It is necessary to enter. Put into the mixture. Put in to gain stability. Put it to abide on it. Put it in the vastness. Put it in the long duration. Put it in the clear form. Remove obstacles. One should have confidence in gaining mastery over arising. At that time, whatever appears, is remembered, is perceived, is flowing in the realm of the mind, all are determined as one's own mind. Determine that the mind has no arising or ceasing. Determine as the unborn Dharmakaya. Determine that the Dharmakaya has no grasping. Whether remembering or not remembering, it does not go beyond the Dharmakaya. Whether flowing or not flowing. Whether radiating or not radiating. Whatever is remembered, whatever appears, is emptiness. Wherever the bird flies, it does not go beyond the sky. Whatever appears in the mind of the yogi, it does not go beyond emptiness, therefore, thoughts arise and do not arise. Gathering and not gathering. Grasping and not grasping. Letting go and not letting go. Practicing and not practicing. Blocking and not blocking. Abide in self-extinguishing and self-liberation. Secondly, the wrong suppression of meditation: At the time of meditation, virtue and vice, happiness and suffering, samsara and nirvana. Not remembering anything in the mind, relax and abide in the state of self-nature. Let go without grasping. Completely dismantle and release without wavering. Abide without hope and fear. Abide well wherever you go. If appearances are not realized without reliance, no matter what you do, it is the cause of bondage. If you realize without reliance, then appearances do not need to be suppressed, because you have already understood that there is no reliance. Knowing that there is no truth, realizing that there is no substance, then it is enough to abide without attachment. There is no need to practice emptiness. It is enough to abide in self-nature. If you abide in self-nature, even if you do not practice emptiness, it will come. Thoughts naturally cease. Even if appearances do not cease, if there is no clinging to truth, then you will not accumulate karma due to attachment and aversion. You will not be nurtured by bad habits. You will not be involuntarily reborn in the realm of existence, like the roots of a poisonous tree are rotten, or the corpse in the cemetery, or the wall decoration of the temple, unable to bring harm. Ma Gcig said: Grasping is the demon. Fabrication is the disease. Closeness is the ghost. Abiding is the foundation. Non-action is the path. Non-practice is the result. All appearances are companions. Buddha. Is mind. Mind-nature is space. Thus it is said. Flow

Even if not changing, even if not disturbing, whatever is remembered, whatever arises, is emptiness. No matter where a bird flies, it cannot go beyond the sky. Whatever arises in the mind of a yogi does not go beyond emptiness. Therefore, even if thoughts arise, do not chase after them; do not force them to be collected; do not hold on to them; do not try to retain them; do not embellish or fabricate them; do not restrain or suppress them, but let them naturally dissolve and naturally liberate. Second, the wrong suppression in meditation is: when meditating, do not think of good or bad, happiness or suffering, samsara or nirvana. Relax and abide in the state of your own nature. Release without grasping, completely dismantle without wavering, and let go of hope and fear. Wherever you go, it is good. If you do not realize that appearances are without support, no matter what you do, it will be a cause of bondage. If you realize that they are without support, there is no need to negate appearances, because you have already realized that they are without support. Recognize that they are without inherent existence, understand that they are without substance, and it is enough to abide in non-attachment. There is no need to cultivate emptiness; it is enough to abide in your own nature. If you abide in your own nature, even if you do not meditate on emptiness, it will naturally arise, and thoughts will naturally cease. Even if appearances do not cease, if there is no clinging to reality, you will not accumulate karma through attachment and aversion, and you will not be influenced by negative habits. You will not be involuntarily reborn in samsara, just like the roots of a poisonous tree have rotted, or like a corpse in a charnel ground, or like a mural in a temple, unable to cause harm. Machig Labdrön said: Attachment is a demon, fabrication is a disease, closeness and distance are ghosts, abiding is the foundation, non-action is the path, non-fabrication is the result, all appearances are friends, Buddha is mind, and the nature of mind is space. Such view and practice are not enough to be understood only in the mind. When encountering strong circumstances, you are likely to remain in an ordinary state. Therefore, when circumstances arise, apply them to yourself and blend your mind with the Dharma. Merely blending them is not enough. If you have not mastered the skill, the unpolluted qualities will not arise unimpeded. Therefore, you must train your skill unimpeded in all kinds of circumstances. You need to treat all circumstances equally. If you cannot achieve equality, even if you boast of having a high view and practice, it will be of no use. As it says in the Compendium: What use is wealth and wisdom when they are not available when needed? What use are profound instructions if they do not help when adverse circumstances arise? Third, the wrong suppression of conduct is: at that time,
