdrön, body color white, wearing a white silk shawl. Hair loose, covering the back. The right hand plays a ḍāmaru, the left hand rests a bell on the hip. Seated in a dancing posture on a lotus and moon seat, clearly manifest. Phaṭ! Phaṭ! In the patient's heart, the essence of all consciousness, life force, merit, wind, and mind combined. A point of light the size of a freshly peeled egg, about to pulsate, about to rise. Phaṭ! Shooting straight out from the central channel, dissolving into Machig's heart. Phaṭ! Phaṭ! Phaṭ! Namo! The truth of the kind and venerable lineage lamas of Chö, the truth of the Three Jewels, the truth of Machig Labdrön, the Wrathful Black Mother who subdues demons, and the truth of the millionfold hosts of the five classes of ḍākinīs. By the power of great truth, may the initial cause of this patient's illness, the intermediate accumulation of illness, and the ultimate ineffectiveness of the illness, the stealing of life, the lurking harm to life, confusing the mind, and the taking of the vital essence, the body demons and their support. The disease and its lord, the demons and their instigators, those who do not abide by the teachings and vows, those who change and fluctuate, those who deceive and mislead, all of these. Instantly, involuntarily, merge into these blood offerings, tsampa, and pieces of meat, indistinguishable from a corpse! Vajra-ankuśa-jaḥ! (vajra-ankuśa-jaḥ, born from the vajra hook) Vajra-pāśa-hūṃ! In the vast and immense red-black triangular hearth, Amidst the blazing and swirling flames of the eon's end, the letter Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) transforms entirely into red-black. Its essence is the Black Wrathful Mother, its form a red-black iron dagger, as large as Mount Meru. The upper mouth faces the sky, the lower mouth faces the earth. Fangs protrude like snow mountains, from the mouth blazes the fire of the eon's end, from the nostrils swirls the black wind of the eon's end. Eyes are wide open like the sun and moon, from the gaps in the wrinkled body, sparkle the sparks of vajra fire. The right horn overturns from the peak of existence, the left horn shakes from the depths of the earth. Hands and feet, like iron hooks, extend in eight directions. The unpleasant odor pervades the three thousand worlds. Hairs like weapons grow on the body, merely seeing it causes all gods and demons to faint. From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in its heart, rays of light emanate, and from the natural abode, from the hearts of all the wisdom wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, immeasurable and countless emanated wrathful daggers like these descend like rain and merge indivisibly. In the space of the unborn Dharmakaya Great Mother, In the center of the mandala blazing with the fire of wisdom, the One Mother, the Black Wrathful Mother who subdues demons, transforms into an iron dagger to subdue the wicked. The red-black body is like the king of mountains, Mount Meru. Hairs like various weapons are tangled and chaotic. The right horn overturns from the peak of existence, the left horn shakes from the depths of the earth. Eight hands and feet destroy the hordes of demons in all directions. The wide-open eyes cause gods and demons to faint. The foul odor of wickedness permeates, intoxicating the harm-doers. From the mouth like heaven and earth blazes the fire of the eon's end, the fangs like snow mountains devour the body demons. The tongue flashes like lightning, the roar thunders like a thousand dragons. The fire of the eon's end blazes, sparks of vajra fire sparkle. All the power and abilities of the wisdom wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, gathered into one, become the wicked great demon of action. Praise to you, the executioner of oath-breakers and elemental spirits! The harm-doing demons and obstacles that transgress the command, all are scattered like dust. Consciousness is unattainable.
