Do not prostrate. Do not generate faith. Do not have even a tiny bit of admiration. For their deities, do not deliberately acquire them when not needed, and do not touch them with your limbs. Do not even look at them with your eyes, it is said. There are also eight precepts for taking refuge internally. First, do not generate even bad thoughts or mockery towards the lama. Second, meditate on the body of the yidam and strive in the generation and completion stages. Third, for the dakinis, strive in the timely offerings and fire puja tsok offerings, etc. Fourth, after blessing the food as nectar, visualize the lama on the crown of your head and make offerings. Think of the yidam in your heart and offer. Think of the dakini in your navel and offer. Fifth, wherever you go, pray to the lama, yidam, and dakini before going. Lama on the crown of your head, your own yidam, dakini, dharma protectors, and retinues, visualize them as protectors and go. Sixth, do not abandon the three, lama, yidam, and dakini, even for the sake of your body and life. Rely on the lama as you would your heart. Protect the yidam as you would your eyes. Dakini as your body, think of them and learn. Seventh, whatever happens, sickness, hardship, happiness, or sorrow, pray to the lama. Offer to the yidam. Make a torma tsok offering to the dakini, do not do divination, astrology, Bon rituals, etc. Do not seek other methods. Eighth, remember the qualities of the lama, yidam, and dakini again and again, and always take refuge. In this way, by taking refuge in the lama, one obtains the body of the Great Seal. By taking refuge in the yidam, siddhis arise. By taking refuge in the dakini, obstacles are cleared and the four activities are accomplished. Second, the benefits are twofold: common and special. The first has eight parts: entering the ranks of inner Buddhists, becoming the basis and support of all vows, exhausting all past sins, not being obstructed by human and non-human obstacles, fulfilling all wishes, having great merit and virtue, not falling into the lower realms, and quickly attaining complete enlightenment. Second, the special has three parts. First, by taking refuge in the lama, one is saved from the fear of birth and death. protects. Eliminates the obstacles of ignorance and delusion. Completes the accumulation of higher vision and wisdom. Obtains the great siddhi of self-arising realization. Second, by taking refuge in the yidam, one is saved from ordinary consciousness. Completes the self-arising accumulation. The siddhi of the Great Seal.

Accomplishments arise. Third, by taking refuge in the dakinis, one is protected from the obstacles of the elements. Eliminates the obstacles of hungry ghosts and poverty. Completes the accumulation of non-attachment and non-clinging. Attains the accomplishment of the Great Bliss Sambhogakaya. The benefits of these and others are immeasurable. The instructions on secrecy and suchness are: the three of view, meditation, and action should never be separated. The benefits are: the best in this life, the intermediate at the time of death, and the lowest in the three bardos, the three kayas will be manifested. There are four fruits of view, meditation, and action: the view is endowed with realization, because all sentient beings and the Buddha have the same essence, so be confident that Buddhahood cannot be attained separately from oneself. Realizing that appearances are illusions of the mind, so be confident that appearances and emptiness are inseparable. Meditation is endowed with experience, so awareness is not scattered outward, not drawn inward, and abides in a state of non-reliance. Action is continuous and uninterrupted experience, in all activities such as walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, even if it is impossible to deliberately meditate, one should practice without distraction for even a moment. The first has eight benefits: entering the ranks of inner Buddhist practitioners, becoming the foundation of all vows, exhausting all the sins committed in the past, not being hindered by the obstacles of humans and non-humans, all wishes being fulfilled, having great merit and fortune, not falling into the lower realms, and quickly attaining complete and perfect enlightenment. The second special feature has three aspects. First, by taking refuge in the lama, from the fear of birth and death,
