Without being bound and tightened, let all the activities of the six aggregates be especially free. If summarized completely, then all of existence, samsara, and nirvana should be ascertained in one's own mind, and the very nature of mind should also be left in a state of non-doing. Even in non-doing, let the dharma nature be especially free in a state of non-arising. These are three sentences, six meanings, and seventeen key points. Then, cutting off the continuation of rebirth in samsara: From beginningless time until now, what are the causes and conditions for wandering in the three realms and six paths? It is because one has not been seized by the holy ones, does not recognize one's own nature, and has little effort and diligence. Knowing this, letting go and not paying attention to the instructions, there is no time to be liberated from samsara. Thinking and laziness are useless, look at your own mind. If you don't look at your own mind, nothing is useful. There is never a time to exhaust knowledge and learning. Don't waste your life, look at your own mind. What is this bodhicitta like? Recognize it. After recognizing it, the bodhicitta itself is not born from cause, not defiled by conditions, not fabricated, like space. Space is not defiled by causes and conditions, not fabricated. If it is not fabricated, what is the use of meditating on the fabricated? Meditating on the fabricated, knowledge itself is confused. The method of abiding in the non-fabricated has six mind points: uncorrected, unmixed, unchanged, self-nature, self-power, and original. These six are uncorrected. After recognizing the nature of bodhicitta, being in self-nature, knowledge is relaxed, being in a vast and boundless state. There is nothing else besides prajnaparamita. For any thought, neither indulge nor suppress it, naturally relax, do not mix. Do not put anything in your mind, abide in it, but not like unconscious sleep or fainting, nor using strong shamatha-vipassana to close the five senses, etc. It is not like this, for the likes and dislikes in the mind, happiness and suffering, hot and cold, and analyzing with discriminating thoughts, all of these should be let go, without any shortcomings, naturally liberated, abiding in self-nature. If put in the mind, the mind is consciousness, from consciousness arises the consciousness of the five senses, from which arises form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and form, feeling, perception, formation, etc., from which arises the karma of greed, hatred, and ignorance, even if it is view, meditation, and action, it is also the rope that binds the three realms of samsara. Because it is not known that consciousness is "self-grasping", so view, meditation, and action are analyzed with discriminating thoughts, like shooting an arrow in the dark.

Jia! Therefore, this principle is established from the Buddha's teachings. Among them, it is said in the extensive explanation: Because one does not give rise to mind towards form, one also does not give rise to mind towards all-knowing wisdom (Sakkaya-ditthi). If the mind does not arise, one will not transmigrate in the three realms. Therefore, if the mind does not arise, one will not go anywhere. Thus it is said. Holy Dharma also said: The essence of Prajnaparamita that does not decline is the equality of all dharmas. Thus it is said. It is not the meaning of having no intention, nor is it the meaning of being upright. Reality is as it is, unchanging. The nature of mind is unmoving, without pride, and rests serenely. Self-nature does not follow any manifested object. Bliss-emptiness is clear, and awareness abides without support. Self-born, transcending causes and conditions, from the very beginning, it abides as it is without moving. Abandon fabrication in the original state, Ah! In vast expanse. Relaxed and happy, bright and vivid. Without movement, there is no conceptualization whatsoever. Without distraction, the nature of mind rests serenely. This is calm abiding, clear and vivid, and attachment to bliss-clarity non-conceptualization, etc. Do not give rise to mind, practice without reliance. If meditation is like that, then, would you think there is a mistake there? There is definitely no mistake. It is said in the "Mother and Son One Collection": If you do not make any effort of mind, how can you fall into error? If you do not err in thoughtless meditation, there is no doubt about Dharmakaya enlightenment. As it is said, like fainting and passing out. Not remembering anything, without mental effort, nor is it stopping mental effort, but abiding in self-nature. Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Shiche, there is no stopping of mental effort. Stopping mental effort is the tradition of Madhyamaka. Saying that one does not make any mental effort is not stopping any mental effort or conceptual thought. Even if conceptual thoughts arise, do not make any modifications, naturally liberate, no antidote is needed, like a snake knot. In the space of the Mother Tantra, there is no gain or loss. Conceptual thoughts have no self-nature, it is the space of Dharmata. In equanimity, abide without mental effort. The eighteenth chapter of the six meanings of mind. The profound essence of the sacred Dharma Chod: All phenomena of existence, samsara, and nirvana are included in one's own mind. The body is not fabricated, abandon the fabrication of meditation. The mind does not gather or scatter, relax naturally. Recognizing self-nature is called meditation. Do not follow outward thoughts, it is self-born. Thought
