The Buddhas named Fearless Immovable Goodness, the incomparable Victorious One, Precious Limb, Powerful Vajra Dharma Empowerment, Kunga Namgyal, Karma Chakme, and others. The lineage of accomplished Chöd practitioners is blessed. To the blessed Lama Machig, I pray, Great Mother, please bestow your blessings. All vow-followers, repeat this three times. Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Liberation). Until the above visualization is grasped, recite "Phaṭ" to pacify oneself. Then, all the deities in the sky dissolve into light and merge into oneself, manifesting as Vajrayogini. By merging into the patient, contemplate that they receive all the empowerments and blessings of body, speech, and mind. Thubwang Machig and her retinue merge into Vajrayogini, like water poured into water, merging into one's own wisdom, appearing naked in the uncreated state. Thus, one's own Vajrayogini also vanishes like a rainbow in the sky. The patient also vanishes into emptiness, remaining in equanimity in the state of emptiness. If the experience is unclear or thoughts arise, recite "Phaṭ Phaṭ" and generate anger. Separate matter and awareness, and with the sow-faced mother's curved knife, cut open the skin, spreading it across three thousand worlds. Fill the world with flesh and blood, and contemplate that all gods and demons eat and drink to their fill, becoming satisfied. Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Liberation). One's own awareness arises as Vajrayogini. One's own body becomes the basis for offering, achieving the measure of three thousand worlds. Until the visualization is grasped, recite "Phaṭ" many times. Then, strike the shinbone trumpet three times on the palm of the left hand, contemplating that the subtle beings will not be frightened, will not be afraid, and will not flee. Blow the shinbone trumpet three times, contemplating that all the gods and demons from the peak of existence to the Avīci hell, listen! Gather here, all of you! Gather quickly! Transform into such a sound, calling out in a loud and prolonged voice: Eh Eh! From the highest peak of existence to the Avīci hell, all the gods and demons of existence, the evil spirits of places, the evil spirits of bodies, and all the evil spirits, instantly gather here! The aggregates of our assembled bodies will eventually decay. The bodies of birth and death since beginningless time are exhausted in meaningless samsara. Now, by all means, abandon this body, the karma of the past.

Of the fruit-harming. O ghosts, you all, this body of mine. Today, devour it into a hundred, a thousand peaches. May the upper part of the corpse be taken by the eight gods above. May the lower part of the corpse be taken by the eight nagas below. May the heart be taken by the eight classes of gods and demons. May the five senses be taken by the gods and spirits of existence. Take it to the top of the mountain and the middle of the great plain. Take it to the crossroads and the middle of the river. Burn it in the depths of the sea and in the fire of the eon. Now, the three of flesh, blood, and bone, the heart, liver, and entrails, and. The skin, brain, fat, marrow, etc. A piece of meat, a drop of blood, a single strand of hair. May all of that be taken away quickly. When the object is not clear, utter PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ forcefully. In the meantime, if you know other red offering visualizations, contemplate them in your mind, and utter the sound of PHAṬ. Like this, contemplate dedicating the merit of giving the body for all sentient beings to attain Buddhahood, and utter PHAṬ. Those who did not receive before, may receive empowerment later. The poor naked ones, the deaf, the mute, the demented are waiting. Eat all of those, take them away satisfied. Dedicate this merit for the sake of sentient beings. Like this, when the object is not clear, utter PHAṬ PHAṬ PHAṬ. Then the body feast. Offering the Wheel of Samsara and Nirvana: By throwing the consciousness, one's own mind transforms into a curved knife the size of Vajravarahi. Cut open the skull of the corpse and put the corpse inside. Cut the body into pieces. Burning fire between the three skulls below, causing the pus to melt and boil. The dakini of self-aware wisdom arises. In the self-nature of one's own lotus. Cut this own body into pieces. Transform it into nectar with the letters A and HAṂ.
