By the truth of the accomplished Cho lineage lamas, by the truth of the Three Jewels, by the truth of the yidam Wrathful Black Mother, by the truth of the five classes of Machik Labdrön, and by the truth of the assembly of a million classes of vidyādharī ḍākinīs, may the power of the great truth cause this patient to, first, lead in the disease, second, build a nest of disease, and finally, the body demon and its support that do not benefit the disease, the disease. And the lord of disease, and those who lead in demons, those who do not abide by the command and oath, all those who change, reverse, jump, deceive, and trick.
