Having accumulated a sea of blood, the venerable one blesses it as desired. Summoning the gods and demons who harm and obstruct oneself to the front, contemplate that the sky is filled with them. Tell them that you have no attachment to this body, not even a speck of dust, and no power, not even a strand of hair. Gods and demons, if you are in a hurry, eat it raw; if you are not in a hurry, cook it and eat it. Give it away fiercely with your mind, and also say it in your speech. Imagine that they are happily devouring all the flesh and blood with relish. Then, relax in a state of indifference. Leave it as if throwing away garbage, and do so as fear and terror arise. Then, this mind is yours. Even I, the owner, have not seen it. This body has been given away to all the gods and demons of existence. Now I don't need to advise the body, nor do I need to keep, care for, or cling to it. Remain in such a state. Second, to extract from the object of clinging: This merely apparent body that has been given away can go, stay, or sleep. Like an empty house without an owner, or a corpse abandoned in a cemetery, or a stone abandoned on the road, it is without appearance, without attachment, without clinging, without expectation, without an owner, without necessity, without truth. Remain in such a state. Third, to abandon the corpse as food: No matter what is done to this body, such as sickness, harm, beating, etc., there is no clinging. This body is not mine, I do not own it, I do not hold it as my own. Since you own it, enjoy it as you please! Even if it is thrown back into hell, think so, and do not have any hope or expectation. This is the practice for the first night: Giving away the body, extracting from the object of clinging, and abandoning the corpse as food. First, giving away the body: Imagine your body becoming young, strong, beautiful, and pleasing. Then, visualize your own mind as Vajrayogini, who appears in the sky in front of you, and with a hooked knife, separate the upper and lower body, head, limbs, and small limbs one by one, and cut them into pieces. Take out the internal organs, heart, etc., and pile up a mountain of flesh in front of you, as high as the Brahma realm. Accumulate a sea of blood.

E! Then, after the venerable lady blessed them as they wished, she summoned the gods and demons who harmed her and created obstacles to her presence, and meditated that the realm of the sky was filled. To them, I have no attachment to this body, not even a speck of dust, and no power, not even a strand of hair. Gods and demons, if you are in a hurry, eat it cold; if you are not in a hurry, cook it and eat it. Give it generously with your mind, and say it in your mouth as well. Imagine that they are happily devouring all the flesh and blood greedily. Relax in a state of indifference, and leave it as if discarding garbage. As fear and terror arise, do so accordingly. Then, this mind is yours. I have not seen the master either. This body has been given to all the gods and demons of samsara. Now I do not need the advice of the body, nor do I need to keep, take care of, or cling to it. Remain in such a state. Second, to extract from the object of clinging: this body, which is merely an appearance that has been given away, can go, can stay, can sleep. Like an empty house without an owner, or a corpse abandoned in a cemetery, or like earth and stones abandoned on the road, without appearance, without attachment, without grasping, without regard, without an owner, without need, without a true state. Third, to abandon the body as food: No matter what is done to this body, such as sickness, injury, beatings, etc., there is no clinging. This body is not mine, it does not belong to me, I do not cling to it. Since it belongs to you, enjoy it as you please! Even if it falls into hell, let it go! Do not have any expectations or help. Afterwards, do not pay attention to the giver, the gods and demons, and the object of giving, but freely remain in the state of the three emptinesses. By doing so, one can complete the accumulations, purify obscurations, repay karmic debts, and release attachment to the body, thereby realizing the nature of mind. The second evening's practice is: first, when going to the Chöd site, Three conditions are necessary: to have a firm grasp of recognition, to increase wisdom through practice, and to be able to overcome pleasure and pain. The first condition is: first, to be well acquainted with the recognition of the preliminary practices. Tonight, whatever miracles and obstacles may arise are the miracles of the unborn mind. Therefore, samsara and nirvana, and all that is contained in the six realms.
