Offering perfect offerings, listening to the Dharma with a peaceful and gentle mind, joyfully and without hindrance accomplishing all the tasks entrusted, vowing to become one's retinue until enlightenment is attained, listening like a servant. Becoming a Dharma king oneself, expounding the Dharma to many beings such as humans. Becoming the ruler of humans oneself, subduing all people, and governing the entire world. Furthermore, the turbulent rivers and oceans, stirred up by the wind and splashing with waves, eventually calm down and become slow. There, one crosses over without fear or apprehension, gaining mastery over the rivers and oceans. The fiercely burning volcano, accompanied by the sound of swirling and spreading, eventually calms down and becomes gentle. There, one jumps without fear, gaining mastery over fire. Falling from cliffs and great ravines, one is not afraid and jumps and climbs again, gaining mastery over precipices. The violently shaking storm, filling the sky, earth, and space, eventually calms down and becomes clear, the sky and earth are filled with radiance, and with the power of extremely bright sharpness, one also feels happy, knowledge is clear, and the power of clear wisdom greatly increases, gaining mastery over the wind. In disputes with others, one wins, and the opponent becomes one's retinue. Preventing the violent hail, taming barren lands, riding fierce wild animals, loading fearsome wild yaks and wild asses, and taming new wild horses, mules, and donkeys. Furthermore, the rivers and oceans that were raging and splashing with waves are restored to peace and tranquility. There, even if you swim across, you will not feel fear or worry, and you gain control over the rivers and oceans. The fiercely burning fire mountain, accompanied by the sound of rolling and spreading, is also restored to peace and gentleness. There, even if you jump in, you will not feel fear, and you gain control over the fire. Falling from cliffs and great ravines, you will not feel fear, and you can jump and climb again, and you gain control over the cliffs. The violently shaking storm, filling the sky, earth, and space, is restored to peace and clarity, and the sky and earth are filled with radiance. With the power of extremely clear and powerful energy, you yourself feel happy, your wisdom is clear, your understanding is clear, and your strength greatly increases, and you gain control over the wind. When arguing with others, you win, and the other person becomes your retinue. You can stop fierce hailstorms, tame wastelands, ride fierce beasts, have terrible wild yaks and giant oxen carry loads, tame newborn wild horses and mules, and rule over boundless beings, etc., which will appear in experience. In particular, if it appears clearly in dreams, it is a sign of subduing gods and demons. Second, the sign of being bound by vows is: you yourself become the Dharma King, giving the teachings of discipline to many beings, who promise to keep the precepts, and vow from now until attaining Buddhahood to avoid harming other beings, and to do good and virtuous deeds as much as possible. You yourself, as a deity, enter any of the outer, inner, or secret mandalas, receive empowerment and take vows, and abiding therein, they each offer their life force, life symbols, etc., to you, and vow to become your retinue until the end of samsara. You seize them with the rope of your focused light, so that they cannot move freely, and you place them in beautiful houses.
