Do without lamps and firelight, combine recitation and meditation. In an instant, the entire expanse of the sky, the Three Jewels gather like clouds, take refuge. Homage! May I by all means ensure that all sentient beings generate the four immeasurables in their minds and attain Buddhahood. Think this from the bottom of your heart. Namo Guru. From today onwards, Take refuge in the Lama and the Three Jewels. Certainly, from the bottom of my heart, I pray for the protection of all sentient beings. Below that is Machig Labdrön, with a white body. One face, three eyes, Gazing at the vastness of the sky. Wearing white silk robes. The right hand shakes the Sengdeng Damaru, resounding through the three thousand worlds. The left hand holds a silver bell, resting on the hip. The hair cascades down, covering the back. In a half-lotus posture, dancing in the sky. Playing in the center of the accomplished ones' Chö lineage. From the three places of those deities, three seed syllables emit, Radiating light, from the state of their own nature, the Bhagavan, Kagyu lineage Yidams, Dharma protectors, and retinue, Dza Hum Bam Hoh. Meditate on the skin, earth, etc., becoming a mandala of the body to be offered to the deities in a certain amount. From self-awareness and self-nature comes the wisdom of, transformed into a dakini, one's own skin is, the great powerful earth, the head is Mount Meru, the limbs are the four continents, the eyes are, the two eyes are the sun and moon, the divine substances of flesh, blood, and bones are inexhaustible. This arrangement of the mandala is boundless, offered before the Bhagavan Great Sage, offered before the lamp of Amalabha, may the protector of beings, the holy one, hold us with compassion. Three times or even once is fine. Recite PHAṬ until the goal is clear.
